### "Highly Recommend AxisCare for Home Healthcare Agencies"

Overall, the folks at have done an outstanding job of continually developing the AxisCare System and they are excellent at updating us and continuing to update their knowledge base and training support. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good solution for their home healthcare business.

Pros

It is obvious when you first join that their onboarding and training teams have designed well-thought-out content and continue to develop knowledge bases and support via ZenDesk. They listen to us when we make enhancement requests and their customer support and speedy follow up are outstanding.

Cons

There are two primary opportunities for improvement and they both revolved around the applicant tracking software system and database transfer of completed application forms directly into . Our state requires over 30 specific forms in the application process. This requires us to be able to upload over 30 specific images and PDFs and the AxisCare System currently requires us to upload each one separately, which is extremely tedious and a large dedication of time for each applicant. We have yet to hear back from the development team on when this is going to address. I have to imagine that this is a must-have for every HR Department of each of their clients and this seems to me to be such a basic development request. Secondly, our current Caregiver Applicant Process is facilitated by Apploi (third-party) and Apploi's Third-Party vendor, HelloWorks. We currently capture all 30 forms via data entry from primary caregivers' mobile phones and this data is stored on the servers of Apploi, but there is no current data map that updates all of the data from HelloWorks to AxisCare. This is a significant data mapping disconnect, as we have to update hundreds of data fields in AxisCare for each caregiver applicant. There has to be a better solution for each of their clients than being told that this is not possible.

I’ve also had the opportunity to join the Super User Academy, which has been an amazing learning experience—especially with new features and updates being added regularly. It’s been a great way to stay informed and continue growing with the platform. I’ve also had the pleasure of connecting with new people, learning together, and sharing ideas. I really appreciate the ability to share forms, tips, and best practices with others—it creates a strong sense of community and collaboration.

Pros

Overall, our experience with has been very positive. One of the biggest strengths is their customer support—any time we need assistance, we’re able to quickly get in touch with someone who is knowledgeable and helpful. That level of responsiveness makes a big difference in our day-to-day operations. In terms of features, the real-time scheduling view is one of my favorites. It provides a clear and efficient way to manage and monitor daily schedules, which helps keep everything running smoothly. Like any system, there are occasional bugs and issues, but they are typically addressed in a timely manner, and support is always available to help troubleshoot. Overall, AxisCare is a reliable platform that continues to support our team effectively.

Cons

One area for improvement would be the community scheduling feature. Expanding and enhancing this part of would make scheduling more efficient, especially when managing community-based shifts. Additional tools or flexibility within this feature could streamline the process and make coordinating schedules much easier overall.

### "the cutomer support and billing is terrible"

We feel for the price this could be a great product but the way the service is being handled has our company very concerned and we actually are looking for other products to replace this company.

The prodcut itself is not bad for the money but the service is terrible

Cons

The prodcut itself is not bad but they way the tickets are not handled, there is no trail t follow up. the forms dont work properly and they change our setting and funtions with out telling us causing issues for us and causing us to lose money. When we call and ask for a supervisor they will do everything to keep you from letting anyone know. I also have concerns about the billing and how its handled. They bill when they want to, no set dates and rep. is always off with sick kids and then has the nerve to put warnings that we have not paid and not take off after we pay and refuse to help our staff because we had a past balance and had payments scheduled and prmised to pay as soon as the benk allowed. Really concered about the direction that this company is going with the poor service and lack of polocies except making rules up as they go. Also the customer service reps are very rude and really dont want to hear what we say but just get us off the phone as soon as possible.

The price, and maybe thats why the costomer service is so terrible.

I have been very satisfied with the system for the past 4 years. The system is designated with enough alerts and features to have an efficient workflow from scheduling to payment posting. The feature for tracking of employee certifications allows us to stay compliant with state and federal regulations.

Pros

Most of all, the value of the application for the financial investment. It is a very user-friendly system, for both users and caregivers out in the field. Real time alerts that allow administrative staff oversee the field staff and ensure we are supporting the needs of our clients; improves customer satisfaction. Love the integrations for the private pay patients -- the whole billing, invoicing, and payment posting is seamless. I greatly appreciate the quick response from customer support whether via phone or email. My requests have always been answered which allows me to fix any scheduling errors, billing/invoicing or even EVV issues in a timely and efficient manner. The background screening integration has made this process so much more efficient.

Cons

There are very few things. Blocking series of days for caregivers. The system is not flexible with making edits to a "block" of days.

System works well and has lots of options that we will be exploring. Sitting in on the trainings was very good to see what is new.

Pros

houses all the information in one place with many options to use and share it. Our staff and caregivers all have access to the same information.

Cons

The constant refreshing when the system is idle. I would like to be able to turn that feature off. It messes up when we are uploading information.

Pros

The simplicity of the program after learning new features from the zoom trainings provided for support. The customer support is really great and easy to get in touch with for any issues regarding the program. The program overall has some many features to explore and learn how to use to make my job a little bit easier each time i log on.

Cons

I dont really have anything negative to say about the program. Sometimes i have trouble with running reports but that’s typically because i just never have made a new report for a certain subject so i get a little confused on how to navigate and what filters to use to get exactly what i want or need. Which i can learn with more zoom training videos.

Easy to use and if you make a mistake its not permanent. Easy to undo something if you have erased a visit.

Out of all the vendors I have used is the closest one to being a "one stop shop" platform.

Pros

I like the robust reporting and access to integrations.

Cons

I had issues with billing batches rejecting due to a space in a diagnosis but not being able to figure out there was an issue until two weeks later. Shifts that are changed prior to an aide clocking in or out is generating a modification for our aggregator Sandata and shouldn't. When reconciling billing it does not reconcile the same shift dates that were ran in other batches. Since batches can't be deleted once reviewed some batches have the same data.

Overall it been a good experience. I'm still learning the system. Color cade is nice. It's easy to keep track of calendar hours is nice as well.

Pros

Easy access to a lot of the tools, like Bots being able to see caregivers who was put on a shift and make have been removed. I really like we can still see what client the CG was put on. It's nice to add info to a call log with the first or last name.

Cons

Real time is now alerting us on the hour instead of 6 minutes after the hour. Now it seen like we are not giving caregivers time to put notes in and get themselves clocked out. Also I would like to be alerted when a caregiver make a request to pick up shifts .

I like how easy it is to manage our roster with the features in the software, especially with the documentation part in my case, we can track what documents are going to expire easily and have everything put together

Pros

I like how easy it is to navigate the system, and the courses we can take to continue learning to use the system. The layout is easy to read and use. I feel like there is still so much more that I can learn but the axis care team makes it easy to continue to learn daily.

Cons

I don't have a lot of experience with different companies. There isn't anything that I don't like. I have learned so much just from using axis care.
