Pros

It is so easy to be used Also, the instructions are very clear clear Finally, it is a fast way of gathering and sharing information the instructor was very cooperative and help me a lot

Cons

Well, nothing serious but there is a problem with regard to sound. it sometimes is not clear enough, and I couldn't tell the instructor or communicate with him.The internet was very slow, the call was interrupted and we have to start from the beginning again

None as I could not print my report.

Pros

The survey was easy to build and the distribution went well. Charts were easy to understand and we felt it was a successful survey.

Cons

Survey results cannot be printed unless you opt for the version. I contacted the Chat line and there were no options available. Absolutely ridiculous

We used the platform for some months now for custom surveys with large target groups and it saved us a lot of time both in handling the survey and managing the results. During these months rep the onboarding manager for EU&Africa has been of great help.

Pros

It has a lot of options for customization and the support team does a fast & fantastic job if you need custom scripting.

Cons

Only the fact that it's not free, but nothing good ever is.

Overall good, better than Survey Monkey.

Pros

Better features that survey monkey- there is more functionality in the types of questions you can ask

Cons

the different tiers of pricing was annoying, I got one of the basic packages and was unable to filter my results based on demographics. I guess that isn't really a con though as it is just their pricing model.
