My projects work smoothly without any conflict. You can also add video, text, files, subtask and much more functions into the template, and then you can use drag and drop function to rearrange them. If you are looking for a great tool for your business, I think you can consider this one, it will make you feel happy. Cons It's a paid tool so you have to pay after a trial period. We use it for all process documentation and project management. Cons There are some features that I'd love to see (weekend vs week day differences). The support team was quick to address an issue I was having with the app. Pros Allows our business to stay systematized so deadlines and tasks are not missed. Cons The lag time on the comments was the biggest issue. This was recently fixed. July 6, 2018 4.0 Pros The application has a layout which is very simple to use, it can be run by a layman too. You can create tutorials and documents for training purposes. The application makes it easy to keep in touch with the members. You can get all your important documents at your dashboard along with tracking the success of the members. The customer support team is highly responsive. The application updates feature on the timely basis. The checklist feature, easy to create helps you add tasks and subtasks. An ample number of third-party integrations. Edits and changes made are saved automatically. Integrations with applications like Zapier, Gmail. You can invite outside members for a specific task. We still have them in place and people use them daily. The ease of follow-through is amazing. Cons My biggest Con of Process.St is the lack of if this, do that type functionality. You can't build a process that can go 1 way or the other it's all following through. My team love the fact that they can run through a process on automation AND they get confetti when they complete a task! Really easily integrates with lots of different tools like Zapier and MailChimp. Pros Easy to write up processes and integrate with our current tools and systems Cons Sometimes the confetti doesn't show. Keeping SOP's and checklists in ms word is clunky, it's important to choose a good cloud based system these days. Compared to other affordable SOP systems (standard operating procedures) process st is superior I think. Having my SOP's and checklists in process st will allow me to scale at least 4 times quicker in terms of business growth. Cons not really any cons, I think it's more just getting to know how much and what you can use it for. I'm just working out how I might be using it for handbook type information but that's probably more changing my way of thinking and adapting to what's new and improved. February 3, 2017 3.0 I love the unique way you are able to create internal/external guides using Process St's checklist functionality. It allowed me to break content-rich guides down into super easy to follow (and read), check lists. The support team are fantastic, I especially loved liaising with Peyton, who took the time out of his night, after hours (I'm based in Aus) to chat to me about my unique use-case and how Process St might be able to help me keep track of my clients, who are all at different stages with us. Ultimately, there are some key functions I need in order to be able to efficiently keep track of our clients; >Sorting the home dashboard > Free read-only access for my team > And, most importantly, the ability to edit specific check lists without the system editing the template itself. I'll definitely reconsider Process St in the future if the above functionality is introduced! Tip: If you run regular IDENTICAL checklists/training programs - definitely give Process St a shot, it will suit you perfectly! Pros The ability to create internal and external training guides/procedure docs. The templates can be updated and retroactively applied or not, your choice. Even the employees who were not "tech savvy" have been able to use the system. Cons I am still looking for something I don't like, nothing has come up yet. :-) Away to resend sheet or set up reminders would be helpful and perhaps there is and I just haven't found it yet. It has been a huge help in creating checklist/guides to get things done around the office and training new office employees! The ability to assign checklists to different people is very handy in making sure that the work is well distributed around the office here. I am very satisfied with the current setup, but I could make use of some more complex formatting tools(avoiding coding though). Simple things like being able to center text in text fields would be awesome. I could also make great use of sub-checklists if the feature comes about. It would streamline a lot of checklist assigning. The only other thing I am hoping for is Android and iPhone apps. Big props to the process street crew for creating this awesome tool and pushing themselves to improve. I love how you can build powerful templates that are seamlessly turned into checklists. We've started utilizing the onboarding template (customized a bit for us) and it has worked wonders for our team in keeping that process organized and streamlined. It is one of the best in the market. I like the how they have integrated a knowledge base feature with the Process Management Tool. The customization was really what we needed to build the product that uniquely works for us.
