Pros

The best thing about Silver Trac is there customer service reps. They are so awesome, I can't recall a time where they weren't able to help me! I love their promptness in response! They're just great you have to use the software to see for your self!!

I love Silver Trac! There isn't much bad things to say about Silver Trac!

Ease of operation for my company

Pros

SilverTrac makes it easy to manage my employees in the field and to generate much needed reports to maintain smooth business operation.

Cons

I have encountered some bugs here and there with the behind-the-scenes configurement of my properties, but it is functional. Suggest some GUI upgrades in that area.

trainability, the customer support is excellent. good for documentation using photos. keeps your employees accountable

Cons

minor glitches here and there, like notes sending to the software online. also would like to see a compact report show all notes entered per issue and picture instead of just the last note entered.

Overall Silvertrac is a great system. I like that it is really easy to function.

Pros

The the different features it offers such as the different reports, the alerts, the quickness of getting information as the employees are creating them (issue board).

Cons

Having to make both a Managment company and a property in order to set up an account. Another con would be that when the employees are submitting things, if they do not enter, it does not close the issue leaving them with open issues.

Pros

Ease of use by staff, great reports, simple to implement, easy to train and use product, little or no downtime.

Cons

My clients have to click and download reports or log in to see reports, they would prefer to just open a PDF file sent out to them as an attachment.

Once it is setup, there is some flexibility with what you can do.

Cons

Not the easiest software to use as I feel it has its own way of looking at ways of doing things. Once you know their process, you can normally figure it out

I love this software, as an owner with many employees working round the clock. silvertrac helps me keep track of everyone. my clients love the reports. the customer support staff are the best, they respond within minutes not days or months like our other company before.

Cons

I wish they had a place for field interviews (FI cards) to track trespassers and wish they had an option to add back up unit assignment to same call

Pros

Easy to use format, with a team of people behind the scenes looking for ways to better their product.

Cons

GPS locations are not accurate at all. This location was set up incorrectly, so functions like tasks will not work properly.

The software is the only thing we're using to communicate with our clients on daily activities that occur on property. My clients are enjoying the software to use to evict trouble tenants and address other issues on property. The overall experience with your software is lifesaving for Edmondson Security Solutions and it helps us lead the way in the security business in Michigan.

I can see if my personnel is active on property and out of the patrol vehicle.

Cons

not being able to add company forms for serious incident.

Officer Reports were malfunctioning during daily activity and my clients were not able to see officer activity on site.

Easy to use and works on any cellphone and logs in great on Apple Phones....

Cons

That you can’t add photo images from your phone. You have to always be on SilverTrac to add photos.

I've been using Silvertrac for less than six months and so far I'm really impressed with the quality of customer service. Overall great product and easy to use. Recently we ran into an issue with one of my clients (three contracts) not getting reports but Rep and her team were able to quickly coordinate with their IT department and resolve the issue. At the end of the day there was an issue with the IT department and not with Silvertrac.

Pros

Customer service Easy to use affordable

Cons

The product would be better if they integrate scheduling features

I loved this product since I first became aware of it. Every day we learn something new about the capabilities of the software and are able to pass these benefits on to our clients.

Pros

The Customer Service. The Rep has been a lifesaver for us. I am a bit of a caveman when it comes to technology and the rep walked me through every aspect of the software with patience and got me to where I need to be.

Cons

So far, so good. We haven't had any negative issues.

Your customer service was far superior and your product, I feel, had much more to offer and is very user-friendly.

Making sure that my officers are out in the field doing their job is a big piece of mind for me. I am able to prove there where at a specific property by checking their GPS location. I know my clients have no second thoughts about their properties being over looked or not checked at all.

Pros

As a administrator for my agency, I am able to manage all devices, employees and clients accounts. The best thing I like about Silvertrac is that you can track all users by GPS, being able to write reports on web user and being able to take photos for each report entry.

Cons

There is nothing least to say about this software. Love it the way it is.

Realtime tracking and reporting

Pros

Being able to provide our customers with daily reports in real time is very beneficial to the success of our company. Tracking the guards when managers need to find them is also another reason Silvertrac is a vital tool in the security guard industry.

Cons

We were having issues with the software reception and the new phones and had to resort to a beta system.

Pros

Ease of use. Easy to learn by all our employees. Rarely have a lack of coverage in remote areas. Most GPS enabled systems have loss of signal more time than not. I like that you do not have to buy a unit just for the software like some companies I have dealt with in the past.

I have used Silvertrac both as a guard and as a client for reporting purposes. I love the ease of use as a guard. The issue types are clear and everything is simple to use. I have had to train many guards on the application and it doesn't take much. Being able to add 10 pictures for every report with lots of detailed notes made my job as a guard easier. On the other side of Silvertrac, using the reports and edit property functions, everything is also easy to use and can be modified to fit our company's needs. Having many different residential properties makes tracking the reports a necessity. We are able to track the guards response times, issue details, and follow up on issues with ease. Reviewing all of the reports that I need later, or actively reviewing reports through the issue monitor, Silvertrac makes it simple. Additionally, when it comes to service and support, the support team always gets back to me in a timely manner with the answers that I need. At times things get adjusted and they are able to accommodate our changing needs. The support team is kind, courteous, and always willing to assist.
