Good for beginners. Does not look professional enough. Would preferbto be able to add more color. .

Sinple to use. Simple for the guards to use. No much trainig needed to understand the system. Easy..

Cons

Plain reports. Plain and boring reports. Confusing emailing to clients. Unnecessary information that geta emaild to clients.

Terrible- they will not return emails, and their accounting/billing phone number goes straight to voicemail.

Pros

Nothing- the user interface is terrible, buggy, and feels 2 decades out of sync with current tech.

Cons

Everything, this is bar none the worst item our company has paid for.

It was what we needed for a while but we reorganized our company and needed more functionality and capabilities that the software lacks. The customer service was not the best. We found another software solution that excels in these ways and has more, all for less cost, amazingly.

Pros

The way guards could scan QR codes is nice. Makes our team into professional QR code scanners.

Cons

We called customer service and asked a question and they said “ok” and hung up. Then we called more with no answer. Email correspondence was also unprofessional and they did not communicate clearly or resolve issues clearly.

Pros

This app is very easy to sign up for and they have good functions but they'll never let you out they will continuously charge you even after you've made multiple attempts to cancel. I do not want the service anymore Please stop taking money out of my account

Cons

I can't cancel you guys even though it says cancel anytime if I needed you in the future I will be very reluctant to sign back up knowing that I will get charged multiple months after the request has been made and confirmed.

Pros

Voice recorder is a good function other than that no.

Cons

I work nights and take pictures of trespassers and homeless in dark areas. The camera with flash on and you still can't get a clear picture. The camera it's installed on takes good night shots, this does not take advantage of the camera functions on the phone . Keyboard way too small.

Pros

Customer reports are great for accountability.

Cons

The Silvertrac sales team are wonderful and always helpful with quick responses. The technical support is horrible. You can never get them on the phone, have emails from the sales people who have also asked technical support to reach out but here we are a week later and have yet to receive an email or call back. Silvertrac looks good and customers love the reports but the company really needs to address the technical support side of the house.

Last two years has been getting worse we are thinking about switching because of the customer service.

Pros

When it works it not that bad of reporting system.

Cons

Customer Service has gone way down over the lat two years. Have a problem for almost a month has not been repaired and no one will call us back.
