La possibilité de suivre nos employés du terrain, la planification du calendrier nous permet de mieux gérer les clients en ligne, l'option de facturation nous aident également à facturer nos clients dans les plus bref délai, les différents couleurs dans l'option de comptabilité sont vraiment très utiles pour faire des distinctions. C'est au top Service Fusion! J'adore!

Cons

le calendrier de suivi est un peu limité du coup Il n’y a pas de bon moyen de faire le suivi des congés payés aussi je voudrais que l’interface de l’application ait plus de paramètres plus personnalisables.

Pros

We have our company on this program that allows us to bill, schedule and store the pertinent information.

Cons

The calendar listing so that we can see what we need to see. As an example: Parent Company showing is not as important as the address.

### "One of the best dispatching softwares!"

Great all around dispatching/billing software. Intregrates well with QuickBooks for billing, all of the admin staff love the output and reports showing the growth of our business, and our technicians love the mobile app for billing!

Pros

Very easy to implement, utiliize, training, etc. I have worked with many dispatching softwares, but this one is everything we needed with a lot of extras - dispatch zone map, heat map, customer email blasts, and the list goes on and on.

Cons

No ability to make a negative invoice or a credit memo. You can void tickets easily, but some customers must have a hard copy of a credit with a different number than their original and this cannot be done as of yet in the software.

Pros

EVERYTHING!!! CUSTOMER SINCE OCTOBER 2019! Service Fusion has taken us to a whole new level in managing our team. They give great customer support. They have included us in product development. They are always looking for better ways to improve their product.

The way the customer list/base is set up.

### "Worst HVAC software of all time"

Pros

Nothing. They lie and steal with abandon. Anything to get you to sign. The answers to all of your questions will be “yes” without any regard to whether or not it can actually be done. Highway robbery.

Cons

I’ve been in the HVAC industry as an owner and consultant for 20+ years. Ive had significant exposure to just about every platform out there. Service Fusion is the WORST and MOST DISHONEST I have ever dealt with. Not by a little, by a landslide. They lied about possible integrations, what the software could do, and many other things. We had to hire 3rd party developers to try to make it work, and it was not possible. The loss on our business is immeasurable as we had to go back to what we originally had after tens of thousands of dollars in spend based on the jerk salesman’s empty promises and lies. Of course, he’s “no longer with the company” when I complained, and I’m having to work overtime just to get the account shut off let along my refund. This company is the WORST. Run away, don’t walk.

By making a huge mistake and believing Service Fusion’s lies about what the product could do.

The overall experience is great. I dont have complaints really.

Pros

The thing I like best about Service Fusion is that it is very easy to understand and use. They have extensive videos about features. We find ourselves using it for more and more things and it is replacing more and more services we contract elsewhere. They are very aggressive in their improvements and are often coming out with updates and new features every month.

Cons

As with all service platforms and mobile work order software. Nothing seems to do everything that is needed. I wish they had a few different features. Like I said they are always working on new features.

reporting is not very good, cant get the information out in a useable way for analysis.

it was similar to the others and we could create work arounds for the functions the others could do that service fusion could not for less cost.

It's pretty good, but I don't consider this software to be as user-friendly as we wished it was.

Pros

We no longer need to have the guys drive to our out-of-the way shop to pick up and drop off work orders. Saves us work time and fuel costs - huge!

Cons

Not happy with the fact that I can't edit work order templates without paying for more subscription. That should be a standard feature that any customer can see what they want to see on their work orders when they print them.

Over all when we switched it was difficult, we had a really good capable Service Fusion person that went above and beyond to assist and I have set it up the way it works best for us. I love it now. Its not perfect but it works for what I need!

Pros

Their customer service staff are really helpful when I contact them about anything

Cons

I wish they could work the kinks out faster.

Again, I'm new and just started managing people in it.. but my overall feeling is I can certainly run my business on it. I'm sure some things will annoy us and we'll wish it could do this or that, but it's very flexible to a variety of service/ field businesses. We're excited about choosing it and incorporating our processes around it.

Pros

I reviewed and tested over 15 softwares to help us run our property services company, and Service Fusion was the clear winner. Although lacking in some things I would like to see, it has more in one package at a reasonable price than all the others. I'm also excited about their new version coming out. Main reason for this review though is RAVE about the support I received from CSR; I believe a manager in support I was lucky enough to get on the phone when I called in. Before I spoke to CSR, I was still very lost on how to BEST apply the software to our business needs, and this was after 2 implementation meetings with my onboarding specialist. Long story, short, I spoke to CSR for 4 fast hours as he let me talk outloud and verbalize the multiple "if this then that" scenarios I would wrestle with to make sure I was using SF in the most efficient way possible. Then, after listening intently, and putting himself in my shoes, he would work with me to find the answer. To add to the best software service I have had in years, at the end of the call, he asked me to hold as we were wrapping up 2 last points so he could say goodbye to his team as they were leaving for the day. Then, CSR spoke to me for another 30 to 45 minutes AFTER he was done for the day. Before my call with CSR, I felt like I was a 2 out of 10 on the program. After my call, I felt like I was a 8/9 out of 10. THAT is the type of support that will help us succeed with SF!

Cons

New so still finding things out, but 1 thing is there seem to be some fields that aren't that functional; more placeholders. If they were functional based on the data they contain, it would be amazing! For example, you can put how many manhours per unit of measure a service costs. However, when you ad a quantity, it doesn't calculate the manhours; it's more of just a placeholder?! Reporting could be a little more custom too. I'm hopeful some of these things are going to be addressed in V2 sometime this year, but even if they aren't, this is still a LOT of engine and features for the money.

