Pros

Cons

Just small things like that availability list does not put things in dated order. There is no place on the individual account to add notes about the residents.

Overall, is a system that is easy to use and understand. No special in-house IT department needed. Customization of the reports is easy. We converted properties over several years ago and now bringing on new business as well. As a lead on the system, our team took the time to research and plan for the conversion. Planning and preparing on our part were a success as well. The partnership with Resman was a big success.

Pros

is in one module and the training videos are easy to understand for new users. I have worked on ALL software systems in the industry and Resman is by far the best. Resman is not only a great software, but we have made great partnership relationships with interfaces through Resman. Our staff in accounting is kept lean giving our management company the ability to spend funds in other areas.

Cons

When bringing on new entities the set up process runs a little slow. We run at a very fast pace. Now we know to get the set up started ahead of our start date needed.

Software is good overall, customer service is terrible. I would give a higher rating if they would call us back for customer service tech issues.

Pros

Reporting features, tenant profile, the software is laid out well. I like the ledger and recurring charges.

They have terrible customer service, they don’t answer and won’t call us back to answer our questions.

allows for easy use, great reports, good ways to "personalize" my dashboard to make moving around easier, integrates with MRI for our background checks, and the best part is the great customer service!

Pros

is such a user-friendly program with some great features (one that I like the most is the mass messaging that I can do through the software) plus great customer service! Whenever I have any question or an issue, I always get a very rapid response.

Cons

I have used many software programs and I honestly cannot think of one negative with this program.

I enjoy the structure and user friendliness of . It allows for effective bulk communication and even offers step by step training kept at your disposal. The reports are also very helpful with the ability to also create customized reports.

Cons

There is not one thing I dislike about or would recommend to ResMan at this time.

Again, it is very user friendly so coming from YARDI it is a dream come true. Very to the point and there aren't 10 steps to get one task completed. It also doesn't take forever to run all the reports needed for month end.

Pros

Extremely user friendly! Easy to access reports...The initial use of is simple, searching a person by name or apartment number is extremely helpful and it is the easiest to navigate in comparison to YARDI or Onesite.

Cons

Since we are a two phase property, there is no way to integrate the wait list. So, when someone gets on our wait list we have to manually enter it many times depending on the floorplan they are seeking.

It's been great, I love it! not hard to learn, it provides you with tutorials and reman university!!

Pros

has been by far my favorite software. Costumer service when an issue arises, they are quick to respond and assist with help. From my position, collection and financials, Resman makes it easy to pull specific reports and contacting resident via text, email or calls.

Cons

You have to be careful with editing, making changes, because it can mess with financial reports. But it is still a great tool to ensure that everyone stays on top of their work and calculations.

Overall, is a solid property management system that does a lot well, especially for managing leases, resident accounts, and reporting. It’s clearly built for larger portfolios and has the tools needed to run day-to-day operations efficiently. Once you learn the system, it becomes a dependable platform that keeps everything in one place. That said, there is a learning curve. Some processes take more steps than they should, and certain features aren’t always intuitive. It’s not the kind of system you can jump into without training, but once you’re familiar with it, it does its job well.

Pros

Powerful system, but not always user-friendly. This is where could improve. Some workflows feel outdated or overly complex, and newer users can feel overwhelmed at first. It’s functional, but not always intuitive.

Pros

I am an owner with read-only access but I can find all information I need and it was easy for me to adapt to the new layout.

Cons

It logs me out in only a few minutes even while I am working on it so this is inconvenient especially when reviewing financials which requires me long time logged into . The search option could be more comprehensive

They recently upgraded their software and it isn't quite as easy to navigate as it was previously. They still have a few things to fix, but once they do, I'm sure it will flow smoother.

Wish you could customize more, especially reporting. I do with the look of the software itself was more professional, the loud colors and fonts seem kind of juvenile.

I wish I could Search Resident Vehicles by License Plate and Parking Permit numbers. It would make it easier to determine which cars belong in what parking spaces.

My experience the way I been using is been good. Like I said it has been really helpful for me on what I use it for.

Pros

That we get to interact with Residents. Get to inform Residents of any updates. We are able to check and see any Resident information. We are able to see any rentable items, Parking space etc. Availability status.

Cons

Haven't had any issues with . In Maintenance side we deal with it or I deal with is minimum. So far haven't run into any issue
