Overall I recommend this software for any security company. There is a Lot of benefits that simplify our jobs. Customer support is on point and really cares about our opinion.

Pros

This software was an easy transition for my staff, they were all thrown in to the software with a quick 5 minute intro. They are working on new things as well which will help simplify things further. I look forward to seeing what else comes in the future.

Cons

There are a few ways my staff can sneak around different features we want them to use, however I was informed they are working on it as we speak.

We are scanning areas of the property where any problem has the potential to become a huge inconvenience. Silvertrac allows us to track trends with different issues and also hold ourselves accountable for completing our proper checks. Our overall experience and training with the SilverTrac support team has been seamless, encouraging and educational. Special Thanks to rep. superior customer service skills and teaching ability. It has been enlightening!

Pros

The software is very straight forward and user friendly. Even my most seasoned officers who were initially reluctant to the technological changes have mastered Silvertrac and appreciate all of the opportunities it offers.

Cons

A simple beta testing bump in the road that was cleared up quickly if there were anything at all. Then again this was mostly due to the specific android device we were using. One quick email to our Customer Success Manager and the problem was resolved in minutes. In the end we are happy to be part of the new updates!

Outstanding. Silvertrac Software is differentiating our company from our competitors who prioritise cheap rates.

Pros

Silvertrac is on the mobile, it is clean and simple to use. It also has a desktop dash view which is great for our Control room and supervisors knowing work is being completed and doubles as a welfare check.

Cons

There isn't anything I don't like. My technology background does make me think about what the potential roadmap is for Silvertrac Software and the possibilites to layer features on this platform are endless.

Overall - Silvertrac had greatly improved our efficiency and has made us a better company.

Pros

This software allows us to do away with paper reports. Reports are generated and sent automatically to our clients. This software allows pictures to be taken and inserted into reports. This software allows GPS tracking of our employees.

Cons

Automatic reports are not easily delivered. Clients must often add permissions via their IT departments. Clients get frustrated and end up not reading the reports. The method of tracking licenses is cumbersome and inefficient.

Pros

Customer reports are great for accountability.

Cons

The Silvertrac sales team are wonderful and always helpful with quick responses. The technical support is horrible. You can never get them on the phone, have emails from the sales people who have also asked technical support to reach out but here we are a week later and have yet to receive an email or call back. Silvertrac looks good and customers love the reports but the company really needs to address the technical support side of the house.

We where able to make the company grow with this software program being a huge selling point.

Pros

Amazing quality in pictures and audio when sending reports to clients. They love the automated reports they receive daily. Great selling point when trying to get new clients. The program makes it very easy to go to a unit and retrieve all the reports when a manager needs information. The parking program allows you to find license numbers easily when looking information for a client. The system uploads quickly.

Cons

That there is no search engine to make it easy to find names that have been used in the system. You cannot edit the system when you have entered information. You are also not allowed to change the color or fonts in the system as well.

Pros

This product is easy to use, update, and setup. Provides instant feedback, in real time, to customers and management.

Cons

For multiple site scanning, you have to switch sites to properly record tags. Instead of the system automatically switching based on the site tag, it has to be done manually. A nice feature to add would be a scan tag that would automatically switch locations.

We are able to show that Security patrols are being completed. Pictures can be taken of certain areas to show a timeline for review if there is an issue with a particular area such as vending areas. If there is evidence of a break in of the machines we can review back through the previous pictures taken to narrow down the timeline for review. The customer support was exceptional, even for someone who probably asked some pretty stupid questions. When I was unable to grasp one aspect of the set up, I was able to give them the information and they set it up for me.

Pros

The ability to take pictures of an area, to write notes about issues found and the instructions directing the Officer to what they should do as well as the location of the next checkpoint. Routes can be changed without the worry of whether everyone is notified. Whoever is assigned follows the directions on the device.

Cons

There isn't anything that I can think of.

Overall this is a great all-in-one product that allows me to keep track of my employees and provide my customer with real time information.

Pros

The feature my clients and I find most useful is the ability to send reports out instantly to all required parties as soon as a report is completed. having this information real time is invaluable.

Cons

I would like to see improvements in the report interface that can include a fillable forms to ensure specific information is not missed in reports. I would also like for the checkpoint generator to be more user-friendly.

### "Not User Friendly for Operational Supervisor "

The Silvertrac Software / Program is clearly not designed to support Operational Supervisors. It is probably very helpful for HR / Timekeepers/Other Administrative Support Positions. It is nearly useless because of its lack of User Friendly Functions as an Operational Scheduling Tool.

Pros

It mostly keeps track of members time.

Cons

You rely on Remote On Line training which is not helpful or effective for everyone. Providing In Person Training for the individuals that use the system would be helpful.

Efficiency is the key word for our company. With Silvertrac our Officers have an all-in-one software for reporting security, parking management, and maintenance issues on a quick and robust handheld system that has proven to not be glitchy in the field or have uploading issues for it's data.

