### "Accountant"

March 23, 2026

4.0

found it to be a powerful and reliable system that integrates key business functions in one platform, making processes more efficient and reporting more transparent. While some features can be complex at first, especially for new users, its real-time visibility, strong financial controls, and scalability make it a valuable tool overall.

Pros

What I liked most about NetSuite was how it brings multiple business functions into one integrated platform. Instead of managing separate systems for finance, inventory, procurement, and reporting, NetSuite provides a single source of truth, which improves accuracy and efficiency. I especially value its real-time reporting and dashboard capabilities, as they support faster decision-making and better visibility across the business. Its cloud-based accessibility is also a major advantage, allowing teams to work flexibly while maintaining control and transparency. Overall, NetSuite stands out for its ability to streamline processes, strengthen financial oversight, and support scalable growth in a practical, user-friendly way.

Cons

What I liked least about NetSuite was that some processes can feel complex and less intuitive, especially for new users. Certain customisations and reports may also require extra time or technical support.

### "Happy customer "

March 29, 2026

5.0

Overall I am happy with our experience with NetSuite. We’ve been using it for 7 years now and the support has been good, it’s overall great system.

Pros

NetSuite gives our business the ability to report on anything as it’s an all in one system. It’s allowed us to speed up and automate a lot of our processes.

Cons

I don’t love all the different record types, I do feel it makes it a bit clunky. I think it could be cleaned up to make it easier to undo certain tasks. It allows for a lot of reporting but it does mean there is a lot of paperwork to do some tasks and especially when you are trying to reverse something.

### "From First Impressions to Full Integration: NetSuite Delivers Where It Counts "

February 14, 2026

5.0

My initial impression wasn’t great—I found the interface overwhelming and not very intuitive. But after spending time with it and learning the system, I completely changed my mind. NetSuite turned out to be a robust, scalable platform that, once configured properly, streamlined our operations and gave us visibility we didn’t have before. It’s not the easiest software to learn, but the payoff in functionality and integration is absolutely worth the effort.

Pros

Powerful ERP software with a strong infrastructure that seamlessly integrates financials, inventory, and order management in one platform. It scales well as your business grows, provides real-time visibility across departments, and offers extensive customization options to match complex workflows.

Cons

WMS lacks key features like cubic measurement for warehouse inventory, which made managing box dimensions and storage capacity more manual than expected. This limitation reduces efficiency in space planning and order packing, requiring workarounds that add time and complexity to daily operations.

Our previous system, World officer, fell short as the company grew—it couldn’t scale with our expanding inventory, multi-location needs, or complex financial reporting. We needed a unified platform that could keep up with higher order volumes and provide real-time visibility across departments. NetSuite offered the infrastructure and integration we were missing.

### "Netsuite Feedback"

April 1, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with NetSuite was moderate. While it offers strong functionality and a comprehensive, integrated platform, performance issues and occasional usability challenges impacted the overall experience. It’s a powerful system, but there is room for improvement in speed and user experience.

Pros

One in All solution. I really liked how NetSuite brings everything into one system—finance, CRM, and operations—making processes more efficient and data more reliable. Its real-time reporting and scalability were especially valuable for supporting business growth and decision-making. If you want, tell me your role (e.g., finance, ops, sales), and I can tailor it to sound more personal and specific.

Cons

One of the main challenges I experienced with NetSuite was performance—particularly slower load times and lag when working with large datasets or complex transactions. This occasionally impacted productivity and user experience.

5.0

Game changer From implementation to go live, the whole process is easy. The documentation and the milestones are realistic

Pros

"Before using NetSuite, everything we did was on paper, and nothing was electronic. Since switching over to NetSuite, everything is tracked with electronic references for our field service technicians. We no longer deal with lost or incorrect paperwork, and our customers receive accurate service reports every time. Our asset management and support cases are now easier to handle and more accurate, and we use online forms and better reporting for our financials and field service modules. Overall, it's really changed the way our business operates

Cons

Have used the product for over 10 years and the experience has been generally good. Advanced support is very good, but the helpdesk support can be a bit hit and miss.

Pros

Cons

### "A Powerful ERP with a Learning Curve but Strong Business Impact"

March 17, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with NetSuite has been very positive. It’s a powerful system that brings multiple business functions together, which has helped streamline operations and improve efficiency. Over time, I’ve become more comfortable navigating its complexities, especially around saved searches, workflows, and integrations. Working with tools like Celigo has made it even more effective, allowing seamless data flow between platforms. While there are challenges, particularly with usability and performance at times, the benefits outweigh them. It has given me strong exposure to ERP systems and helped me develop both technical and problem-solving skills in a real business environment

Pros

What I like most about NetSuite is how everything is connected in one place. You can manage financials, inventory, orders, and customers without jumping between different systems, which makes processes much smoother and more reliable. I also like how flexible it is — you can customise fields, workflows, and reports to match real business needs. The real-time data is a big plus, especially when making decisions or troubleshooting issues. From an integration perspective, working with tools like Celigo makes it even more powerful. Overall, it saves time, reduces manual work, and gives better visibility across the entire business.

