Cons Pricing and add-on costs might not suite smaller businesses, customer service is over lacking and user interface has a lot of room for improvement. The cloud-based environment offers the ability to use the software from anywhere with just an internet connection. It allows integration of information from multiple departments which is then displayed in a pretty neat interface. However, it is difficult to setup with the Netsuite consultants and initial training is expensive. It was also very helpful in product management and keeping everything organized. Cons There is a very steep learning curve in the beginning. It just took some time initially to adapt to the system but once it was setup, we have been using the system very efficiently and it saves a lot of time for us. Pros Recurring revenue is a time saver after being setup Calendar usage is a good feature which helps in scheduling and managing appointments Cons Daunting learning curve. In addition, NetSuite serves as our ERP and CRM system. The entire customer life cycle, from lead generation thru opportunities, quotes, sales orders, billing, collection, and customer service provisioning is done utilizing NetSuite as our one tool for all. Pros NetSuite's dashboards are so amazing that it is addictive. The ability to customize searches and reports is very simple. Cons Speed is always an issue. July 13, 2015 3.5 Pros I like how Netsuite can easily organize all of the quotes and Sales orders that I deal with on a regular basis. The newest upgrade has also made things easier by not requiring a practice field for memos. Cons Sometimes the numbers do not round properly. Pennies go missing and are no where to be found. On top of this it seems that more fields need to be filled out which takes more time. December 5, 2016 3.0 There are a number of things with this software that makes it extra useful. However, many basic things require a good amount of knowledge in order to use them. Support isn't always so helpful and a few of the bugs I have encountered I have just had to accept as part of the software, as the issues have not been addressed.
