This can be accomplished with someone savvy with Excel but it isn't out of the box. It also would be nice to have some preset images for assets. An example of this is when you go to Loanees and click on a user and can see their loan history, but you cannot directly click on any item. At this point you have to copy the ID and paste it into the search to find more information. Pressing the back button doesn't take us back by one page, but to the homepage itself. This is time-consuming and frustrating. Reftab claims that the accessories are not bookable even if they have recently been cancelled or have no bookings, it will not be bookable. You cant check kits out if theres too many accessories as it says "accessory limit reached" which is just silly, why put accessories there if you cant use them. You cant directly print a kit list or export PDF from a booking so we can print a physical kit list to help with our prep, instead we have to export an excel file with all the information and then delete the columns that are irrelevant, incredibly time consuming. When it shows the calendar view of booking availability it shows that its booked but you cant just click on the calendar and see the times and user, it just shows their e-mail in the booking which for us doesnt work as its just a student number.
