The team does revert quickly and has good support & help videos, too. Pros Backend reporting is an array of integrations that make life much easier if you use multiple vendors or software. Cons The dashboard can be improved by adding more features and access to configure the available charts. The speed of refreshing or bringing specific reports sometimes takes a few seconds and can be improved. There is no mobile app, and this is, IMO, the most significant opportunity for the team. It is overall user friendly, an upgrade from Yardi Systems, which has always been my favorite system to use (until now). Pros is an upgraded version of Yardi and I loved using Yardi…it feels as though it was designed by managers for managers. Cons The changing of the late fees and the ledger glitches from time to time. Also, my certifications are not clearing out, so I look behind (could be that I’m missing a step).
