Pros I really enjoy the ease of having all of my carriers on one page where I can manage multiple quotes and choose the best option for our specific needs. It is quick and effective and really great value. Cons The limited dates when going back on the auditing tab and searching for older loads many invoices are archived. Once I have everything set up and our vendors added I believe it will be a huge asset Pros I like that it brings all the carriers into one platform. No longer having to remember which carrier needs which information and then the separate scheduling after the shipments are built. Cons I would like to be able to add items to the catalog (so that I don't have to keep looking up nmfc's) without having to input the dimensions. Our dimensions do differ often. I would also like to see hours of operation to be more customizable. For example one of our vendors is closed on Fridays, and we are closed earlier on Friday than we are Mon-Thurs. I really enjoy how the rates pop up for each carrier. Cons Occasionally run into issues with BOLs not populating on Freight view even after cancelling and repeating the shipment. Everything on 1 website is convenient, and there are no bugs or issues with the website, it's never crashed on me. Pros I like that all of my shipping needs can be met on just 1 single website. Also, the website is easy to navigate and all orders are easily manageable. Cons I can't think of anything that I dislike about Freightview. I've needed to reach out to customer support and they were able to answer all of my questions. Cons I find that sometimes the shipment specs; weight and pallet count doesnt clear out, I have to sometime sign out to clear the data. Very consistent and love how you are able to track past data. That helps us out a ton! Pros Easy access to rates, able to quote when needed, and value for money is unbelievable! We can get data anytime we need it. Cons I really don't have anything. I don't have any other experience with something like FV but would recommend it to anyone. Definitely a quality product.
