Pros I buy and sell sports cards and memorabilia. I run groups on FaceBook that we do the same. My goal is to build a site that was not dependent on FaceBook for sales. This was accomplished by my working with auction software. Still in my infancy on using it. So lots to do! However, they made what I asked and did a great job with it! Cons We are working on a few things to make it a bit easier to use. My target demographics is not the greatest computer users. So making the system more simple and easier was a goal that is getting accomplished. If I really need to list something here it was to make it easier and more simple. We have been working with the team since the day we launched our company, so we've been learning as we go and the Dev team has been great at helping create solutions to help us streamline our operation. Cons I wish there was a way to fully integrate with Quickbooks. The dev team spent a good amount of time trying to develop the integration the way we needed it to work but there were a couple of hurdles we couldn't cross. We originally were going to go with another service, but they would take days, and sometimes weeks to respond to inquiries. Additionally, when we made our original request for proposal, we were sent a generic list of services and prices and a pre-recorded demo of the software in use. After letting that company know we wanted to move forward, we did not hear back from them for at least a month. By the time we did hear back from them, Auction Software already had a development test site up and running for us.
