Pros

QuestionPro is a great product for non-profits. Easy to use with a good variety of question formats to choose from for non-profit license. There are also a lot of different options to download results.

Cons

Everything worked great for our purpose. If you want very specific results or analytics of the survey, you have to dive in a little deeper to figure out what the different options are.

Excellent, QuestionPro has exceeded my expectations. The ease of formulating different types of questions - Yes/No, multiple choice, etc.

Pros

Excellent platform for customer feedback. Simple and easy to use. Allows you to write many types of questions. Free for nonprofits.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any negatives. I may find some in the future but not at this point.

This software has been terrific for our needs

Pros

Easy to manage many different surveys, including the ability to copy from a template and use custom pre-crafted responses. Terrific editing capabilities for multi-row and column responses. Data downloads cleanly into Excel including graphs. Terrific question options with complex logic capabilities

Cons

Formatting isn't as aesthetically pleasing as some. As a stand alone software, it doesn't integrate with other platforms as well.

QuestionPro has simplified our evaluation process immensely since we started using it. We highly recommend it!

Pros

QuestionPro makes it easy to build robust surveys that allow us to accurately evaluate our programs. It's much easier to set up logic on this platform than others that we have used, and reviewing results is so much simpler. It lets us get to the point quickly and easily without having to spend a bunch of time constructing our surveys.

Cons

We have no major qualms with QuestionPro.

We use QuestionPro to send post-class surveys to participants. It has made the organization of feedback incredibly easy and therefore actionable. While Google Surveys is free, it doesn't have the functionality/scalability of QuestionPro.

Pros

We really enjoy that QuestionPro is a one-stop shop for all our surveying needs. Everything gets fed into one system rather than dozens of individual Google Surveys.

Cons

Being more robust than Google Surveys, there is a learning curve with QuestionPro. Depending on the user, it might take you a couple hours to get fully comfortable with the software.

Generally good overall experience with light use. QuestionPro really excels when you need insights from a large dataset.

Pros

Great spam prevention tools, customizable question types, and logic options. This is a full-service survey tool and has been excellent for our nonprofit. We appreciate the free nonprofit license.

Cons

No major cons - we don't use all of the functionality and customizability, and we like that we don't need to.

Pros

QuestionPro is very easy to create surveys and connect with our consumers. This allows us to direct our survey's to certain populations of our consumers in a way to help develop services, offer services etc.

Nothing that we can think of. For our use case it works perfect.

I don't have any complaints about question pro. It is easy to use and the courtesy use provided to non-profit organizations is fantastic when you're working on limited budgets.

Of course, they have a bunch of different products and services, but I've only used the survey builder tool. I'm satisfied with what they offer compared to other competitors.

Pros

It offers various question types, and the setup is easy. If you're familiar with another survey builder platform, it won't be hard to learn it.

Cons

You cannot have two textboxes in the same question. E.g. For a multiple-select question, two options need a textbox. This isn't possible, or at least I couldn't find a workaround, but you can only have one.

Pros

We have been using QuestionPro for over five years. The platform provides a rich feature set - ease of duplicating and creating new surveys, managing distribution of surveys, information about status of completion for us to follow up, useful set of analytics of results. QuestionPro is an integral part of our operations.

Cons

As a non-profit user, we have to renew our subscription every year. But we don't get reminders about pending expiration so we often have to take care of things at the last minute.

Pros

QP has been a critical tool for our nonprofit to measure the satisfaction of our customers' experience. The question types help us refine our questions to get just the data we need. The report helps us know where we are succeeding and where we need to put more effort to become a better organization.

Cons

Having to renew the annual subscription after completing all the requirements for a nonprofit license. Would be great if the subscription was for more than 1 year.

We use QuestionPro as a platform to launch event surveys for our many local partners who host field days and workshops to promote soil health on Indiana cropland. The ability to quickly copy a survey and edit it specific for an event makes it easy to deploy. Plus reporting is available that enables our partners to extract information most pertinent to their program and grant deliverables. Highly recommend the platform.

Pros

It's ease of use, the ability to add pictures to surveys, and ability to branch questions for more complex surveys.

Cons

The short lead time to renew a non-profit subscription. But they have been helpful in navigating the process.

So grateful to have found it. This tool has allowed us to have a sophisticated survey program with almost all of the capabilities we need.

Pros

We can group surveys and create unique dashboards, which I love. I was able to get great customer support to work through something I wanted to set up.

Cons

The free nonprofit license limits certain functionality, but it's still excellent for the price. I wish I could easily combine data an analyze it together across surveys more easily.