### "Critical errors with zero customer support"

Pros

We have been using Service Fusion for about a year; coming from a completely paper system this was revolutionary. Great for field service managers and AR

Cons

The Fusion Pay has been a disaster. We have automated monthly invoices that double bill our customers, or don't bill them at all. I call on the 1st or 2nd day of every month for the last 5 months letting them know of these ongoing issues and asking for help or a resolve - 5 months later, still no answers or even calls back. In fact this month it seems to have gotten worse. This comes on the heels of an email letting me know they're bumping our bill up another $50 a month. I am paying close to $500 a month and am losing customers because we are double charging their credit cards. Tech support shrugs, doesn't seem to care.

Service Fusion great for small start up company. Price cant be beat. Did experience issues with system on several occasions and that is hard when we are east coast and tech support is 2 hours behind. That leaves us unproductive. Preventive maintenances not easily tracked.

Pros

Loved that we were able to create job statuses and color code them - making it easier to determine tech returns or parts needed when looking at Dispatch Board. Liked equipment tracking but wish could have attached picture of equipment

Cons

Mobile App needs improvements. Technicians unable to search for job by job #. They had to go to customer and scroll until they located job #.

So far the fact that we can use the platform freely is very good we can use better reporting tools which at this time are very limited but in general the integration with the platform works pretty well

How like how we are able to manage the entire sales cycle.

Cons

We have need to integrate with other platforms the service fusion is very limited and cannot play with others So we can complement on better by adding more features. Reports are limited and complicated to use.

Cons

We would like to see improvements made to inventory management. We like what's been built so far, but some type of reporting or dashboard that would provide a min/max report would be a life changer!

Service Fusion makes it tremendously easy for me to access all of my accounting and client information when I'm on the move. Along with having good customer assistance, I can access it using the app on my phone, tablet, or work PC. As a result, I can save a ton of time.

Pros

Estimates, scheduling, online payments, a mobile application, and reporting are all included in the comprehensive software package with FSM features. With Service Fusion, you can quickly convert a task into an invoice. Out of all of them, I prefer Billing and Invoicing the most.

Cons

Because it occasionally travels very slowly, the software needs a good connection to work. in addition to the restricted number of report options that may have been increased.

They were super about the initial training, and have consistently tried to answer any remaining issues. We began to be able to have our techs collect credit card payments; awesome for both office & customers!! Data from the old system transferred over, mostly without any issues. The continual updates, which are largely in response to customer/user requests is a plus. You don't always get what you want, or as fast as you want it, but they are definitely trying to meet the most important, common user needs.

Pros

Better dispatching than what we had before.

Cons

Reports aren't all that they need to be, but can download info to Excel & manipulate most data

Pros

Outstanding customer service. Every time I have had an issue/problem, the support has been exceptional and the problem was resolved.

Cons

The accounting side can be a little confusing especially for a novice with that side of the business.

Overall experience is I absolutely love how easy it is to use and I can do everything from the program

Pros

The features I love most about this product is being able to see who the customer is and what troubles they are having with their alarm system. I also like the fact that I can click on the button that lets them know I’m in my way. I also like the fact I can handle all payments for the customer at the time of service.

Cons

One thing I don’t like is when I put in the time for the job and then click on job completed no invoice it resets the time so I have to go back in and adjust it

We were skeptical about switching from one online program to another for our dispatch and billing needs but holy cow, so glad we did! From the beginning they have been so helpful. We can now look customers up by address, phone number, etc... We can add contacts for each job location, as many as we want, we can add service locations with notes, as many as we want... The accounting portion, unpaid invoices etc... is great. Being able to figure out what jobs haven't been billed out is simple. This program is helping us be more efficient, collect money faster and thus buy new equipment sooner. There are so many options with this program, it's truly amazing.

Pros

It is hard to say what we like most about Service Fusion because all the parts work together to help our business function at it's best. Maybe the customer support. They actually want to help us, can help us and know what they are talking about. They give answers instead of the run around, every single time without fail. It is truly amazing and compared to other programs we have used it is night and day the level of expertise and perfection.

Cons

The video tutorials. They were a bit torturous. Watching a video of a learning session that lasts a couple of hours while trying to run an emergency service company and take care of customers is asking too much.

Reason for choosing Service Fusion

The program was very well thought out. Everything was considered. It seemed like the programmers didn't think any task was too much to ask, they did it all.

There isn't enough time to explain why we switched. Main reason was jobs that require additional site visits. Every site visit sends over to Quickbooks whether it's an invoice or not. So we had hundreds of invoices in QB that the bookkeeper continuously had to ask us about, is it an invoice or just another HCP mess. Also, the Housecall Pro support community had very little knowledge of their own program. Most times we would figure out the issue before them and just got tired of training their employees.

Overall SF is light years ahead of our previous software. They do have some things to work out, but it is very obvious that they are making changes. They are affordable and have awesome support.

Pros

Service Fusion is actively upgrading their products. The last software company I was with for about 8-ish years, not once did they upgrade anything. SF customer service is amazing. It is very easy to get ahold of them. SF is very customizable, and while that can be overwhelming with all of the various settings, their support staff is always available to help figure it out.

Cons

Sometimes it seems that the features were designed by someone who has never used it before. For example. their reporting section is atrocious. It is very obvious that whoever was in charge of designing the reporting section has never actually ran reports. I know that this is a feature that SF is currently rebuilding and I can't wait to see the new set up!

Reason for choosing Service Fusion

I was trying to compare 3 systems. I dont remember what their names were. Company #1: Didnt show up for our pre-demo call. Company #2: The rep who did call for our demo did not listen to any of our concerns in our pre-demo call. So when we had the actual demo, he was not able to address any of our concerns. Service Fusion - The rep listened to our concerns, took notes and asked questions at the pre-demo call. When we had the actual demo call, he address every single one of them as well as made reference to our current software and processes.
