### "Highly Recommend AxisCare for Home Healthcare Agencies"

Overall, the folks at AxisCare have done an outstanding job of continually developing the AxisCare System and they are excellent at updating us and continuing to update their knowledge base and training support. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good solution for their home healthcare business.

Pros

It is obvious when you first join AxisCare that their onboarding and training teams have designed well-thought-out content and continue to develop knowledge bases and support via ZenDesk. They listen to us when we make enhancement requests and their customer support and speedy follow up are outstanding.

Cons

There are two primary opportunities for improvement and they both revolved around the applicant tracking software system and database transfer of completed application forms directly into AxisCare. Our state requires over 30 specific forms in the application process. This requires us to be able to upload over 30 specific images and PDFs and the AxisCare System currently requires us to upload each one separately, which is extremely tedious and a large dedication of time for each applicant. We have yet to hear back from the development team on when this is going to address. I have to imagine that this is a must-have for every HR Department of each of their clients and this seems to me to be such a basic development request. Secondly, our current Caregiver Applicant Process is facilitated by Apploi (third-party) and Apploi's Third-Party vendor, HelloWorks. We currently capture all 30 forms via data entry from primary caregivers' mobile phones and this data is stored on the servers of Apploi, but there is no current data map that updates all of the data from HelloWorks to AxisCare. This is a significant data mapping disconnect, as we have to update hundreds of data fields in AxisCare for each caregiver applicant. There has to be a better solution for each of their clients than being told that this is not possible.

### "So far okay, but still learning"

Support staff are excellent, learning the system was good, some could be a little simpler to navigate, but then some tools are very useful.

Pros

We like how we can hold lots of information on clients, caregivers and applicants. How you can jump from client to caregivers.

Cons

We are still finding little glitches, with visit times that end and start at the same time, if a CG has accepted a broadcast. Creating forms and tying to figure out why it isn't fillable by email. Thought we had the signature fixed, but no the CG can sign both parts, even when it says OFFICE STAFF.

### "Working with options"

System works well and has lots of options that we will be exploring. Sitting in on the trainings was very good to see what is new.

Pros

AxisCare houses all the information in one place with many options to use and share it. Our staff and caregivers all have access to the same information.

Cons

The constant refreshing when the system is idle. I would like to be able to turn that feature off. It messes up when we are uploading information.

We feel for the price this could be a great product but the way the service is being handled has our company very concerned and we actually are looking for other products to replace this company.

The prodcut itself is not bad for the money but the service is terrible

Cons

The prodcut itself is not bad but they way the tickets are not handled, there is no trail t follow up. the forms dont work properly and they change our setting and funtions with out telling us causing issues for us and causing us to lose money. When we call and ask for a supervisor they will do everything to keep you from letting anyone know. I also have concerns about the billing and how its handled. They bill when they want to, no set dates and rep. is always off with sick kids and then has the nerve to put warnings that we have not paid and not take off after we pay and refuse to help our staff because we had a past balance and had payments scheduled and prmised to pay as soon as the benk allowed. Really concered about the direction that this company is going with the poor service and lack of polocies except making rules up as they go. Also the customer service reps are very rude and really dont want to hear what we say but just get us off the phone as soon as possible.

AxisCare does not have the most updated interface and it takes a roadmap to explain where many of their system settings are.

Overall I have enjoyed Axiscare and finds that it helps us run our business. The mobile app is very easy for caregivers to use.

Pros

It is visually pleasing - simple but with enough detail to differentiate different tabs that I use frequently.

Cons

I wish there was a way to charge different rates depending on what day of the week and what time it is. For example, our business charges different rates for daytime visits, versus evening visits or overnights. We have to manually enter this in each time. If a visit happens to overlap two different time periods, it would be great if the rate could change automatically - instead of us having to chain 2 visits with different rates.

I have nothing but good experiences since getting in my role and using AxisCare program for our nonprofit organization.

Pros

The simplicity of the program after learning new features from the zoom trainings provided for support. The customer support is really great and easy to get in touch with for any issues regarding the program. The program overall has some many features to explore and learn how to use to make my job a little bit easier each time i log on.

Cons

I dont really have anything negative to say about the program. Sometimes i have trouble with running reports but that’s typically because i just never have made a new report for a certain subject so i get a little confused on how to navigate and what filters to use to get exactly what i want or need. Which i can learn with more zoom training videos.

The fact that telephony system for caregivers says the voice confirmation is optional. In our state it is not optional.

It’s been great! I am new to my company and was expecting it to be a lot harder to gain knowledge of the system but AxisCare has made it extremely easier to do my job!

It’s user Friendly and I love the conflict pops! It’s allows me to make less errors when scheduling!

Cons

It’s not super mobile friendly when you are using a phone for admin access. It would be nice to be able to do admin things or have all the admin views from the app and not having to bring it up on a website and zoom in and out due to it being so small.

It is great software that meets our needs. Is affordable and helpful in finding solutions and management we need. Customer Service is top notch. I never have delays or problems reaching them and getting my problem addressed. Offering services such as helping with VA billing has been so helpful and affordable.

Pros

Axis Care Has so many options it fits our business and has functions that are ready for when we expand to them. The system works seamlessly and smoothly with our accounting software and the customer service is always available and helpful with educating and solving problems when we have them.

Cons

Sometimes the Admin Settings is a bit confusing and the search menu doesn't bring up results I am looking for when I type in the keywords. Some setting explinations are a bit confusing. The new format is much better than the old. When Im not sure, I call customer support, and they are able to help me understand a little clearer on functions.

It's been easy to navigate, and I apricate the simplicity of it.

Pros

I love how the updates do not hinder our ability to work. It's also much better than most systems I've used.

Cons

I wish there was a place I could see when/ who I sent an email to. I also wish that the clock in / out would work a little better. We get a lot of calls for clocking in and out because the app says they are to far away and they are right in front of the client.

What I find most beneficial is the introduction of bi-weekly meetings with the Customer Success manager. This establishes a rhythm that aids in resolving issues and tackling daily operational questions efficiently. It's particularly useful when busy tasks threaten to consume the entire day. Additionally, implementing the BI tool has been a significant win for our company, providing valuable insights and enhancing our decision-making processes.

Cons

While we have acknowledged the necessity and plan to address it shortly, implementing an initial template for all new franchisees would prove advantageous. It's worth noting that we currently do not have an onboarding template in place. This not only streamlines the onboarding process but also fosters consistency within our brand.
