### "Informative and AI driven"

March 23, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with NetSuite has been very positive. It’s a comprehensive, reliable platform that centralises core business functions and gives clear visibility over operations and financial performance. Once past the initial learning curve, the workflows become efficient and logical, and automation significantly reduces manual effort. The real-time reporting and custom dashboards support faster, more confident decision-making. While setup and customisation require time and resources, the long-term gains in productivity and control make it worthwhile. It’s especially valuable for growing organisations that need scalable systems to support expansion.

Pros

Informative, What I liked most about NetSuite is how it brings everything into one unified system. Having financials, CRM, inventory, and reporting connected in real time makes operations far more efficient and reduces manual work. The dashboards are clear and customisable, so it’s easy to track performance and make quick, informed decisions. I also appreciate its cloud-based accessibility, which allows teams to collaborate from anywhere without complicated infrastructure. The automation features save significant time on routine processes, improving accuracy and productivity. Overall, it’s a powerful yet user-friendly platform that supports business growth while simplifying day-to-day management.

Cons

What I liked least about NetSuite is that the system can feel complex and overwhelming at first, especially for new users without ERP experience. The learning curve is quite steep, and proper training is often necessary to use it effectively. Customisation, while powerful, can also become costly and time-consuming if business needs are very specific. In addition, some reports and workflows are not very intuitive to set up, which can slow down daily operations. Performance can occasionally lag when handling large datasets. Overall, it’s a strong platform, but usability and implementation effort can be challenging for smaller teams.

### "Good product but still work to do "

March 23, 2026

We see the benefits that Netsuite can provides but we have had to do a number of customisations in order to achieve our goals. The good thing is Netsuite allows those customisations.

Pros

It provides an all in one solution that allows enforcement of processes within its structure. It enables a large amount of customisation to enable the system to meet company requirements

Cons

At the current time our primary issue is system performance. Although we have reviewed the scripting and workflows and upgraded to 5 processors there still seems to be delays in simple tasks

### "Early-Stage Experience with NetSuite "

February 10, 2026

5.0

Our overall experience with NetSuite is positive, though we are still in the initial stage of usage and have not yet adopted it widely across all operations. The system shows strong potential

Pros

it offers as a comprehensive ERP solution. It has helped us streamline and centralize our pharmacy backend finance operations, improving accuracy, visibility, and control over financial processes

Cons

The main challenge with NetSuite is that the initial implementation and configuration can be complex and time-consuming, especially for first-time users. Additionally, data posting and API integration from the Oracle side can be demanding, requiring careful queue management on the ERP side. In our case, integrating an external ERP with NetSuite required extra configuration and monitoring to ensure smooth data flow.

Alternatives considered

Reason for choosing NetSuite

We are still in the pre–go-live stage, and our evaluation included alternatives such as Odoo, and ZOHO which is more cost-effective and suitable for smaller implementations. However, we chose NetSuite based on its scalability, robustness, and strong financial controls, which align better with our long-term business and compliance requirements.

### "Powerful All-in-One ERP with a Learning Curve"

March 17, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with NetSuite has been positive. It’s a powerful and reliable platform that streamlines business operations, especially in finance and data management. While there is a learning curve and occasional system limitations, its automation, reporting capabilities, and centralized data make it highly effective for day-to-day use.

Pros

NetSuite provides strong value by combining multiple business functions into one platform, reducing the need for separate tools. It offers good data management with real-time visibility and efficient invoicing features that streamline billing processes. The system becomes easy to use once familiar, with helpful dashboards and automation improving productivity. Additionally, built-in email communication and reliable customer support enhance overall user experience.

Cons

NetSuite can be expensive, especially for small businesses, and some features require additional paid modules. The system has a learning curve, and the interface can feel outdated at times. Customer support may be slow without premium plans, and occasional bugs or performance issues can impact workflows. Customization and data management can also become complex without proper expertise.

### "Aswesome. Love it"

March 31, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with NetSuite has been very positive. I love it because it is easy to learn and user-friendly, even for someone who may not have extensive technical experience. The layout is clear, and once you understand the basics, navigating through different modules becomes straightforward. Beyond that, I appreciate how everything is integrated into one system, which makes managing financials, customers, and operations much more efficient. The real-time reporting is extremely helpful for tracking performance and making quick decisions. I also find the automation features valuable, as they reduce manual work and improve accuracy. Overall, it has made daily tasks smoother, saved time, and improved productivity across different business functions.

Pros

What I liked most about NetSuite is its ability to centralize all key business functions into one unified, cloud-based system. Instead of using separate tools for accounting, inventory, and customer management, everything is integrated, which improves efficiency and reduces errors. The real-time reporting feature is especially valuable, as it allows businesses to make quick, informed decisions based on accurate data. I also appreciate how customizable the platform is, enabling users to tailor dashboards and workflows to suit their specific needs. Its scalability is another major advantage, as it supports business growth without requiring a system change. Overall, NetSuite simplifies operations, enhances visibility, and helps organizations operate more effectively and confidently.