Pros

Singular Issue reporting instead of lumping 10 different issues into a report. Now I can pull statistics for my clients based on the most common issues we see on their properties, whether it be transient activity, vandalism, or maintenance issue, the reporting is much more thorough than what we were previously using. Silvertrac is about transparency. Time and date stamped photos assures our clients that the photo the Officer took was live, in camera, and could not be duplicated.

Cons

There really aren't any real dislikes with this software that do not come down to human error, slowing down and doing the reporting correctly the first time before submitting is how to fix a lot of the common issues we are experiencing with our Officers. The software, itself, is outstanding. If an Officer logs into the wrong property there is no easy way to fix this and if your auto reports are set, the wrong property goes to the wrong client.

Pros

Parking and Reports on one platform. GPS verification. Ability to customize.

Cons

Field Users cannot see previous reports, view photos, or search issues. For example, the field user cannot search to see if a transient had been previously contacted. No way for the field user to add photos from the phone and only allows photos from inside the app. Back Office: Supervisor reviews of reports before they are submitted to the client. When we make changes the client can see those changes when they read their auto reports. Also, If a report was completed under the wrong property there is no way to change the property to the correct one. Also, would be nice to have a simpler way to switch between clients. Btw, I have so many more suggestions. I am willing to work with you if you are serious about making changes.

Silvertrac is very easy to use. Build time depends on the sise of your organizaation, but even with that, the johnny page always is will ing to find solution to assist you in initial set up and design. always learning new ways to develop invaluable reports for our clients.

Pros

Great intuitive product. The application is easy to use and extremely versatile to all security needs. NO PAPERWORK. All officer needs is a smart device. Report delivery is easy with email set up.

Cons

At this point, I have not found any issues that I would consider in my opinion to be a "Con"

We have increased our sales with the use of this product as well as the productivity of the guards.

Pros

The real-time reporting is an excellent selling point in our proposal to potential clients. With the use of this software we have increased our sales and number of clients. The GPS tracking is a great tool to keep the guards accountable as well as the check points (detex) option within the software. There are a number of different reports that are very helpful to our clients. Overall, the Silvertrac software is a valuable tool for our company and industry.

I am very satisfied with this product, seldom does it go down and it is greatly used.

Pros

I Love the ease of use. By the time all tabs have been selected the customer and supervisory staff already have all crucial initiating information on a report.

Cons

One thing that I and my staff wish to have is the ability to upload pictures on an issue currently being written instead of having to take a picture then and there. This will help improve violations reporting greatly.

Silvertrac has been great with our customers. We’re a pretty new company in the Orlando area, and silvertrac allows us to stand out, and separate from the competition by utilizing the automatic daily report emails. If there’s been anything that we would have wanted they are always willing to have developed. They never tell their customers no, if they don’t have it I typically get a “we don’t have that developed quite yet, but we’re working on it” that’s Great customer service if you ask me! Working with rep has been a Fantastic experience! If he doesn’t answer my call right away, I usually get an email with “I’ll give you a cal right back in wrapping up on a call” or a call back within 5-10 minutes.

Pros

This software is amazing. Super user friendly and it’s easy to use.

Cons

There’s nothing that I can think of at the moment. Everything that we would have wanted in the software they basically will go back develop into their software for you.

We use Silvertrac, with great results, on all of our sites that vary in environments, duties and functions. We are able to monitor remote operations with ease. Customers have the ability to receive the report they want when they want it. The Silvertrac team is always listening to our feedback and developing solutions that will fix any issue or suggestions we may have quickly.

Pros

Silvertrac has beautiful looking reports that our clients love. We send a sample of it with every proposal to help sell our company.

Cons

It isn't the easiest to learn, but certainly not impossible, and there are some features that are not all that intuitive.

SilverTrac adds value to our company with the low-cost option to have a robust reporting system.

Pros

SilverTrac works every time. Other companies have server problems that interferes with our workflow. SilverTrac keeps us reporting. The icons are easy to see and use on the handheld. Besides working every time, this system is fast. There is no waiting for a connection, it just works.

Cons

The option to add a photo from the phone's photo gallery would be useful. It's still with the developer.

Value with the low-cost for a robust system and the best customer service response with a person dedicated to making this system run smooth for our company was the reason I chose SilverTrac.

My overall experience with Silvertrac is exceptional! I'm able to ensure my client receives real time updates about incidents occurring at sites. This helps us to cut notification delays down that are common with only using email or other means of notifications.

Pros

What I like most is the ease of access and the fact it is very user friendly. The system is easy to navigate and use and features an instant message system for help should you need it.

Cons

The only issues is that in some cases of the program may be slower on older PCs however this is not the fault of the program but on the user for using outdated equipment.

Outstanding overall. I used Destiny Patrol Software previously and it is a day and night difference. The old program was outdated, unreliable and garbage. Silvertrac is updated, polished, reliable and functional. I am glad we made the change, even though we pay a bit more, it is worth every penny.

Pros

This software is very user friendly, produces outstanding reports for our clients, is reliable, it comes with many additional blogs/updates/info sessions and the company itself provides outstanding customer service, often within minutes of my inquiry (even late at night on a Sunday).

Cons

It has opportunities for growth, but they are working on it. The majority of things I would like them to add are currently in the works, so I look forward to the growth/upgrades.
