Pros Ease of use of the product. Demo’s didn’t work in presentation today but could understand the use case scenarios well. Cons The other sessions post lunch were a little dry, didn’t find much benefit from these. It makes it easy to handle multi subsidiaries, multi currencies and inter company transactions / consolidations. Pros Modules to manage PPE, Prepayments and Revenue. Moreover Netsuite does a great job in consolidation, handling intercompany transactions and multi currencies. Cons Creating saved searches is not very intuitive at times, it can be very difficult to find fields as there are several similar named fields. Very few bugs or issues with the system. Cons All the additional add on charges. Something looks good but wait there’s a fee for it. Works well for most aspects but FSM lets it down and is time consuming to manage with rubbish data. Pros Control of financials. Visually easy to manage and if you make errors it is easy to fix. We went from multiple systems into one so great having everything in the one place. Cons FSM seems to be in a development phase. For our company, it is not up to scratch. The solution from WIP is not ideal and we have many issues with time bills. All main categories are listed on the left side of the page and drill down to accomplish specific tasks is easy. However, the system is a significant investment (value for money), and there is a noticeable lag in response time from customer support when we encounter a major bug or issue. What I really love is that customer support is with you the whole step of the way Pros Next week was very easy to use it had invoicing which I use a lot for my company data management, which I also use a lot for my company. It did have a few bugs and issues but nothing that customer support couldn’t handle within a few minutes. Definitely a value for your money.. Cons Besides the bugs and issues, I didn’t like that I felt like it was limited. I also feel like there was so much more next suite could have placed in their software to make it amazing. Robust product I'll give it that but requires too much modifying by programmers to meet the demands of the different industries. Pros The ability to customize reports is great. Found it easy to add fields I need to pull. They have made an attempt to dumb it down for the average experienced user but have not succeeded in my opinion. Cons NetSuite is built to be a programmers dream. However, for the overall everyday user you will find too much having to customize and enhance by your NetSuite support or Oracle. The reply from general support after I raise a case is always prompt. The instruction is always clear and helpful. Cons New features not applicable for my 8 year old NS system.
