Very easy to track employees and make sure all was taken care of. Doing the security risk assessment wasn't near as difficult as I thought it would be, I could take my time and figure out what I needed to take care of. Pros Customer support and ease of use. I was usually able to reach someone about any questions I had. If I couldn't, I heard back within a short about of time. Cons Uploading some of the BAA's was a little challenging. However, they were working on a fix at the time, and it appears that it has been taken care of. The value for money is excellent — it provides the right level of compliance tooling without unnecessary complexity. Ease of use is a standout; both admins and end users can navigate the platform intuitively. The user interface is clean and focused, making training status and reports easy to locate. Their tracking and reporting features give us confidence in completion records, overdue visibility, and audit readiness. Compliance evidence is structured and reliable, which is critical in regulated client environments. Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, helping us quickly resolve questions when they arise. Overall, Accountable supports strong client management and compliance tracking at scale, and we’re grateful to have them administering our HIPAA training. Pros How intuitive the platform is, and the confidence I get from their tracking and completion visibility. Cons They offer a wide library of training topics, which is great, but we currently only use the platform for HIPAA. Since Dynamic Quest provides extensive internal security and MSP compliance training, most of the additional topics available don’t apply to our environment or client requirements today. Pros 1)Responsiveness of your team to questions - it's nice to have an expert in this field. 2) Ease of use of the product - I especially love the dashboard 3) Comprehensiveness of the solution - the ability to send BAAs and other documents from the software are huge wins! Cons The video content is great - but now that we've been using this for a few years, my team has mentioned that they are getting bored with with videos -they know what to expect and it's not holding their interest.
