It has shown us where our weak links are. Pros Love reporting and alerting the best. These features have given our management team so much insight into what is actually going on at every site. Now I just need better managers. Cons The android version of the software is so much better than the IOS version and all our devices are IOS. Still waiting for the mobile patrol touring feature. Pros Silvertrac for use on patrol has been great. Automated reports allow our drivers to stay out in the field for the entirety of their shift, and the issues monitor allowed our command center to take over the paperwork side of any issues with ease! We have almost 100 units operating daily and have had virtually no issues. When we've had questions or concerns they are addressed immediately. Our clients love the real time reporting and automatic reports in the morning. Definitely a customer retention tool. It has helped us to stop incorrect time in and out information and it has provided for more accurate billing to the client and payments to personnel. Pros This has simplified our reporting process and provided a way for us to be more transparent to our clients. This has doubled our value and desirability to our clients. Our Officers love the QR codes in that most of their report writing is done in one click. Cons Some features are only available on the hand held phone and some customizations need be available to the user at their discretion. My clients love the software and it's easily customizable. Easy to customize qr codes to include videos and etc. the representative and his team really listen to their customers. The customer rep always addresses any questions and values his customer feedback. The cons I listed below he is working on a solution. Cons Reports should be sent more than once a day. June 21, 2018 5.0 Already mentioned in the PRO's block... Pros Silvertrac provided a seamless integration from our previous guard management system. It is easy to navigate and support services from REP are outstanding. I most recently included Silvertrac as a product in my final presentation for a major residential RFP and the decision makers were "blow away" by the presentation content. Their reply was: "Wow..., we actually don't have any questions for you because you just literally answered every concern we identified on our matrix during your presentation." We were deploying a previous software at one of this clients sites and rolled-out Silvertac for a trial to capture patrol and reporting data for the presentation. That strategy played out to perfection. The client was able to compare reporting data from our previous software to that of Silvertrac. The comparison was akin to that of Analog vs Digital. Oh and yes, we were awarded 3 out of 4 locations with this Client. Silvertrac most definitely played a significant role as a product differentiator, contributing to our success receiving the award. Pros The many options available no matter what industry you work in. The GPS capabilities Cons The lack of notifications of all the the new things that get added to Silvertrac. I like how easy it is to implement no matter what phone you are using it on. Cons I would like the ability to delete reports that are made by mistake when editing them. Not only do we use it for standard tour , we have incorporated the system for our monthly fire extinguisher inspections. Pros With the new update being able to see the checkpoints on the phone and the completion box when point are touched. Our customers love the reports that come from Silvertrac, saying that its the best and easiest reports for them to read. He was on time to the meeting and organized. The Demo was pretty short (30 minutes ) however we went over and Johnny did not cut us off. We were using group thinking and Johnny was listening to our concerns and was creative enough to jump in and give us ideas. Pros Report Writing and Photos. I like the real time pictures. Cons I am not too sure how to use the GPS and how we can give accountability to a client. April 28, 2017 5.0 Pros The thing I like most is the ability to see in real time what the officers in the field are doing. New clients are in awe that a program like this exists. Bomar Security has maintained and has been hired on by new clients using SilverTrac as a selling tool. The ability for clients to look at their own reports is also a great tool in the process of getting new clients. Cons The only issue I have with the program is that you can't track the patrol drivers between sites with GPS technology. Review Source JC John C.
