It scales up and down so easily. Pros Typeform is so simple and easy to use for all types of surveys and data collection. The UX is clean and simple for the customers. Cons Customizing the templates can be a tad cumbersome but luckily most templates are nice-looking and functional "out of the box." It would just be nice to have an easy way to customize to better reflect my brand. September 19, 2025 4.0 Application documents, student comment, and consultation intake grew more sophisticated and graphically interactive, and responses conveniently rolled into applicant tracking and reporting software for quicker team follow-up. Pros Conversational design, simple question flow, and considerate design make surveys interesting, and data export, integrations, and security features make answers usable and accessible for education and immigration processes. Cons High learning curve for complex logic and branded themes, and intermittent bugs may affect long forms or other CRMs integrations. I can't recommend switching to it enough. Pros Not only does Typeform give me a fast level of customization and logic options, it also provides a modern and delightful experience for end users. It's extremely easy to begin using, with a very small learning curve compared to other platforms. Cons I've tried its AI form generation tool, and I love the idea of it, but my end results have been mixed so far. I'm sure it will improve, but I have to manually generate all of my forms for now. At least that's what I thought until someone suggested I try Typeform instead. I had no idea what I was missing out on using MS Forms. March 26, 2026 5.0 A great experience, it works fast and looks slick. We used to gather case studies through a word document so this is leaps ahead. Pros An excellent tool for getting customer feedback. Packed with features, and great value for money. We use it across the business for multiple data capture reasons. Cons It would be nice if we could do more with the design aspect. You can customise the forms, but its not as customizable as I as a marketeer would like! I've been using to create short surveys to gather opinions from my team and customers to collect their feedback/ideas. Pros I like its simplicity and performance. The dashboard is light and easy to use. The design is intuitive, though you may need some training to get started. Cons Some advanced features like tiered questions would be nice. However, this can achieved with some logic too. They can improve on design also. " October 11, 2025 5.0 Please experience for a first time user of this type of tech platform with no technical expertise. Felt easier than I expected. Pros Easy to set up and to be able to easily move items within the form. Looking things up in the help sections was easier than I anticipated. Cons Couldn't change font size or have a flow within the beginning and end that would allow me to customize the look and feel of the paragraph. Need to make it clear that the link page at the end has limited customization. Cons Sometimes it can be difficult to figure out how to go back on a question. There should be more options for audiovisual options on the questions. Cons Pricing plans and the way options were limited. Only a few responses were allowed to be stored. It has great features and a great layout. Unfortunately, you are extremely limited in what you can do with the platform without a paid subscription. Pros Type form is a decent platform for creating surveys and polls for audience members but requires a paid plan for use of the actual useful features they offer. Cons I Disliked that you are limited in responses, forms, and personalization of forms if you do not have a paid plan. Type form management of forms is not mobile friendly. Pros Typeform will make even the dull process of information gathering a near conversation. The series of questions delivered one by one making my customer feedback programs complete at much higher rates. Cons The biggest frustration is that there are minimal mail-in-email choices.
