### "🔥 “The Sales Weapon You Didn’t Know You Needed” 🔥"

August 7, 2025

5.0

💬 Overall Experience We run high-volume call operations across multiple service industries, and ReadyMode has leveled us up in a big way. We’re seeing more conversations, better conversions, and less downtime between dials. Pair it with a solid CRM and the right team, and you're printing money. If you’re serious about scaling outbound, ReadyMode isn’t optional — it’s essential. 🧨

Pros

✅ Pros: What I Liked Most Call Dialer = Jet Engine. The predictive dialer is hands-down the fastest and most efficient I’ve used. My reps went from dialing fingers to closing machines overnight. Call Management is tight. Recordings, notes, dispo — it’s all right there. Support Team? A1. I’ve reached out more than a few times, and these folks move fast and know their stuff. Ease of Use: Smooth UI with powerful backend capabilities. New reps pick it up in a day. Value for Money: Worth every penny. The return on this tool is massive if you actually use it right.

Cons

❌ Cons: What I Liked Least I wish there was an option to text leads directly from the dialer when they don’t answer. Email follow-ups are cool, but in today’s world, SMS gets the reply. The reporting dashboard could use a little more customization. Some more filters and export options would be nice.

### "A Practical Call Center Dialer with Good Features but Room for Improvement"

March 16, 2026

3.0

The platform is clearly designed with outbound calling teams in mind, and when everything is configured properly, it can significantly improve dialing efficiency and agent productivity. From a value for money perspective, Readymode offers a decent set of features for call centers that rely heavily on outbound dialing. The platform combines CRM-style lead management with dialing tools, which can help teams manage contacts and campaigns in one place. For companies running large call operations. This integration can save time and reduce the need for multiple systems. The dialer features are fairly robust, including automation options that allow teams to scale their outreach efforts efficiently.

Pros

Efficient automated call dialer that supports high-volume outbound campaigns Useful call management and reporting tools for supervisors and teams Good integration of dialer and CRM-style lead management

Cons

Initial learning curve for new users unfamiliar with call center platforms Customer support response time can sometimes be slow Interface and workflow could be more modern and streamlined

### "Strong Dialer + Great Support (Worth the Learning Curve)"

December 10, 2025

5.0

Overall, it’s been a good experience for me. Readymode does what it says it does- it dials fast, keeps calls organized, and helps my team stay productive. The platform is powerful, and the customer service has been on point every time I needed help. After getting used to the layout, it’s been an effective part of my workflow.

Pros

The biggest win for me has been their customer support. Every time I had an issue or didn’t understand something, someone actually got on with me and walked me through it. Once you get the hang of the system, the dialer itself is super strong- consistent connect rates, smooth calling, and way more control than other dialers I’ve used. It’s a solid tool once you learn your way around it.

Cons

There is a learning curve. The system isn’t plug-and-play on day one, and it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. It just takes some time to understand all the features and where everything is located. But once you get it, it runs well.

Switched from

[CallTools](https://www.capterra.com/p/149510/Call-Center-Software/)

I switched from CallTools because it just didn’t really work for me- constant glitches, low connect rates, and it felt unreliable. Readymode has been much more consistent.

### "Efficient and Reliable Dialer for High-Volume Calling"

March 21, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Readymode has been very positive. It’s an efficient and reliable dialer that supports high-volume outbound calling, which helped me stay productive and consistently meet my targets. I found it easy to manage calls, track interactions, and update lead information in real time. It also integrates well with CRM systems, making follow-ups and pipeline management more organized. Overall, it has been a valuable tool in improving my performance and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Pros

What I liked most about Readymode is its efficiency in handling high-volume outbound calls. The dialer system is fast and reliable, which helps maximize talk time and productivity. I also appreciate how it integrates well with CRM systems, making it easy to track leads, update call notes, and manage follow-ups in real time. Overall, it supports a smooth workflow and helps improve performance in a results-driven environment.

Cons

One area I found challenging with Readymode is that occasional call delays or connection issues can affect the flow of conversations, especially during high-volume dialing. Also, the interface can take a bit of time to fully get used to for new users. However, with experience and proper setup, these challenges can be managed, and overall it remains an effective tool for outbound calling.

### "Driving Efficiency: My Experience with Readymode’s CRM & Dialer"

March 16, 2026

5.0

Excellent. If you are serious about scaling an outbound call center, Readymode is a top-tier choice. It’s stable, fast, and the built-in CRM keeps everything organized. Very positive. It’s a reliable all-in-one platform that simplifies lead management and compliance. It’s helped us maintain a professional workflow as we grew from 5 to 20 seats. Good. It’s a premium tool with premium performance. It pays for itself in productivity, but you have to be ready for the investment compared to "budget" dialers.

Pros

What I liked most is the predictive dialer’s speed. It dramatically reduces downtime between calls by adjusting the dialing rate based on agent availability. We went from manual dialing to closing significantly more deals because my team is actually talking to people instead of listening to ringtones. The Call Whispering and Barging features are game-changers for training. I can coach new reps in real-time without the prospect ever knowing I’m there. The UI is also very intuitive—most of our new hires are comfortable using the platform within a few hours. I love the crystal-clear call quality. We rarely experience lag or dropped calls, which is essential for maintaining a professional image. The "unlimited outbound minutes" really helps with predictable monthly billing.

