The online platform makes it easy to use and easy to analyze data. We have been been overall very happy with this product. Pros QuestionPro makes it easy for us to collect data from students and parents and to analyze this data easily. Cons We'd like to see some increased capacities in the ways we are able to view and filter data. For example, comparing survey results from year to year or filtering by grade level. We are so grateful! Pros We are grateful for the sophisticated survey design for our programs. It is also intuitive for our staff and clients who span a range of age and technological abilities. Cons Sometimes, the system can crash, and firewall restrictions can be a pain. If at all possible, it would be nice for more than 1 person to have access to the nonprofit license. We'd highly recommend it! Pros We love how easy it is to build rather complicated surveys and send them out to large groups to receive feedback. Cons Can't think of anything. It's honestly a pretty easy-to-use system. Maybe we wish that multiple team members could login to the same account at the same time? Which is seems like might not be the case. September 6, 2025 4.0 My overall experience has been great! I've been using the program for about five years now, and have had minimal issues with it. Pros I am able to make a variety of surveys and organize them into different folders, keeping my dashboard organized. Cons The surveys look a little older/outdated compared to other survey programs. Pros I love that QuestionPro has different types of questions to choose from especially conditional formatting. The analytics can sometimes be a little trickier to showcase the specific data we want, but it can be modified or imported into excel easily, Pros Creating surveys with our branding for free. As a nonprofit, we get to benefit from all of the features of Questionpro, and we use it to have exit-surveys after our workshops. There are tons of different types of questions, and everything is super easy to set up and use Cons Analytics can sometimes require a little more effort to be usable. We (broadwayrose.org) have been using them for a few years now and it has been a reliable service that helps us gather crucial customer feedback. Pros The survey builds are easy to use and exporting the data to a spreadsheet is simple. The site is reliable (I've never seen it return any 300 or 400 errors for a customer). Cons Not much to complain about, really. My only request is to simplify building questions that have radial button options as well as a "Explain" fill in form, rather than having to (to my knowledge) make them two separate questions. We also appreciate the cross-tab analytics as well as the powerpoint reports and full data set presentation. Pros QuestionPro is exactly what we need as a small non-profit: access to robust survey design features, including branching, and the analytics and reports to really dig into the data. No other survey programs offer this at the non-proft level. Helping non-profits succeed is a wonderful gift. Cons As a small organization, we don't need much so being a low priority makes sense and isn't usually an issue. The few times we do need help, responsiveness can be a challenge. We have conducted large-scale surveys for research, collected data for feasibility studies, and collected information to support work in substance misuse prevention in local schools. It has the flexibility to handle everything we've thrown at it. Pros Ease of use, flexibility, intuitive interface Cons Nothing thus far; while access to some of the more advanced tools available in the next level of the software would be nice, we have been happy with the product. Pros Our municipal parks and recreation dept. appreciates the Non-profit license made available by QuestionPro. We haves used the software on and off for many years and find it easy to use. We really like how easy it is to quickly copy an old survey to repurpose for a new data collection project. Our members are located all around the world and QuestionPro provides the option for us to create the same survey in multiple languages. The skip logic is an essential feature we use for each of our surveys. Pros We use the multi-language support and the skip logic for all of our surveys. The surveys are customizable and easy for our members to complete. Cons We love that we can make the survey available in multiple languages but would like an easier to use feature for importing the questions in multiple languages into the surveys. Cons Sometimes it is difficult to apply more complex routing - you have to create a lot of rules and logic.
