It meets all our org requirements to streamline fundraising for any events. Able to track down easily fundraising amounts after all the expenses paid for any events

Sometimes very tough to create any events and cannot create any events which will 6 months from present time

Bizzabo has been a great partner for events big and small. The event creation, landing pages, and badging systems available are top-knotch. But it's really about the people. The teams are passionate, fun, energetic and enjoy the work they're doing, which means they'll help you accomplish what you want. Have a great idea for a large team dinner, seminar or online workshop? Bizzabo's teams are fluent in all kinds of events and can help you get invitations out, interactive landing pages up, and event ticketing easily set up. Even larger-scale conferences come together with tools for meeting and session management if you need to track CEUs and speaker minutes.

Pros

Bizzabo is a great business partner with passionate real people helping make every event outstanding. The learning curve is small, and the tools feel familiar; so it's easy to get up and running, fast.

Cons

Sometimes, estimating the scale of what's needed can be off from the actual event needs. When this happens, and budgets are already spent, it's tough to eat the realization that you wish you'd paid less for less because there's no refunds or take-back for an event that didn't turn out as big as you estimated.

Pros

I really like the functionality, features, value for money and knowledge hub. The customer support feature is also great. They get back to us super fast and are always helping us with whatever we ask!

Cons

There is a learning curve when you initially learn the tool and it'll take you some time to learn the nuances look most complex tech platforms.

Overall, Bizzabo is a great tool but there is a bit of a learning curve. I use the platform often and I like it!

Pros

\- salesforce integration and the registration tracking - user friendly - customization of event pages, colors, elements etc. (Protiviti does not leverage bizzabo in the way it is typically used) - onsite check in capability - email scheduler

Cons

\- lack of tracking capability - no option to create an "Event Template" without duplicating an event - sizing of images - would like to be able to move Column 1, 2 & 3 in a custom element vs having to completely redo it if we need to change the order of the content

Its a great tool for event management. Previously we used to create our own CMS system for it but with bizzabo its an ease and with its API we can show the events on our website whereever we want. Overall a wonderful experience using Bizzabo.

Pros

The flexibility of designing the events is flawless and it supports responsive design which is an addition.

Cons

I didint liked that we cannot add CSS directly within the section. First we have to give a class then go to the CSS section and add the CSS there. How cool it would be if the option to add CSS is when selecting a section.

Bizzabo is ok, it doesn't give us the level of data we require, and it's really hard to customise the graphics - the event experience should be improved by a Bizzabo event page, it shouldn't detract from the event.

Pros

\- Nice clean interface, nice branding - It's not a bad event management system Other than that, I could take it or leave it!

\- Hard to unsubscribe from email notifications that are my teammates' events rather than my events - Have to reset my password every time I use it, as I use it infrequently and Bizzabo asks you to change your password regularly - Also

Pros

Great platform for the actual live event, lots of customisation available, a true all-in-one event management platform.

Cons

Can be quite confusing and overwhelming with all of the different options available and takes quite a bit of training to understand it all. Have had a lot of technical issues with live events - it seems that the success of an event is very heavily reliable on the quality of speaker's wifi/equipment.

The platform is fine and gets the job done but I think it would be better if they combined their product portfolio.

The back end UI is easy to use and understand

Cons

The customer service and limited data capture. One thing i really struggle with is Bizzabo verse studios - they have too many offerings with too many names and its confusing.

I like that it is easy to attend a "virtual conference" we used this for benefits and it was incredible to go from session to session. I was also able to easily see what sessions were available.

It seems like an ok tool. I have limited experience working mainly on the design side with a marketing team for a global commercial real estate firm. The tools for marketing and ticket sales may be where the real value lies, however, I don't have much experience using that part of the platform.

Pros

I like that email marketing and event web pages are seamlessly integrated.

Cons

The website design tools are very basic and don't allow much customization without custom HTML coding.

Intuitive interfacer within the tool, I thought it was very easy to navigate. Also there's great documentation provided by the company around integrations.

Cons

Integration to Marketo was constantly breaking with no long term solutions from the support team despite the issue being consistent. Also, Bizzabo forms don't have contingency logic. ex: If Country > is US then Show the State field, if not, keep State field hidden.

Overall positive with a few minor issues that can be easily solved

Pros

Generally easy to use and it looks nice for users.

Cons

On event pages it forces you to capitalise the first letter of each word in the title, which is grammatically incorrect! People also fairly frequently report a 404 error message when clicking on event pages, but this tends to resolve itself quickly.

Overall Bizzabo worked for what we needed. We did experience a critical registration failure in July 2022 at our conference in Orlando when we couldn't get all iPads to connect to printers and had to pivot to pre-printing all the badges to keep lines down. This affected our guest experience, affected our check-in data, and frustrated our team. In 2023, Bizzabo sent a tech to conference to overcome those challenges and we appreciated that commitment to getting it right.

Pros

Bizzabo offered virtual programming & virtual event management when we needed it most. The features are intuitive and didn't take a lot of training to onboard our team.

Cons

Bizzabo encountered several system outages, most critically: right after we launched registration and again onsite at conference. We tried to work with the team to understand the impact of these outages on our data and ticket sales.Bizzabo was limited in a lot of ways. For example, we had both in-person and on-demand sessions on the agenda and there was no way to adjust how they showed - it was chronological with on-demand at the very bottom. The abstract management feature doesn't work for our review process so we used another tool and imported the data. At one point the speaker widget was out of sync with the live website/app and we kept getting correction emails from VIP speakers about incorrect names/titles, although it was correct on the backend.
