UI Path is great platform for automation and you can create many bots. UI Path easy to learn and explore. UI Path provide lot's of tutorial on there websites. I think UI Path one of the simplest and most recognized RPA tool. Pros One of the best Automation tool, that has lots of capabilities and have many new AI/ML features. I like the most about the product that, UI Path tool is very easy and simple to deploy, and no programming background are required. It is just simple like drag and drop as per requirement. UI Path user interface is also simple and Its easy to learn. Cons I think UI Path is expensive platform if we compare to other RPA tools, also there is no any integration or activities for iOS and Android Automation. Cons So far have not felt any major dislike or flaws but there is definitely a limitation to use UI path, it certainly is not everyone's choice. By enabling us to automate repetitive processes in an easy manner improved our KPIs. It's not that time-consuming to automate processes. Pros The interface is easy to understand, and the e-learnings are amazing to learn RPA development rapidly. UiPath has a very easy drag-and-drop interface, which makes automating processes a breeze. UiPath Orchestrator is fairly easy to use as well as a control centre. The activities makes you do most things, and if not, you have the option to custom-code in .Net. Cons Some features feel a bit buggy, and older versions are prone to crash. Compatibility between versions has been lacking, but apparently it's better in newer versions. With the help of UiPath, I can automate my process and do multiple tabs at the same time. This has saved a lot of my time and I can do other add-valued tasks. Pros UiPath has accelerated my job performance to 150%. By automating my input and output reconginsing, UiPath has freed my time from boring routine tasks. UiPath also helps in data scrapping from various sources such as web and SAP. I also can customize my automatic process, changing flexible variable to better adapt with different situations. Cons The Ochestra function is very powerful but quite complex to fully understand and use. It takes me 2 months to learn and master their functions. Pros Uipath has the best integrated OCR. It contains Abby, MODI, Tesseract OCR for reading PDF and images and converting them to text. I have used Abby OCR for reading PDF using uipath and it gives the best results. Cons The only thing uipath is missing is some innovation tool like IQ bot in automation anywhere which would smartly read the fields in PDF even if for next PDF fields are changing. They have amazing support and their academy is amazing to learn UiPath. Pros I like best in UiPath flowcharts. It is the best feature in UiPath you can easily create even complicated workflows with just couple of clicks and dropping builtin activities without coding. You can also implement state machine it is also great future. Passing through states is making much easier to design main part of your process. Cons What I really don't like some bugs in UiPath appearing from nowhere. In new version, I see most of them like when you are trying to change your variable name it gives very long error etc. But still there is one not fixed importing outlook templates. I had issue with implementing ".oft" files reading with "Microsoft.office.interop.Outlook" library. It was real disaster, I couldn't define anything. I spent quite a lot of time to implement and I reach conclusion it is very close to impossible to use it. There should direct activity for outlook message and "oft" files. Except than this uipath is great tool for Automation. Except than that also debugging is not very convenient. It is hard to debug with uipath if you are running very big process. Pros I like UiPath because I didn't need to learn any code language to create bots that perform repetitive tasks for me. It offers a series of very instructive training videos that are completely online. It has an easy to understand system for any employee and a friendly interface. Have been able to reduce team size and more efficient use of them. Time for automation has dramatically reduced. A whole start to end process has been completed in less than 3 days. I remember in the beginning with other tool it took 15 days for the same. . Very easy features like the recorders for automating make it extremely robust to use. I am glad I took suggestions from friend and opted for it right away. Pros Ui path is very easy to use. It is very flexible and supports almost all types of data. Drag and drop feature is very unique and helpful. Reasonable pricing as compared to other RPA tools is a definite plus. All the tutorials are available free of cost on Uipath website itself so no hassle of looking here and there.Interface is very attractive. OCR and other related features are mind blowing. Mostly, the CSV data and the JSON data of the analysis has to be converted to TopoJSON and GeoJSON for plotting and easy map visualization, this process is automated using UiPath. Cons Email automation lacks some connection and stability plugins. UiPath provides with free community edition as well as cloud service like orchestrator use for easier deployment. UiPath has its own forum and academy(online learning), which is responsive and better way to deal with the software understanding. UiPath uses workflows/flowcharts to create projects ,making it easier for beginners to understand well. It has integrated data-scraping , OCR tools, it helps in integrating computer vision scope in projects. Cons Since UiPath is a continuously growing, it provides updates on a regular basis ,as a result it is difficult to co-op with changing environment.
