Pros - great for tracking employees, vehicles and ensuring our client needs are met. Hands on customer help 24/7 by Johnny Page/customer service. Easy step by step video demos available. Cons - GPS is not as accurate as one would like it to be, having to scroll through all accounts until you find the one you want rather then having a search bar, when entering/updating a property it jumps back to the top of your list rather then stay on the property you were working on causing you to scroll through once again. When running reports having the pop up screen continuously without allowing you to complete your entry. Having to scroll your time in for reports rather then having a box to just type in your time frame required.

Your feedback is extremely helpful and enables us to improve our software. 1) We now have a search feature to sort through all properties. 2) We have updated the "edit properties" area to address the page refresh issue. It should be much easier to edit/create properties now. 3) The "date-range" notices are being addressed while pulling reports, we hope to resolve this issue asap. 4) The date and time entry method has been updated as well. Sometimes my officer wont get the service call when I send him a call. But this is really rare.

Pros

Love the reporting section with the pictures. senseless guard tracking and an asset and great tool for my sales and marketing. This system only keeps the good and hard working employees and bad ones just quit. Increased my business by 50% and made my current clients happy 100%.

Cons

User names are not often available for sites and customers. Would be great if each client has any user names available to them.

Tracking our officers and parking issues has been streamlined and is working out great. Our clients are happy with the product also.

Pros

We transitioned to Silvertrac from using Word documents and hand written logs. This has enabled us to keep our security officers in the field more which is great for our clients and the public that interacts with us. Logs are consistent and legible.

Cons

Occasionally, people will think we are just texting while working. We encourage our officers to be quick and discrete since the public doesn't know that we are actually using the smart phone for work.

Pros

The amount of customization that Silvertrac allows helps us compartmentalize out many sites and employee tasks. The interface is very new user friendly and simple to instruct to new users.

Cons

Integration with our business was practically overnight, and we have found very few flaws, in any, using this product.

During my Security Bid I have used the Silvertrac platform to successfully win contracts.

Pros

The Security platform allows our Security Company customize each client's venue to fit their needs in tracking Security related issues. It also assist in clients enforcing policies and parking violations. Maintenance issues can be captured in words and pictures. The capability of capturing photo's per incident gives a first hand description of the Security Officers detailed work. The system allows each Security Officer to sign in and out for time management per Officer.

Cons

At this point we have not experienced any negative issues.

The Demo from Silvertrac sold me with the flexibility within their system.

Pros

Ease of selecting locations/log types. Option to add pictures/take pictures right from the app on the phone.

Cons

That you cant edit the time, but I understand why it isn't like that. On cellphones, you cant log detail, you log notes instead. Difficult to get used to, add specific locations during set up.

Prior to using silvertrac we were using Officer Reports which did not provide any useful notification system to our clients of the issues we were encountering while on their sites. Silvertrac allowed up to provide our clients with a greater insight into what our officers were doing on a day-to-day basis and the daily logs provide them a greater peace of mind that the money they are spending on security is justified by the amount of issues we are able to bring to their attention.

Pros

The ease of use and the support team's guidance to help us get up and running in very short order.

Cons

The GPS tracking could be a little more user friendly.

It works the best when you have more then one Guard on site , cause just fiddling around for the phone to scan the qr codes is crazy.

Pros

Pro: it can be used on both Android and ios

Cons

Cons: last winter it maybe worked 20% of the time with just login alone (its system). There is an issue on ios phones there is 2 instances of Security over top each other, drives me crazy, under the new issues tab.

Parking software doesn't really work with the style of security we use for the safe list.

Really good. Support is helpful and they do an awesome job of creating videos for training.

Pros

Checkpoint scanning and reports. Makes it easy to have provable rounds and patrol stops.

Cons

Technology can be difficult for some guards. You will always have the same guard have a problem with something. Generally it's user error but still takes time

I am the owner of a security company in Arizona and after using multiple other systems I find that Silvertrac is the most affordable, easiest to customize and the customer service team is awesome (Shout out to Derek).

Pros

I like the GPS monitoring, the geofencing and the ease of use of the overall system.

Cons

It has a tendency to lock up if you accidentally switch out of it.

Mainly the cost effectiveness of Silvertrac.

Pros

I like how I can get the officer's reports in real time, and not have to wait until the next day to receive their paper reports. I feel like I'm more in touch with what's going on from a Security standpoint.

Cons

I wish we could stop people from being able to close their own reports since we use that as an auditing process.

I like the fact the DAR and IR are in one report. I like the fact that I have a dashboard that I can quickly review what happened. We also receive reports each morning to make sure our staff is utilizing the software correctly.

Cons

Some of the windows like programming issue types and checkpoints can seem like a long and tedious process.

I'm actually very pleased with the software and will continue to use it for my officers and build my company around the software.

Pros

I like this touring system because of its ease of use and live updating. I also like that I'm able to add options to the duty list on the fly so my officers can place an action that fits a particular category.

Cons

There are times in the middle of the night (this is not often) that the user is kicked off due to the system going down for updating or other reasons. This is a minor Con, though it does get bothersome when I have to reactivate an officer at 0430 hours when I'm usually asleep and the officer contacts me about connection issues.

The ability to bring up the calls to review all info imputed and view photos taken by user. The ability for customers to sign in and view this info also.

Cons

Wish there was an app that customers could download for reporting issues I feel that this would make it easier from them to report incidents that they normally wouldn't report.
