Typeform is a great product for look and feel, it's relatively simple to use and can easily be deployed. It is quite difficult / inflexible when it comes to managing workflows and it is also super expensive if you want a decent number of responses to your forms, even as a Non-Profit.

Pros

The platform looks great to customers and is an excellent tool for encouraging completion of forms

Cons

It is relatively inflexible in what you are able to do with it vs competitors, and it is quite significantly more expensive too

Typeform allows me to build in few minutes forms that help me grow my business, it's not free but worth it

Pros

For my appointments, I chose Typeform because it allows me collecting my trainees heads-up and its use is super easy for me. I utilize Typeform to automate a few responses and using Video Ask my trainees send me real feedback for being close

Cons

Like Google Forms I would like it to offer a complete use freely and it's a bit complicated to report entries to my Notion workspace

The form designs looks really good and it was easy to customize the form fields. Also gathering insights was fairly easy on the dashboard.

Pros

By far the best feedback collection form I have ever integrated on my website was built with Typeform.

Cons

For the plan that meets my capacity, i had to pay 46euro per month which is quite a lot of investment for a startup, so in general it is costly.

Pros

Typeform is a great intuitive form builder, very well known and suitable for a lot of use-cases of small and lagre companies.

Cons

The format of Typeform is predefined. While in many cases it makes sense to have the page-by-page format, sometimes a scrollable format is required. For example, for tests or if you want to query a lot of information. So you need to have a second form builder at hand depending on the use-case. Some basic functions that are available in other form builders are also missing. The conditional logic is not quite as intuitive and clear.

Typeform makes filling out forms feel more like having a conversation than doing paperwork. It’s easy to set up, works well on phones, and connects with tools like Google Sheets or Slack so you can see results and follow up without extra effort.

Cons

It can get expensive once you need more than the basics, and long or complicated forms tend to be clunky. There aren’t a lot of deep customization or advanced logic options compared to other tools.

There is a good option when you want to send a form that looks clean and people want to fill. But feels heavy when you just want to collect quick answers

Pros

It looks good, easy to read, and people finish it more cause it flows better than basic forms. Used with Videoask extension, it allows getting more personal feedback

Cons

The costs go up when you need logic or more answers, and that builds up fast without you really seeing it at first

We use Typeform for all kinds of surveys and collecting user feedback for our products. It's an all around great and simple tool that allows you to quickly put together surveys, preview them in real time, customise the appearance and the conditional logic as well as use a variety of question types. You can analyse your survey results with the in-built analytics and organise your past surveys into folders. We have so far been satisfied with this product.

Pros

Typeform is very easy to use and has a highly intuitive interface. This allows you to create surveys within a few minutes, using a variety of question types that can be easily customised. It's also helpful for analysing survey results, providing both an overview of the results and a table with all the answers, which can easily be exported and filtered using tags.

Cons

Although you can easily embed Typeform surveys into emails, they don't always look very elegant there, but that can be solved with further customisation and adjusting the code.
