Its been a great piece of our on-boarding process and I'm really happy with it.

Pros

I like the ease of use and the ability for teams to collaborate, easily figure out who did what. And when somebody did something.

Cons

I wish that the conditional logic could be applied to the sub items in a main item.

Beautifully simple and responsive. I've used it for new team member onboarding for a year and a half and Process Street helps me avoid a sea of onboarding process documents.

Pros

Easy to get others using it and helping modify checklists since it is so simple. That's been important for us since we can rope in several areas of expertise directly, bypassing a painful email back and forth game for each step of our process.

Cons

Not ideal for database. I use our process checklists as records of onboarding once each team member becomes fully functional, and there aren't many ways to organize archived checklists. Needs more report generation options as well.

I have used Process Street to train my remote team how to do new tasks. Whenever I have a new process I need them to learn, I make the instructions in process street and simply assign it. I absolutely love using process street instead of google docs, or sheets because it organizes everything in one place. Allay.io is a small business that offers enterprise level insurance to small and medium businesses.

Pros

Adding videos in different steps made it a much better teaching tool than google docs. Recurring assignments also helps keep everyone on track.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of any.

Our company's processes became very much organized ever since we started using Process Street. While the integration with Zapier proves to be very, very useful, Process Street have various APIs which is already very helpful in itself for automating processes.

Pros

Process Street's drag-and-drop type of APIs make it easy to set up process automation even for someone who have zero knowledge in computer programming.

Cons

The program get bugs quite frequently, but it usually gets resolved almost immediately once the issue is brought up to their attention.

I use Process Street to manage a variety of production and promotional processes. It was great for creating and refining process checklists, which can be duplicated easily. I also love that when you make modifications to a list, you can choose to automatically update all open processes. Collaboration with team members is also easy.

User interface could make it easier to access checklists without having to go back to the home screen or main categories first

Overall my experience has been great since my login issue was correct. I would recommend Process Street as it is a fantastic way to manage workflows!

Pros

Process Street is very easy to use, and organized well. Very stable, I have have experienced almost no downtime with this product, or any loss of data with my forms.

Cons

There was a slight glitch with my ability to log in and save items in my inbox but that was the ONLY issue I've had. Process Street support was great in working with me to get that back online.

Cons

No mobile app, meaning we are unable to allow customers to upload files to their projects without having to use a browser.

Pros

I was looking for a software that can help me do my tasks in one dashboard since I am using lots of software to keep up with our employees. I found lots of possible software with great features and Process Street worked so well and fits well with my needs. Its layout was simple and easy to move around with. Workflow management features were amazing and complimented all my necessities.

Cons

It does not have any task management related feature where individual task assignment for every member is possible. It would be a great addition for us. I hope it is included in the future updates.

Really good! They've also asked me for input which is nice.

Pros

Can define internal business processes so my assistant can execute them with minimal guidance. I can see what my assistant has accomplished.

Cons

The logic flow is a little difficult and they want me to pay more for additional functionality. I'd like to get these advanced features for the same price. Giving even more visibility into what's been accomplished would be great.

i rated ease of use as a three only because i believe if could flow a little more smoothly on the user checklist screen it combines checklists, documentation, business workflow and consistent training in one bundle

the core of any process system

Cons

not an app yet as far as i know so it cant be used on the go at the worksite. for example if i had a cashier refund procedure checklist, a new cashier couldnt easily complete the checklist while giving the refund to a customer

Pros

This tool does perfectly what is built for: handling SOP and helping with processes. I easily wrote our procedures and steps in checklists. Now I assign the procedure to my collaborators and they can deliver consistent, high-quality work without stress.

Cons

Some little features can be added, such as embedding videos from 3rd parties. I would also love a better integration with HelpScout, our ticketing system.

Forces uniformity + of all the software I've tried those not very computer literate are happy to use it. We've managed to get a consensus from the staff on the usefulness of this software.

Cons

Only that we can't set tasks to automatically allocate to whoever starts a list.

Following the workflow was confusing at first, but I guess it's more because of the transition from one softwware to another, and for the polishing of the workflow setup.

Pros

I love that the redundancy of one's tasks is eliminated.

Cons

If there's more than one admin setting up the workflows, it can be very confusing.

We are a database software company and process.st has dramatically increased the effectiveness of our onboarding process. It makes it very easy for us to invite guests and have them provide the necessary information we need in a neat and organized fashion. Very much looking forward to the future enhancements coming out for this app that will make a strong product currently even better.

Pros

Collaboration with people outside of the organization, makes complex processes more consistent and streamlined.

Cons

Would love to be able to assign certain people to individual tasks with individual deadlines (which I hear is coming soon).

Robust and agile workflow design.

Pros

We can capture a full workflow, with full instructions that adapts to context. It is also easy to change a process on the fly. This comes in handy with young, growing companies where the processes are not set in stone and need a tonne of iteration to streamline and adapt.

Cons

CRM integration could be better. Data can be pulled from Salesforce in the form of a custom link but can only be synced back using Zapier. The zaps available are not great either. They have said they are working on this though.

We love keeping things simple, and we look for that in all of our business tools too. Process Street is a perfect fit for a small business looking to document their processes/procedures/workflows, without all the other complexity and overkill that typically comes included with business software. Process Street is outstanding for both documenting our processes and for tracking work in progress. We use it for both, and have saved tons of time and money.

Pros

The most simple, effective process documentation and organization tool out there.

Cons

A bit more back-n-forth between screens in this version, something that will be resolved as it continues to be refined I'm sure.

I've used this app to help set up meeting structures with my team. We have a set checklist of items to talk about on a regular basis, and this app helps us to move through them together, with visual aids and reminders, with checklists, and more, in a way that we choose. I also use it for repeating processes in my own planning, journaling, and decision making. I've taken checklists from personal development speakers and writers, and broken their ideas/suggestions into tasks. With Process.St, i can set them up with reminders, visuals, and videos in ways that help me cruise through these tasks to get the results smoothly and easily.

Pros

The ability to quickly edit and customize a process is very helpful. The development team has also been very helpful and responsive.

Cons

Not much - it's clean, it just works, and the team seems to be focused on improving. Ah! I know - there's no mobile app yet ;-)

Pros

Process Street allows you to track your team’s workflows, checklists, and procedures. Process mapping and data mapping is also possible with Process Street. It also deals greatly with data archiving and management. Process Street covers a lot of features which is a great deal for its price.

Cons

Would love to have features such as help desk, phone, and calling system.
