Very detailed and organized, it has every category needed to find what you are looking for. So many different ways to help properties!

Cons

There are several glitches in the system, or things that I have to get over ridden so many times when its not actually needed.

Saves me time and helps find errors before I submit to corporate. This saves me time and makes life less stressful at work.

Cons

when doing recertifications it continues to not charge rent or charges two to three times for move a move in.

How easy the program is to use and how helpful it is to keep things organized and well managed. Very reliable program.

Cons

It sometimes logs you out an you have trouble getting back in. Other than that it is a great and reliable program.

It's been positive. We have not had any complaints from any one on our team. All in all, it's been easy to learn and easy to train others.

Pros

I love the ability to do everything in one system. It keeps me from having to remember multiple passwords.

Cons

I'm not comfortable with the new look yet. It's not bad but there was nothing wrong with the way it was before.

I am a fan of using . Resman is one of the easiest platforms to use. The help tab is what gets me through my day.

Pros

I have been using for more than 10 years. I find it to be very user friendly. I love that I can have more than one window open at a time.

Cons

During month end or pre close the reporting takes forever to populate. The ability to not being able to edit certain transactions.

Pros

gives me help with all my issues, I can always find all the answers to my questions on the help portal.

Cons

getting in contact with someone as soon as possible. need someone who can contact me within 3 hours.

Good overall experience. The team does revert quickly and has good support & help videos, too.

Pros

Backend reporting is an array of integrations that make life much easier if you use multiple vendors or software.

Cons

The dashboard can be improved by adding more features and access to configure the available charts. The speed of refreshing or bringing specific reports sometimes takes a few seconds and can be improved. There is no mobile app, and this is, IMO, the most significant opportunity for the team.

Pros

The availability on how its self explanatory, I love how its an easy search. I love the way the boardroom is set.

Cons

Sometimes it can take a lil to load when your trying to get your delinquency or other reports but most parts great!

Whenever I contact the support team I get the answer I need. Friendly, knowledgeable and very patient customer service team.

Pros

Everything works. Friendly user interface, stable web based software, no glitches.

Cons

Very minor glitches. Our logo is stretched and look weird on the reports. I have experienced some latency but I wonder if that was on my end.

The access to have everything on one system. We do not have to open multiple systems to get things completed.

Cons

The system only allows certain number of staff members to access support. Not all staff members have access to support, which falls all on our Manager to submit and correct.

It has been good, overall. Invoices are easy to enter and upload. Finding residents is quick and simple. Property documents are easily found.

Pros

It is pretty much user friendly and when help is needed there is a Help Tab for any questions.

Cons

It would be nice if the bank account(s) balance for could be listed on the same page as the bank accounts are listed on.

Pros

Easy to navigate, holds a lot of valuable information and daily communication log. All prospects and applicants in one system.

Cons

Refreshing many times once a change has been made in the system, can be challenging at times. But overall great.

Trying to find certain things like bulk assesing late payments. We always seem to have an issue with staying linked to our lease software.

Best software I have used. I love the attention to detail especially in accounting and The Make Ready Board.

Pros

Easy workflow and good financial reports. Financial reporting is details and board room makes it easy to keep track of everything and mostly I love the delinquency tab in the board room.

Cons

The thing I dont like the most is the renewal process or bulk renewal offers.

It's was a little hard at first, once I learned how to use it I love it; less verbal communication, and all communication and files are right at your finger tips

Pending Approval Report; Selections made will not stay defaulted; I have to keep making selection every time I go from one account to another

Love that is focused on the daily operations of the on-Site Team, causing it to be easy to train on, easy to use, and can drill down into items quickly! I have used the standard other software products and was new to ResMan but totally like it above the cumbersome other software's.

I love ! It is overall user friendly, an upgrade from Yardi Systems, which has always been my favorite system to use (until now).

Pros

is an upgraded version of Yardi and I loved using Yardi…it feels as though it was designed by managers for managers.

Cons

The changing of the late fees and the ledger glitches from time to time. Also, my certifications are not clearing out, so I look behind (could be that I’m missing a step).
