Very effective, good user interface, easy for student and teacher interaction and virtual classes. I have been using the platform for close to five years and it is very cost effective for the number of students we train every year at our Academy. The onboarding process is seamless.

Pros

Data management, as a school administrator, it makes it easier for me to track students's data. Easy registration forms and link to our website. The Alumni module is fantastic.

Cons

None at the moment, I'm fine with the current offerings and innovation. They keep making timely improvement with new additions, so I'm fine.

Pros

Incredibly dedicated team! They really go the extra mile to help clients migrate to a digital environment. Classe365 is the most comprehensive school management tool I have come across. We receive prompt and always great solutions! Well done Classe365!!!

Cons

It takes a while to understand how the modules function and interlink. Once understood, it's a smooth ride. There are lots of options and solutions - it's just a question of getting your head around everything. Perhaps a bit more "colours" to make the user journey more "friendly" but all in all, nothing to complain about.

Not great at this juncture. They quoted us an initial price that we agreed on, then they came back and said they didn't realize the amount of content and charged us more. Their customer service is not good and response time in critical seasons of our school are horrible.

Pros

at first glance, the core modules looked great but the extra steps wear us thin. This platform should be much simpler in my option.

Cons

communication is poor at best. I'll leave it at that. Hard to understand, and their reaction time to issues that are time sensitive are slow to none.

change, and certain limitations have posed challenges. However, the platform is highly user-friendly, and a standout feature is the extensive collection of online support videos. Additionally, the support provided by the Classe365 team has been exceptional, with easy access through a convenient chat window within the platform.

Pros

The support team has been extremely helpful, and it's great to see that many suggestions and requests are thoughtfully considered and implemented on the platform. Since we first explored the platform in 2024, there have been numerous improvements and upgrades. Our students are enjoying the platform, and the forms feature is particularly impressive, especially the ability to add signatures for registration purposes.

Cons

It would be helpful if there were additional settings to customize the platform. For example, grades are currently averaged within a category, but there’s no option to use a formula or to have the highest weight automatically apply, e.g. for resubmissions. It would also be useful if assessment extension dates could be assigned to specific students, and if students could have the ability to replace their submitted work before the deadline—allowing assessment submissions to remain as drafts until the due time and then automatically submit.

Classe365 has different set of modules that allow you to customize the software to your needs and also it is very accesible for starting institutions.

Cons

Very simple and affordable for our small school

Cons

What I like least of Classe365 is that the calendar can be personalized a bit more. The schedule module does not make sense maybe that can be improved so that we can personalize it by student not by class.

### "Classe365 For Growth. "

We started small, with the bare minimum core modules. Once we gained experience we expanded into other modules. With each new module we have reduced our administrative time allowing us to better support our students and provide necessary data to our administration. We are looking to move from being a private vocational school to an accredited non-profit institution and we feel like Classe365 has given us a solid footing to move forward.

Pros

The Classe365 staff is supportive, and open to suggestions. Keeping in mind that we are on opposite sides of the earth they have scheduled live help sessions with our Classe365 Administrator. In addition, if we have a lower priority question, we usually recieve a chat response by the next morning which is very helpful. Being a very small institution with about 60 students per year this system works well for us and is at an affordable/scaleable/modular pricepoint. As we have grown we have added modules and serivices to better utilize the platform for our needs.

Cons

The one thing I hear most from our users is the UI design is a bit dated and does not have a dark mode. This could actually be in our settings. Since our priority is data collection and not how things look. I cannot be 100% accurate. The UI is easy to understand and useable, lack of fancy design is not a priority for us.

Pros

I really like how easy it is to use Classe365. The interface is clean and simple, making it effortless to handle student data and everyday tasks like attendance, grading, and messaging. It definitely helps save time and stay organized.

Cons

The only thing I don’t really like about Classe365 is the attendance feature. It’d be great if it had a way to take attendance automatically—maybe through QR codes or facial recognition—to make the process quicker and easier.

Over all they meet the needs of our business. We are growing our program and we hope to see Classe365 grow with us. Additional features in the LMS would be great.

Pros

It is great to have a CRM, SIS and LMS all tied into one product. Over the years, the Classe365 team has bmade improvements to the functionality and useability. A small company that cares about their customers.

Cons

As with any system, there are challanges. The "one-stop shop" approach causes functionality issues across the modules. The modules do not integrate as seemlessly as they should. Some of the functions with integrations are limited.

Reason for choosing Classe365

The one stop platform for CRM, SIS and LMS is the biggest selling point of this product and company.

Pros

The best about Classe365 is how easy it is to create new fields, new forms, new courses. It has a great flexibility. At the same time I feel that all the information about our students and courses are in a safe place. I also like a lot the relation to my customer service dude, \[sensitive content hidden\], who is very available, who knows everything about my institution and who has always worked through every request until solution.

I don't know yet, need to find out. We didn't contract all the modules. The ones we're using we're more than happy with them.

We are very grateful to Classe365 staff and tech support team who have been purposeful and responsive to meet the needs of our multilingual institution. The Knowledgeable is a helpful start but if we request extra detail, the staff come through for us. If we see something needed and they hear the same need from other institutions, Classe365 will roll out the feature. It's been very impressive to see the development of the software. No price break for non-profits yet! We raise the funds for the majority of our students as they cannot afford the fees and we are offering them a master's degree they could otherwise not obtain. Please consider the example of Canva's goal to give back 1% - nonprofits are flocking to use their graphic design software. While I'm not looking for no-cost benefit, it would be helpful to consider proof of an institution's non-profit status to qualify for a discount.

Easy application and enrollment process, class overview and export options are very usable. No need to buy modules you don't need

email mask is a little bit clunky. No option to attach documents and difficult to include photos in an email.

Any attachments made would be rejected by the server, only exclusive email service providers can provide attachment services. I have had some report structure issues with the required layout of our reports and this has just been resolved with the tireless help of \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] via contact support.

Pros

The software is really user friendly and there are so many articles and resources to help organisations set everything up, not to mention the support staff are really patient and will work with you to resolve any issues. Since implementing the software in 2019, it has dramatically improved efficiencies in our student enrolment and reporting processes.

Cons

There are still a few features it would be good to see improved as part of the core subscription including more flexibility with scheduling in the program (e.g. being able to schedule multiple classes and resources at once). As well as an integration with Outlook calendar so spaces can be booked through the program. It would also be good to have the ability to duplicate whole term schedules to save in having to create each term's schedule from scratch.

An all encompassing software that adequately fulfills the crossover between academics and accounting.

Pros

The customer service team's flexible approach to making modifications to suit individual client requirements. At first, I found the software lacked the necessary back-office accounting functions. This was resolved in a very timely manner by one of the customer reps. who went to great lengths to study each aspect of my concerns and ensured that the software was modified to incorporate our exact requirements. Considering it is was not originally intended for full accounting use, it has now incorporated functions which are much more user-friendly and necessary for the billing, receipt and debtor analysis functions of accounting

Cons

We would now like to see the software expanded further to adequately incorporate our HR requirements.
