Company switched to NS over a year ago and it has made our lives a living hell. Highly recommend that you stay as far away from this abhorrent software if you want to keep the sanity of yourself and your employees. Pros Simple interface and able to run a wide range of reports... that's about it. Cons HORRIBLE bugs and glitches. Insanely slow. Software is web-based and the servers are down 15% of the time. Pages crash in the middle of work and you will lose all you have accomplished. Additionally, the amount of clicks that you have to take to accomplish 1 task in the software is insurmountable. It will turn your 5 minutes of work into 15 minutes EASILY. The amount of money you will spend paying your employees overtime to get their normal amount of work done will pay for a better software.
