The documentation and the milestones are realistic Pros "Before using NetSuite, everything we did was on paper, and nothing was electronic. Since switching over to NetSuite, everything is tracked with electronic references for our field service technicians. We no longer deal with lost or incorrect paperwork, and our customers receive accurate service reports every time. Our asset management and support cases are now easier to handle and more accurate, and we use online forms and better reporting for our financials and field service modules. Overall, it's really changed the way our business operates Cons The speed of next week can be a little difficult. Founder and CEO Computer Software Used the software for: 2+ years ### "It's running pretty good and the cloud performance has also been pretty normal lately" November 24, 2025 4.0 We use it for the purpose of the "one stop shop" idea where I don't have to log into three different applications just to look at an invoice. We have also had some luck keeping our inventory numbers from being absolutely incorrect, and we have had luck with using the software for manufacturing attributes. Pros It's cold enough to freeze right now due to AC that will not turn off, and I am staring at my computer monitor. At least the new tab layout is slightly better than before. Although this could have crashed or failed to load (as most all of them do) I was able to access web features. With a little patience you can really customize your dashboards if you are willing to spend time configuring your own custom fields. Cons The Save and Delete buttons were moved and honestly why would you do that? There is such a large amount of empty white space on the screen while I am trying to view data, it seems like a wasted use of pixels. Normally support is fine however there are times when they act like they communicate with one another in the same building which is a huge hassle to explain issues to both of them. The Oracle Account Management is not as good though. Have outstanding invoicing issue that is still ongoing after 6 months! Pros All business data are in one place. Lots of suite app. Secure from external attacts. Highly customisable. Cons Could be SLOOOOOOOW. Field names/ID's are not consistent in different areas (Saved Searches vs forms vs suitescript) Error handling is not helpful sometimes. Would be good to improve error handling. Reconciliation is made easy and reporting is handy Cons Sometimes it’s not easy to add fields in Customise for reporting purpose, eg adding job ID as a column. TPAR report picks up both Yes and No. Seems cannot list only those that are required for reporting… unless my colleague set up incorrectly. Also, the system seems running slow. You guys have not locked us out from doing business and I can't even pay my employees because of this. Does Netsuite not have any responsibilities in this matter? No accountability to your software? As of right now we cannot conduct business and this has been the worst customer experience in my life with any company. I want to recommend this especially to Accountants like me Pros Net suite is a very friendly user, it is very easy to use and easy to learn. During tax season, I always use Net suite for bookkeeping and tax job. I dont have a formal training using this Netsuite but I learned too fast. Cons It's a little bit pricey. Also not good in a MAC computer. I had bad experience before when I'm used a Mac computer, for me a little bit comlicated using the Mac computer.
