Appréciation générale très bonne pour l'expérience du quotidien sauf pour les 2 éléments cités ci-haut.

Pros

La facilité d'utilisation pour les conseillers (facturation) et pour la comptable (fin de mois et fin d'année). De plus, lorsque nous rencontrons dees problèmes ou que nous avons des questions, le service à la clientèle est TRÈS bon. Félicitations à \[CONTENU SENSIBLE\] pour la rapidité de réponse et pour la qualité des éclaircissements et des conseils.

Cons

La date due sur les facture qui change lorsqu'on ajoute de nouveaux produits au cours du mois. Cela crée des problème si le conseiller ne remarque pas la nouvelle date et ne la modifie pas pour demeurer avec la date planifiée avec le client. De plus, lorsqu'un client achète un complément (ex : avion) à son voyage initial (ex : croisière) et que le mois du premier achat est fermé, il faut obligatoirement faire une autre facture. L'accumulation de facture complique la vie du conseiller car le client ne fait pas toujours la compilation des différentes factures. Les conseillers doivent alors expliquer le tout plusieurs même.

We are very happy with our decision to move to TravelWorks. As a small business with unique requirements, our team is confident that TravelWorks will serve our needs now and well into the future.

Pros

TravelWorks is an all in one back office solution. It provides us with what we need for a backend system and gives us room to grow and expand our operations. Onboarding, training and customer support is excellent.

Cons

PCContact is not as versatile as its competitors in the email marketing space. The editing features are dated

We have an excellent experience, we able to manage our bookings well within the system - took me a while to think about what we like least

Pros

Once we are all trained and set up, we can just get on with needs to be done and the reports work really well

Cons

When we have a refund, it can make a booking confusing at time to get right in Travelworks, most cases it's just a matter of the actual refund which is complicated itself as no two scenarios are the same

Very happy with our overall experience with TravelWorks and the assistance we have received from the entire team. It is a great solution for our travel business and would recommend it to others.

Pros

It is user-friendly and can accommodate the complicated set up with multiple branches that our company has. Customer support is very responsive. Overall good value for money.

Cons

Some functionality that we would like to see is hard coded and cannot be changed, or could be developed for a fee. Would like to be able to run reports based on cash/commission received.

The ease of use has made Travelworks a dream to use without extensive training for your team. It's extremely intuitive and very well 'supported'

Pros

The ease of use is the most outstanding feature. The support, help and proactiveness of the team behind the scenes is a close second and way out in front of all other systems we've used.

Cons

lack of integration with suppliers we use regularly, however, the cut-and-paste option into the free-format product description is easy. GST is still too manual a process

It pared down booking to a bare-bones process and made tracking across trips and client history easier, thus freeing up my team to spend more time on client experience and upsell.

Pros

Everything from itineraries to client communication is centralized in a single system. It’s made for travel companies, and it looks like it.

Cons

Initial set up was a little bit of a learning curve and customer support could be more prompt sometimes.

I think it is one of the best products for the travel industry

Pros

WE have been using this product for 20 years. It was a little tricky at the beginning but once you figure it out it have a lot of good qualities

Cons

Constantly putting the date in when paying a bill.

Travel Works is CLEAN & EASY to use. It has the tools for business & industry. Thanks Travel Works! If looking for the BEST, this is it. If you've found a better product, I'd be shocked. So, let me know:-)

Looking for smarter improvements, advancements and FLEXIBILITY with Trip N Touch!!! Especially in this APP day & age. It should & can be a bit better. It will HELP us. -PLEASE! -Auto Update Flight Changes, \[Should be synced to a flight tracker software, so when the flight times change \[always do; we do not have to go back into TW to update a few minutes here and there so our clients times are correct on the App\] The App should be dynamic with the most up to day flight schedules. -Allow additional Itinerary SYNCING options so we can include more details on our clients App. This is important. I've requested this and HOPE TW can figure it out. -Also allow FREE Text SYNCING from TW to the Trip N Touch App. This will provide us the power to provide a CLEARER and or more accurate description of our clients trip details. -Capability to transfer all trip components from TW to Travel Works.
