It’s allowed us to speed up and automate a lot of our processes. Cons I don’t love all the different record types, I do feel it makes it a bit clunky. I think it could be cleaned up to make it easier to undo certain tasks. It allows for a lot of reporting but it does mean there is a lot of paperwork to do some tasks and especially when you are trying to reverse something. We have also had some luck keeping our inventory numbers from being absolutely incorrect, and we have had luck with using the software for manufacturing attributes. Pros It's cold enough to freeze right now due to AC that will not turn off, and I am staring at my computer monitor. At least the new tab layout is slightly better than before. Although this could have crashed or failed to load (as most all of them do) I was able to access web features. With a little patience you can really customize your dashboards if you are willing to spend time configuring your own custom fields. Cons The Save and Delete buttons were moved and honestly why would you do that? There is such a large amount of empty white space on the screen while I am trying to view data, it seems like a wasted use of pixels. Normally support is fine however there are times when they act like they communicate with one another in the same building which is a huge hassle to explain issues to both of them.
