It makes it seamless to use no matter I am using it for throughout my business needs. the integrated DocuSign is everything! When there is something I dont know how to do or that goes wrong, it doesn't take long to get help! The live chat is now my go to!!! Makes life way easier!! Cons My Inventory is something a little different than your main stream IO clients. Cons The staffing module is not user friendly. It would be nice if we could pick and choose which modules we need instead of paying for a large package with some modules we wouldn't use. I could never go back to doing things with pen and paper or using another software. Pros The booking software is the amazing and what makes it so user-friendly is the customer service they provide. Anytime i need help with anything they are always their to help or at least send me a video walking me through it. Cons The only bad thing that i didnt like around Inflatable Office was when they switched over to the new system, but i used the old version until it was out of peak season and than i made the switch. It is one of their websites and if you decide to leave ERS you cant take it with you. So they can just keep raising the cost and your stuck unless you start over. Inflatable Office uses a WordPress website and it is mine. I own it and i can take it with me. Bouncy Castle Network, their card processing was higher than Inflatable Office.
