I had been looking for a new tool for surveys for a while and I was happy to stumble upon type form. It makes surveys fun, finally! Cons When you set up a form, it doesn't stop you from using the paid-for features. Pros Typeform is great for making surveys look more appealing. It's easy to build surveys and make them look better than simple interfaces like Surveymonkey or Surveygizmo. That flexibility is nice. They also offer easy ways to personalize the appearance of your survey page, so it's easy to brand, or keep anonymous, whatever you're going for. Cons I find the dashboard to be a little cumbersome, but it's still workable. I have yet to have any connection with customer service, so I can't comment on their utility.