Cons

What I liked least about NetSuite is that it can feel complex and overwhelming, especially for new users. The interface is not always intuitive, and it often takes time and proper training to fully understand how to navigate and use all its features effectively. Additionally, customization, while powerful, can sometimes require technical expertise or external support, which may increase costs. The implementation process can also be lengthy and resource-intensive for businesses without dedicated IT support. Another downside is that certain tasks may take more steps than expected, which can slow down productivity. Lastly, the cost of licensing and ongoing maintenance may be relatively high for smaller businesses or startups with limited budgets

It’s been brilliant for our company. We’ve gone from using a system which could not give us simple answers about product coatings and was very complicated to use, to NetSuite which shows complete transparency in all aspects of our business.

### "A Robust, Highly Scalable ERP for Developers and Admins"

March 17, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been highly positive, as NetSuite serves as a comprehensive "operating system" for the business. It bridges the gap between technical development and functional administration. The platform's real-time visibility through SuiteAnalytics and customizable dashboards empowers stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. While the initial implementation is resource-intensive, the long-term ROI is evident through automated processes and reduced manual entry. Having a global community and extensive documentation via SuiteAnswers is invaluable for troubleshooting. It is a powerful tool for any organization that requires a scalable, cloud-native ERP to centralize its operations and technical stack.

Pros

As a developer and administrator, the most compelling aspect of NetSuite is its unified data model and the robustness of the SuiteCloud platform. Unlike fragmented systems, NetSuite provides a single source of truth that simplifies data management across accounting, CRM, and inventory. I highly value the flexibility of SuiteScript (based on JavaScript), which allows for deep customization of business logic and automated workflows. The Schema Browser and SuiteTalk REST/SOAP APIs make integrations with third-party applications seamless. Furthermore, the ability to create custom records and fields without complex database management ensures the system scales effortlessly with evolving business requirements.

Cons

The primary challenge lies in the steep learning curve and the occasional performance bottlenecks within the UI during peak hours. From an administrative standpoint, the governance limits on SuiteScript can sometimes be restrictive, requiring creative optimization to handle large data volumes without hitting execution caps. Additionally, while the bi-annual releases bring innovative features, they necessitate rigorous regression testing in the Sandbox to ensure custom scripts and workflows remain functional. Lastly, the cost of additional modules and the premium price for Sandbox environments can be a significant hurdle for mid-sized companies looking to expand their footprint.

### "A Useful System with a Learning Curve"

March 26, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with NetSuite has been positive. It supports the full finance process from purchasing through to reporting, which makes it easier to manage transactions in a structured way. I’ve mainly used it for accounts payable, reconciliations, and reviewing financial data, and it has handled these tasks reliably. Over time, I’ve become more comfortable with features like saved searches and reporting, which help me work more efficiently and keep track of outstanding items or exceptions. There are still areas that take time to get used to, especially when dealing with errors or less common transactions, but once understood, the system works well.

Pros

What I like most about NetSuite is that it keeps financial and operational data in one place, which makes it easier to follow transactions from start to finish. I can see how a bill links to a purchase order and flows through to the general ledger without jumping between systems. Saved searches are also very helpful. I use them to track items like open bills, payment status, and exceptions. Once set up, they reduce the need to manually check multiple screens. I also find the structure across AP, purchasing, and GL practical for day-to-day work. It provides a consistent way to record transactions and makes month-end tasks more manageable. Overall, it helps keep processes organised and easier to review.

Cons

One of the main challenges I’ve found with NetSuite is that some processes are not very intuitive, especially for new users. It can take time to understand where to find certain functions or how different records link together. The user interface can also feel a bit outdated, and navigating between screens sometimes requires more clicks than expected. This can slow down day-to-day tasks, particularly when handling high volumes. I’ve also noticed that certain actions, like correcting transactions or managing errors, are not always straightforward and may require workarounds or deeper system knowledge.

February 16, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Oracle NetSuite has been both rewarding and transformative. I’ve worked extensively with the platform in implementing, supporting, and optimizing ERP solutions across multiple subsidiaries in the construction, retail, asset management, and manpower service sectors. What I value most is how NetSuite provides real-time visibility across business functions, automates critical workflows, and supports multi-entity financial management under one cloud system. These capabilities have significantly improved operational efficiency and compliance reporting within our group. Of course, the system’s complexity posed some initial challenges — particularly around customization and user adoption — but these experiences enhanced my technical skills in SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, and process design. Overall, NetSuite has strengthened my understanding of how data-driven ERP systems can transform business decision-making, and it continues to be a platform I enjoy mastering and improving for better organizational performance.

Pros

What I like most about NetSuite is its ability to unify multiple business processes — accounting, inventory, HR, CRM, and analytics — all within a single cloud platform. This eliminates data silos and improves decision-making in real time.

Cons

While NetSuite is highly customizable, certain advanced automations require SuiteScript knowledge or developer support. This can slow down implementation if the organization doesn’t have in-house technical expertise.

