There is good data available easily on engagement, clicks and other statistics. Cons It can be frustrating not being able to speak to somebody in support regarding urgent technical issues. The chat feature is cumbersome and takes a few minutes to speak to a human, who often has to escalate the query to another department. My main concern is always being able to actually speak to a representative when all else fails. MailerLite lived up to this. Pros The value for the money and the ease of use are the most important things to me. It was easy to learn the process. Cons I had some issues with the email service initially, but the customer service was outstanding. I actually spoke with a real representative instead of a bot, who stayed with me through the entire process. He helped me step by step to figure out what my issues were and to solve them. But once it is reported they quickly work on a repair. Most fixes take at MOST 1 hour, which is not much compared to other places. I love how you can easily group your subscribers into groups to be able to send a campaign to those who need it while NOT sending to others. It's very easy to set up an email campaign and schedule out the email. Pros Ease of use is the best out of most all platforms I've tried. Customer support is patient and actually cares when something isn't working and attempts to help you. Cons Pricing is honestly the only thing I don't like. I feel it is extremely expensive but it isn't the most expensive either. It does give a lot of extras for the price but I do wish it could be cheaper. Cons Domain authentication can be challenging when using advanced email security solutions such as PowerDMARC with SPF flattening. Pros For so many of my clients, getting something like Klaviyo or Hubspot would be totally overkill. The Free Starter at Mailerlite fits the bill and is flexible to keep growing with! Cons The free tier is now down to 500, but it's still pretty generous. Great value for money especially compared to other platforms offering similar features. Pros The platform is incredibly easy to use and intuitive. Setting up automations, campaigns and forms is straightforward, even for clients who aren't tech-savvy. The WooCommerce integration works really well for e-commerce clients. Cons Honestly, I struggle to find any major cons. I am happy with the service overall. The platform consistently does what it promises, the support team is responsive and helpful, and the pricing is fair for what you get.
