### "Good for storing Data."

January 14, 2023

4.0

Overall, the experience with Typeform can vary depending on the user's needs and expectations. Many users find the tool to be user-friendly and easy to use, with a wide range of customization options and integrations. The design of the forms created using Typeform are often considered visually appealing and engaging. In summary, Typeform is considered to be a simple and user-friendly survey tool that is well suited for creating visually appealing surveys, quizzes and forms. However, it may not be the best choice for users with more advanced needs or those looking for more advanced data privacy options. It's always recommended to try the free version and test it before committing to a paid plan.

Pros

Here are several things which I like about Typeform.- Typeform offers a simple and intuitive interface that makes it easy to create and customize forms, even for users with little or no technical experience.- Typeform does offer a free plan that allows you to create basic forms and surveys.- Also allows you to share your forms with others via a link or embed them on your website.- Integrates with many other tools, such as Google Sheets, Slack, and Salesforce, which allows you to easily collect and analyze data.

Cons

There are also some potential disadvantages to using the tool:- Does not offer as many data privacy options and controls as other survey tools.- Only offers email support for paid users and limited documentation for the free users.- Does offer a free plan, it is quite limited in terms of features and capabilities, and you may need to upgrade to a paid plan to access more advanced features.

### "Gran herramienta de creación de formularios "

November 3, 2022

5.0

### "Typeform for strategy, marketing, customer service"

January 1, 2023

4.0

I used, tested and recommended Typeform, with much success, and so far, have turned on several connections to utilize, try and even consider signing up!

Pros

The interface is ideal, because it is clean, so easy to navigate, and also fun, because it is modern and designed thoughtfully.

Cons

There are features that require a higher tier in pricing, but they can be a possible option in the future perhaps.

Reason for choosing Typeform

I searched it on Google, and why did I choose it? I liked the user-experience because it was attractive, aesthetically at first. Then, the ease of use sealed the deal.

### "Formularios rápidos"

April 17, 2023

3.0

### "Modernizes the age-old online form filling experience"

November 12, 2022

5.0

Overall my experience both as a creator of surveys on Typeform and someone taking the survey as a customer has always been net positive and have enjoyed the interface a lot.

Pros

I like how Typeform essentially focuses a person on one question at a time. The shortcuts to toggle between questions and answer each question by pressing the enter key seems really intuitive for a mobile device experience obsessed world of today.

Cons

I sometimes feel that the Typeform UI was slower when it moved from one question to the next. It goes away too fast to the next question. The speed of shuffling from one question to the following can be reduced so it doesn't alarm someone taking the survey or filling a live form.

### "Typeform Review"

October 13, 2022

5.0

I love Typeform. I love that it integrates with our CRM and how easy it is to create forms. They consistently make updates to improve the software and make it even better as a marketing tool for its users.

Pros

Skip logic! Building forms with Typeform is almost like a game or a test because you have to think through situations and different paths people can go through filling out your form. The skip logic is crucial to having different pathways in one form for a custom experience.

Cons

The matrix-type of question isn't as customizable as I wish it would be. I guess it serves a different purpose than I assumed.

### "Hands down the BEST survey builder"

April 5, 2020

5.0

You may not realize why you really need to switch to Typeform until you've actually tried it. There's just something about it that feels more human and welcoming, and makes the survey-taking process less painful and more fun. Both as a survey builder and as a survey taker. There's a lot of form-building software out there, but you owe it to yourself to at least give this a try. You won't regret it.

Pros

Typeform is hands down the best survey builder out there because it prioritizes the user experience. Surveys and feedback forms are a headache to take at the best of times, so the user interface should be beautiful, intuitive, and human-centric. The experience as a survey builder isn't half bad either. The platform does exactly what you expect, like copy/pasting content blocks and the enter key creating an additional answer option. You wouldn't think we'd have to be grateful for this kind of intuitive functionality, but sadly other form builders have made this something to celebrate. The plug-in to Noun Project for icons and Unsplash for stock photos makes it easy to create visually beautiful surveys too. There's also a whole untapped world of reference fields so you can easily integrate other information, like greeting a user by their name and auto-filling in their email address. It makes surveys more human, and that's a huge win.

Cons

There aren't a whole lot of cons when it comes to the survey building and the survey-taking experience on Typeform. The only complaints on our team have been from the more hardcore research types who want a lot of features available for analysis and reporting. Typeform does a great basic report that far exceeds what most people need, and you can generate a shareable link that updates as the answers update. But for some more advanced reporting features, our researchers prefer SurveyGizmo, which also has some more advanced translation features for surveys in other languages.

