We've been using Typeform for a couple years on multiple different platforms. It's a solid product. Pros The integrations are good, we use them a lot. We use integrations with Meta, Google, and also Make. They've been really solid. Cons Sometimes some of the responsive behavior isn't as it should be. I tried multiple integrations embedding in WordPress sites, and it's not that they don't work. It's just that some of the custom integrations sometimes don't behave as they should, but they still do work. The integrations with other tools we use have been a big plus, and being able to share results with the team is straightforward. Overall it's been a solid choice for our use case. Cons Honestly, for the way we use it, I haven't run into much I'd complain about. It does what we need it to do well. If I had to pick something, I'd say there's always room for more flexibility in customisation, but it hasn't been a blocker for us. It looks so much better and especially using it with the artist for whom the look matters a lot, is just great. Cons It does take some time to work it out and to make sure you can get the best out of the software and utilise all of it’s features.