Cons

What I like least about NetSuite is that it can feel quite complex and not very user-friendly, especially for new users. Simple tasks sometimes require multiple steps, and the UI can feel outdated compared to modern platforms. Customisation, while powerful, often needs technical knowledge or developer support, which can slow things down. Reporting can also be tricky, as saved searches don’t always give exactly what you need without a lot of tweaking. Performance can be inconsistent at times, especially during large data loads. Overall, while it’s powerful, it does come with a learning curve and occasional frustration.

### "Netsuite Review SDG "

March 24, 2026

5.0

I have 7 years of experience with NetSuite, which has given me a well-rounded perspective on the platform. I started on the operations side as an end user, which gave me a ground-level understanding of how the system supports day-to-day business processes. Over time I transitioned into an admin role with a primary focus on analytics and process optimization. That progression has been valuable - understanding how data is created at the operational level makes me more effective at building meaningful reports, identifying inefficiencies, and designing solutions that actually work for the people using them. I’ve leveraged NetSuite’s customization capabilities, including custom fields and saved searches, to tailor the platform to business needs and help teams move away from outside tools by showing them what NetSuite can truly do.

Pros

What I liked most about NetSuite is having a single source of truth for all business data - everyone works from the same information, which improves accuracy and decision-making across departments. I also appreciated the ability to create custom fields, which allowed us to capture the specific data points that matter most to the business and tailor the system to our unique needs.

Cons

What I liked least was the challenge of getting other users up to speed and fully embracing the platform. Because of its complexity, people often get frustrated and gravitate toward outside tools for tasks that NetSuite can actually handle natively - which undermines the value of having one centralized system. It’s something I’ve worked to address through training and showing users how the platform can make their work easier once they understand it.

### "Powerful and Scalable ERP with a Steep Learning Curve"

April 2, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with NetSuite has been positive. It is a powerful and comprehensive platform that brings together multiple business functions into a single system, improving visibility and control over operations. The real-time reporting and centralized data make it easier to make informed decisions and manage performance effectively. However, the system can be complex and requires time to learn, especially for new users. Customization and implementation may also require additional support, which can increase costs and timelines. Despite these challenges, once fully set up and understood, NetSuite proves to be a reliable and scalable solution that supports business growth and streamlines processes.

Pros

Flexibility for a custom solution allows organizations to tailor systems, processes, or products to meet their unique needs and goals. Instead of relying on rigid, one-size-fits-all approaches, a customizable solution adapts to changing requirements, integrates with existing tools, and scales alongside growth. This flexibility supports innovation by enabling teams to experiment, refine, and optimize without major constraints. It also improves efficiency, as features and workflows can be designed specifically for the task at hand. Ultimately, a flexible custom solution empowers businesses to stay competitive, respond quickly to market demands, and deliver more personalized experiences to their customers while maintaining long-term adaptability.

Cons

One of the main drawbacks is the delay in adding enhancements and new features. Updates or requested improvements can take a significant amount of time to be implemented, which may slow down business processes or limit the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements. This can be frustrating for users who rely on timely system improvements to increase efficiency or address specific operational needs. Reporting can be challenging to configure without technical knowledge, and performance may occasionally lag when handling large datasets.

Overall, NetSuite enables us to have everything in one place, providing a single source of truth across finance, inventory, and operations. This has improved visibility, streamlined processes, and allowed us to make more informed business decisions.

Pros

What I like most about NetSuite is the endless possibilities for customisation. It allows me to tailor solutions to specific business needs, streamline workflows, and build scalable systems that truly support operational efficiency.

Cons

What I like least about NetSuite is that some features feel incomplete or not fully compatible with others. For example, consignment functionality does not work well when assembly items are enabled, which creates limitations in more complex inventory setups.

Pretty good , looking forward to have Netsuite Next soon to us. In terms of the scalability and complexity handling, I’m having already a much high experience.

Pros

The agility is part is something I admired from all about the session I saw Today. It saves a lot of time , like collecting data from the sources and exercise it in the AI windows is time consuming. This will save a lot of energy.

Cons

Little uncertainties there around the safety of data opening to the public , when employing AI connectors.

### "It's running pretty good and the cloud performance has also been pretty normal lately"

November 24, 2025

4.0

We use it for the purpose of the "one stop shop" idea where I don't have to log into three different applications just to look at an invoice. We have also had some luck keeping our inventory numbers from being absolutely incorrect, and we have had luck with using the software for manufacturing attributes.

Pros

It's cold enough to freeze right now due to AC that will not turn off, and I am staring at my computer monitor. At least the new tab layout is slightly better than before. Although this could have crashed or failed to load (as most all of them do) I was able to access web features. With a little patience you can really customize your dashboards if you are willing to spend time configuring your own custom fields.

Cons

The Save and Delete buttons were moved and honestly why would you do that? There is such a large amount of empty white space on the screen while I am trying to view data, it seems like a wasted use of pixels. Normally support is fine however there are times when they act like they communicate with one another in the same building which is a huge hassle to explain issues to both of them. Also making simple accounting reports is far more complicated than it needs to be, which is ridiculous.