### "Certainly a great form builder with a lot of customizable options"

October 21, 2023

5.0

Typeform empowers me to create visually appealing surveys for my clients, enabling them to express their thoughts, opinions, and requirements. The platform offers a delightful and user-friendly experience, both for me and my clients, featuring a fun and modern design. Additionally, Typeform's analytics dashboard provides valuable insights into the collected data. Having this tool at my disposal for swift survey creation and customer engagement is truly invaluable. I appreciate its well-designed features and analytical capabilities.

Pros

I send surveys to my clients, and I find Typeform to be a satisfying choice. It offers various designs, diverse question types, and elevates my professional image in the eyes of my clients. Its intuitive interface and customization options are truly impressive.

Cons

One minor limitation that prompted me to explore alternative form builders was Typeform's number field, which didn't support decimal values, restricting its use for currency-related forms. However, I've found various valuable applications for Typeform in my work

### "Top selection for online form builder"

October 25, 2021

5.0

Pros

Typeform form and survey form template is very unique and very different than other normal template design that you get from other form builder. I don't have worry about the form compatibility for different device, as the form is responsive and automatically snap into place if user open it from computer or smartphone.

Cons

There are time when i need more customization on the form that i creating and beyond what the build-in template can offer. Unfortunately, it is impossible as not many customization can be done with it and it is frustrating.

### "Typeform: Awsome Online Form Creation and Data Collection"

June 1, 2023

5.0

Typeform has truly revolutionized my approach to online form creation and data collection. It has seamlessly integrated an intuitive interface, robust features, and stunning design, making it my preferred tool for capturing invaluable insights from my audience.

Pros

The simplicity of the form builder allows for quick and easy form creation. And template design is so appropriate, it fulfills almost all use cases. It enables the creation of interactive and dynamic forms that go beyond simple question-and-answer formats. With features like conditional logic and branching. Also straightforward data collection and analysis features. Real-time response tracking etc.

Cons

Pricing is a little higher than my expectations, hard to customize, also would love some easy tutorials and an offline working structure.

### "Great product, but focused more on aesthetic than functionality."

April 5, 2021

4.0

Overall, I'm generally satisfied, but there's room to improve on the functional end. Their #1 differentiator is this conversational, one-question-at-a-time concept, but it is not always the right approach, and they should allow a mix of approaches.

Pros

Typeform has a very nice feel. The experience for the end user is very clean and has a nice aesthetic. If you're trying to look modern and want to have a nice look and feel, Typeform is a big step up from Google forms. Also, if you are creating a survey or form for OTHERS to use, it is great.

Cons

There are some usability deficiencies that were frustrating. For instance, if I want to ask you to stack rank 5 options, I have to create 5 questions, and then present the previous answers, for each one. It's a hack that works, but it's not very smooth and it's a LOT of work for the admin. Also, the surveys ONLY work for external users. For instance, I cannot use it with a mix of direct and indirect interviews in which some are answered by the user and some are answered by me on their behalf. Not only can I not update answers for a user, but I cannot answer questions on behalf of another. Frankly, NONE of the survey tools support this, so the only solution is to build a database in a No-code or Low-code solution like ZohoCreator or others. I think Survey tools should allow the surveyor to insert answers.

### "Easy to use and very tailored and engaging"

May 3, 2022

5.0

Very easy to use and engaging and customisable. The analytics could be better for the basic subscription, but overall very good.

Pros

Of all the new software I started using all at once, this was the simplest and easiest and it has a good help resource for more complex things. Equally importantly, it has really engaging, pretty, tailored designs, where you can include your own photos/images or free stock images or videos, as well as answers to previous questions to make form-filling a friendly experience. Also integrates with lots of other software.

Cons

You don't get to see partial responses like I used to get with SurveyMonkey and the analytics about where you lost people is only available at the Plus level not the Basic one, which wasn't especially cheap in the first place. But it is scaleable, sop the more customers it helps you attract, the more features you can afford to pay for.

### "Expensive for what you get"

May 27, 2022

4.0

We used Typeform for surveys, customer support queue, event registrations and questionnaires.

Pros

I really like the way Typeforms appear when published to a website. Really a nice approach. Makes it super easy for people to want to get into the form.

Cons

Setting up a paid form is really complicated. The support team helped when needed, but the skip logic tools are really difficult to grasp, and they must be 100% correct or they won't work. Also, pages always load pretty slow, regardless of my internet connection speed. The software is pretty expensive for what it is and there are simply better tools out there for less money.

### "Fresh Take on Better Surveys"

September 17, 2021

5.0

Great. Makes the boring old survey chore, more of a fun choice. Allows us to be more creative and put out more engaging surveys with easier interfaces that result in improved completion rates. The back end is slick. The builder works. It is easy to implement conditional logic and the overall experience feels like an actual advancement over older software.