### "NetSuite Review"

March 23, 2026

5.0

NetSuite is a powerful, flexible ERP that scales with your business. It brings financials, inventory, and operations together in one unified platform, giving you real-time visibility across the business. Performance can occasionally be slow, and the learning curve is steep, but overall it delivers strong value for growing businesses.

Pros

What I love most about NetSuite is the flexibility of the system. Whether you’re a growing startup or a complex multi-entity organization, NetSuite adapts to the way your business operates rather than forcing you to change your processes to fit the software. You can customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to match your specific needs, and as your business evolves, the platform scales right along with it. The ability to add modules — from financials and inventory to EPM and CRM — means you’re never locked into a one-size-fits-all solution. That kind of flexibility is rare in an ERP system, and it’s what makes NetSuite a long-term investment rather than just a short-term fix.

Cons

One of my biggest frustrations with NetSuite is the slow performance. At times, the system can feel sluggish, particularly when running complex reports, loading large datasets, or navigating between modules. What should be a quick task can sometimes turn into a waiting game, which interrupts workflow and reduces overall productivity. During peak usage periods, the lag becomes even more noticeable, making it difficult for teams to work efficiently under time pressure — especially during month-end close or busy operational periods. While NetSuite is a powerful cloud-based platform, the performance doesn’t always reflect that power in day-to-day use. For a system that businesses rely on as their single source of truth, faster and more consistent response times would make a significant difference in the overall user experience.

### "Comprehensive 4 year experience review"

March 17, 2026

5.0

Pros

NetSuite’s biggest "pro" is its unified database, which creates a single source of truth across finance, CRM, and inventory. This eliminates data silos and manual reconciliations, drastically speeding up financial closes. Users also love its scalability; the "OneWorld" feature handles multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and global tax needs seamlessly as a company grows. Because it is cloud-native, you get real-time visibility from anywhere without maintaining servers. Finally, its deep customization allows businesses to build complex, automated workflows (SuiteFlow) that fit their specific operational DNA rather than forcing a "one-size-fits-all" approach.

Cons

Users most frequently cite high, unpredictable costs as a top grievance, specifically aggressive price hikes during contract renewals. The steep learning curve is another major hurdle; the interface feels dated and requires significant training to navigate. Implementation is often described as a "money pit"—it’s a long, complex process that frequently requires expensive external consultants. Technically, users complain about performance lag when running multiple scripts and a clunky reporting system that is unintuitive for non-technical staff. Finally, customer support is often criticized for being slow to resolve bugs, leaving businesses stuck during critical periods.

found it to be a powerful and reliable system that integrates key business functions in one platform, making processes more efficient and reporting more transparent. As we learn the system better, the time savings and data insight benefits are becoming clearer. However, it has been a long and painful process to get here and there is still work to do. The Learning Cloud Support function is excellent and I would recommend users to consider this investment to improve overall experience.

Pros

Being able to consolidate all of our companies in multi currency quickly has saved a significant amount of time. Vendor and customer dashboards allow a quick view of key information.

Cons

The Fixed Asset module is slow and clunky and lacks certain reports that auditors would expect. Some wider updates seem to lack testing so there have been issues with both bank feeds and VAT reporting in the last 18 months caused by updates that have been time consuming to resolve.

### "Powerful but complex"

September 6, 2025

4.0

My overall experience with NetSuite has been a mix of strong functionality and challenging usability. On the positive side, it’s a comprehensive system that brings together invoicing, transaction management, and reporting in one platform. Once configured, the automation saves a significant amount of manual work, and having everything centralized adds real value for money, especially for businesses looking to scale.

Pros

After two years of using NetSuite Oracle, I can say it is a powerful all-in-one ERP that provides great value for money if your business fully leverages its breadth of features. Transaction management and invoicing are very robust once everything is properly configured, making it easier to centralize processes that would otherwise require several different tools. The system’s automation reduces manual work, I also appreciate that the platform is highly customizable, which means it can be adapted to different industries and business models.

Cons

NetSuite comes with a steep learning curve, and its ease of use is not its strongest point. Navigating the system can feel overwhelming, especially for new users, and customization sometimes requires technical expertise that not every company has in-house. There's a lack of visual dashboards in oposition to similar ERPs and customer support answers sometimes are slower than expected

Overall it's been amazing. All facets of our company use it and love the customization and ease of use. With other ERP's you have to make your processes fit in their box, with NetSuite- you can make your ERP fit your processes.

The value for the price is great, data is clean, reporting is awesome, and all the third party integrations are so easy to use. Implementation went well with minimum bugs and issues.

Cons

The implementation was expensive and was a barrier for us to make the switch at first. It had to be done, but it took us a while to have the cash available- and they were able to wrap it in a loan at 0%.

Switched from

Porque Odoo no contaba con toda la estructura necesaria para el modelos de negocio y forma de trabajo que tenemos.