Cons

The reporting dashboard feels a bit rigid. I’d love to see more advanced filtering and the ability to export custom data sets without having to jump through so many hoops. The cost per user is higher than some competitors. While the features are great, the price can become a hurdle for smaller teams when you start adding several seats and extra DIDs

### "Fast Dialer with Smooth Lead Routing"

March 23, 2026

5.0

ReadyMode has been a highly reliable tool for daily outbound operations. It offers great value for money given the sheer volume of calls the system can push through. The dialer features are robust, and passing leads along to the next department is practically seamless. Whenever we did hit minor bugs, customer support was generally helpful, even if it took a little time to resolve more complex technical tickets.

Pros

The predictive dialer is incredibly fast, which keeps idle time low. The interface makes it very simple to qualify a prospect and immediately transfer the lead to another team without dropping the call. The overall ease of use is definitely a strong point for daily operations.

Cons

Sometimes the system experiences minor lag or audio glitches during peak hours. Also, while the sales and customer management features are good, the reporting dashboard can feel a bit clunky.

its very positive and I've noticed it when i was forced to use another site for a period of time and i couldn't wait t go back to Readymode

Pros

ease of use, privacy (the mic is only on when you are on a call), and the simple sounds that the dialer makes when you receive a call (which you can also control its volume)

Cons

Readymode's biggest drawbacks are its most common complaint is its inconsistent customer support, which many users find slow and unhelpful.

### "Reliable, Efficient, and Easy to Use – Great Dialer for Growing Teams"

July 30, 2025

5.0

Overall, our experience with Readymode has been very positive. It’s a stable and powerful platform for outbound calling, with great team collaboration tools and portal access. We've seen steady improvements, especially in customer support. It helps us manage high volumes of calls efficiently and keeps our operations running smoothly. The value for money is good with their new plan that includes the DID's portal. The system is dependable, and whenever we’ve had bugs or issues, they’ve been addressed in a timely manner.

Pros

We've been using Readymode for about 5–6 years now and we love it. It's very user friendly, rarely has issues, and the ease of use is one of the main reasons we’ve stuck with it. The call management features are efficient and reliable. Their new plan that includes 30 phone numbers per user is a good option for price.

Cons

Sometimes their customer support isn't the best, but they’ve improved a lot over the years. Response times used to be longer, but now we usually get help quickly through email or phone support.

### "ReadyMode Rocks!"

March 14, 2026

4.0

Easy to use. Customizing for specific business needs is very easy. Setting up new users is very easy. I LOVE my users do not need "latest & greatest" device & internet connection and

Pros

Very easy to access & use. I am able to bring people into our organization and get them logged in and utilizing the Auto dialer to make money right away using basic equipment. I'm talking about a $30 dollar Chromebook 11 (can't even be update or even download new apps) that was connected to a Lifeline EBT cell phone hot spot. This was in in October 2025. The person in this example was able to get started and make money RIGHT AWAY without tech equipment obstacles.

Cons

Not sure. I like Readymode. If there is way to look at individual lead data before a manual dialing ,is the only thing I wish I had. It is possible that I can but just don't know how.

Pros

Cons

It seems to use a lot of resources and be quite selective about operating environments. It seems to dislike several platforms.

### "Readymode works wonders. "

March 14, 2026

5.0

It is amazing. Quite easy to use and understand. It makes cold calling work like a charm. Readymode is the future of call centers.

Pros

Readymode is quite efficient. We are able to add notes. We are able to auto dial call list and set callbacks. It works really fast and smooth. Never glitches out. I believe it would be an asset to call centers and agents would love its reliability. You get quite the value for your money they way you are able to reach out and speak to customers and make deals.

Cons

It is hard to not liike Readymode. I have no issues with using it. And since its developers are always looking for ways to improve, I believe they will always be 2 steps ahead of whatever issue should arrive.

### "Simple, Efficient, and a Huge Time Saver"

March 13, 2026

5.0

Overall, the experience has been very positive. It has helped streamline lead outreach, improve efficiency, and maximize the amount of time spent actually speaking with potential clients. For anyone who relies on outbound calling, an auto dialer is a very useful tool that can significantly improve daily productivity. It’s great value for money, especially for a call center environment where efficiency matters. The learning curve is pretty simple, so it doesn’t take long to get comfortable using it. Overall, it’s a solid tool for keeping call volume high and workflows smooth.

Pros

The auto dialer saves a lot of time and keeps calls moving without downtime between leads. It makes outreach much more efficient and helps me focus on conversations instead of dialing numbers. Overall, it’s a great tool for staying productive throughout the day.

Cons

It would be helpful if there were an easier way to change the outbound phone number when dialing. Adding the ability to select or filter specific states to call would also make targeting leads much more efficient. Those features would make the dialer even more flexible for different campaigns.