Pros

After years of using older software, we gave Typeform a try. It is more engaging, more modern and has more user-friendly options when crafting internal and external surveys. Ease of set up is there, and it has great logic and intelligence behind the pretty interface.

Cons

Not a lot to not like, however would like to see some additional analytics. This depends on your goal and purpose, as well as the way you set up the tool. However I would have liked to segment my inbound data slightly different. Not a deal breaker by any means,

### "Easy to use"

February 10, 2023

4.0

The platform is intuitive and easy to use, and it allows me to quickly create surveys, forms, and polls. The features are comprehensive, and I’ve been able to customize the look and feel of my surveys to match my brand. The customer support team has been helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed help. I also appreciate that Typeform provides detailed reporting so I can analyze the data from my surveys.

Pros

Typeform is an incredibly user-friendly platform for creating surveys, forms, and quizzes. I have used this platform for a variety of projects and have found it to be extremely easy to use. One of the features that I liked most about Typeform was the intuitive drag and drop interface. This allowed me to quickly and easily create forms and surveys that were visually appealing and easy to understand. Additionally, Typeform offers a variety of customization options including a variety of question types, custom color palettes, and the ability to embed images and videos into forms. The ability to quickly and easily create beautiful and engaging forms was one of the features I liked most about Typeform. Another great feature of the platform was the ability to easily share and distribute

### "A unique way to execute surveys."

April 5, 2023

4.0

Typeform is crucial for conducting surveys of varying sample sizes within my team. Typeform's conditional logic mapping and its chat-style presentation of survey questions has significantly increased interactivity of our surveys and ultimately resulted in greater engagement among survey respondents.

Pros

In the first part, I am amazed by the appealing design and themes of Typeform's survey templates. They showcase our surveys in an optimal way, as the visual appeal of a survey has a significant impact on its engagement rate. Typeform's design expertise surpasses others in this aspect. In the second part, I appreciate Typeform's strategy of displaying one survey question at a time in a conversational manner, resembling a dialogue rather than an interrogation. This approach eliminates a major pitfall in survey design and enhances the user's survey-taking experience.

Cons

Typeform's survey security measures are inadequate in the current era of high bot activity on the internet, and this has affected the reliability of our survey data in the past. To ensure the accuracy and validity of the data collected through surveys, Typeform must implement robust authentication protocols.

### "Limited but reliable and clean "

December 5, 2019

Typeform is very user friendly, especially on the presentation end (your surveys appear clean and professional - which I find makes people more inclined to complete). On the back end, it is relatively easy to navigate through creating what you need and tailoring it, but can be a bit confusing and limited when exporting and analyzing the data gathered.

Pros

The best thing about Typeform is how clean, nice and professional your surveys turn out without doing too much work on your part in formatting the look of it. Reliable as a fairly quick to use aesthetically pleasing presentation.

Cons

The one hang up that I continue to find frustrating in using this platform for surveys is the way that you are able to access and view the data collected. I feel that Xcel style spreadsheets and somewhat outdated and an inefficient form of collecting and analyzing your data. For my usage, I have had trouble in finding other options as far as formatting to export your data.

### "Our surveys and outreach have become much more engaging ever since we started using Typeform"

November 2, 2023

5.0

Our company has used survey platforms before in the past, but Typeform has been by far the easiest for both us and our clients to use. We've gotten such better feedback and engagement, and it's all due to the simple change of having made the switchover. I highly recommend Typeform.

Pros

I really like how user-friendly Typeform is. I think it's a brand that many people are aware of at this point, and when people open up forms or surveys with "Typeform" in the title/email/outreach doc, they understand that they're about to use a very simple and straightforward platform. I think that's the number 1 think above all that I like about it - both our company and our customers know what they'll be getting.

Cons

I feel it could be a little bit more sophisticated in how it can be customized, but again, it's possible I haven't delved into all of it's unique features yet.

### "One of the best platform for providing great user experience"

July 13, 2022

5.0

We wanted a tool where we can create forms easily for our website and sub-domain landing pages, and create surveys to collect data for our UX/UI of the website. The platform has helped us a lot in providing great user experience and helped us increase the engagement on our website

Pros

One of the best and most modern ways of creating forms without any technical knowledge required to build forms for a website. The integration within Typeform is superb with third-party products. The tool helps businesses to increase engagement on the website and provide a great user experience. An amazing product for data collection via surveys and easy to export the data for data analysis.

Cons

The reporting and analysis are very basic within typeform. There is no test feature available which seems as a flaw. And support is slow but not that bad.
