We loved the way it's laid out and the simplicity of operating in the system. It can do everything! Ultimately, we decided that it's a steep price and too much functionality for a very small broker shop. Pros Encompass has the capability to do anything and everything. All the functionality you could ever need for any size of company. Customization, features, bells and whistles. And very user friendly to operate in day to day! Cons Our main hangup with Encompass was just having too much capability and too many bells and whistles for a company of our size. It's really tailored to huge mortgage companies with an entire IT team, not mom and pop shops with <10 employees. We selected Encompass because it was familiar, we'd worked on it with past companies and they're knowing for being one of the very best in the biz. But it was just a little too big to maintain and navigate for our company size.
