I believe it to be the best ERP system and I very much enjoy using it. Pros Very customisable. Extensive data management. Value for money is ok. Rare bugs and good uptime. Easy to use and Cons Page loading and server speed performance. Addons are expensive and normally not worth the extra cost. I can't speak from a finance perspective as that isn't my field, but certainly from tracking customers and products it's great. Very lacking from a marketing standpoint though. Pros It is incredibly customisable, and can be tailored to your specific business needs. I'm yet to find a circumstance that I can't implement a fix to achieve a certain goal. Cons As a CRM it is very lacking in marketing features, meaning you need separate platforms to handle things like email marketing or social posts. I do like that most things can be done through scripting but the more you add the slower it goes. Pros It’s easy to manage across multiple businesses and pretty intuitive. Now with AI it can be easy to automate through scripting. Cons It has a lot of bolt on products which can be expensive and add up overtime. Pros NetSuite is very customizable. It is a powerful tool that stays in sync and the software rarely has data issues. Cons The reporting and data extraction are harrowing. We also have many processes that bog down the system to a crawl. Oracal support stinks and finding effective 3rd party support is difficult.
