I found greater visibility across departments and reduced redundant manual work. Pros I appreciated how it unified different parts of the business into a single system. The real-time dashboard customized was especially valuable, being able to build role-specific dashboards. I relied on saved searches and custom reports to track bottlenecks. Cons The biggest challenge is the steep learning curve. Almost every feature had me digging through menus. Workflows can be complex and the interface wasn't always intuitive. Pros Netsuite is extremely customizable which is helpful for a lot of companies. There is a lot of automation that can be completed as well. Cons Not available yet in Ukrainian language. In some cases the reporting is limited and have to extract data to produce the reports required. Clean data enabled us to do a lot more. For example it can pick up memo of electricity bill, it allowed us to allocate expenses to correct period, improved forecast and budget process. Cons Analytics is bit hard to use. I wish I could invest more time to learn to do it properly. After I chat to other user I found I am not the only one found it is not user friendly. There are a lot of different functions, options, and ways you can work with it. I was satisfied with the options of integrating different tools. Pros I like that NetSuite was more or less easy to navigate. I did need to take some time to figure out where all the buttons were, but after that it was pretty easy to perform my responsibilities. It takes to long to have things set up. While I am sure its a worldwide high level product for many company's. I do not believe its suitable for any business that has some special way of doing things. The time and cost is to much unless you have a limitless budget. Pros The financial aspects are great. Its very easy to have your account set up and up and running. Like any accounts package it will do what you need. Produces great reports and easy to understand. This is the strength of this software Cons The costs, difficulty and time it takes to have any changes made. It took almost a year and large amounts of money to have the system set up to function how we need. It was impossible to have this done yourself so it was constant delays and waiting. I would have thought they have done it all before. But no. Every change was a new project. Pros The fact that AI is being incorporated more. How easy the system is to use. I like the fact you can have 360 dashboards, something I didn’t know before and will definitely take away from today and try and incorporate into my monthly reporting Cons The lack of training and also reporting. We have had netsuite for approx 2 years and not had much training, so coming to these conferences does help us find out parts of the system that we could be using but didn’t know about from our account manager.
