" July 23, 2026 5.0 As I was learning to use the more advanced features, I used their support and online chat feature and found the customer support very helpful and informed. They follow up with resources and documentation of the chat. Pros QuestionPro allowed us to add features in our survey that did not exist in other survey tools. We were able to do branching, complicated scoring, and receive a great dashboard with graphs and details that we could directly use in reporting. It also allows sending the survey via a built-in mail merge tool and tracking responses, with the option of sending reminders to those who have yet to complete with one click! They offer an amazing value for nonprofits and it is one of the most advanced and affordable survey tools. Cons Some of the more detailed features need some learning but once you use them it is easy to remember how to enable them. There are tons of good options for different types of survey questions, and I appreciate the automatic generation of charts and graphs that are sometimes ready to use for presentations as-is. It is a great tool for collecting social science data and collecting feedback on workshops that my organization runs. Cons In the emails sent out to potential survey respondents through the email platform built into QuestionPro, the emails that respondents receive look sort of promotional (and sometimes go into the promotional category of inboxes) based on the design. We have relied on QuestionPro for many years now. Pros I appreciate that QuestionPro has offered our nonprofit a free license for over five years now. The question types are robust and on par with what I would expect from any other survey software. We use a tool to embed the live results from one of our surveys onto a website. It saved us a bunch of time coding and creating charts so we can get our data out in front of more potential partners. Cons When designing a survey in 2024 we ran into an issue where we could not include more than 100 questions in our survey on our license.
