As an event hoster, I find creating their listings intuitive, the fee they charge very low and reasonable (meaning I can feel comfortable offsetting this for customers to pay) and their staff communication when contacted swift and helpful.

Pros

I recently had a performer cancel on me, and when I paused ticket sales, and informed customers through Ticketsource, the team got in touch to let me know they would refund both the ticket price and the booking fee direct to my customers. This sort of pro-active, communicative assistance, seems rare these days, as does the fact they weren't money-grubbing! Highly recommend this platform.

Cons

Not Applicable :) I only hope they become more popular so that they pop up higher on search engines.

Making an account and setting up my personal details was easy. Setting up the seating for the venue was not easy or intuitive. Spent far too long setting up the layout etc. But feel I would know what to do now I've completed it once before. It's free to use which is excellent and I was paid into my bank account with no problems. I am going to use it again as the benefits far outway the problems I had.

Pros

Setting up ticket sales was free which is excellent for smaller productions which allowed my to have a worry free start.

Cons

Had to visit a YouTube help tutorial to find a solution to setting up my initial latout of the venue. Not as intuitive as it should be. Took too long to workout the setup.

Pros

Cons

No pay out. My details have been registered. Its 2 weks overdue and no payout has been made!

Really positive, I like it a lot, will be my preferred ticketing platform going forward, seems to offer lots of flexibility

Pros

Good pricing, simple to use, easy to track sales, good apps for ticket scanning on the door, seamless refunds process, it's all covered.

Cons

Getting to grips with the various image formats for the ticket design, etc., can take a little while, depending on how experienced you are. Hyperlinks in the event description could be more obvious.

Very positive experience indeed. First time user, found it easy to use. When I needed to dive a little deeper the online support team where readily available and very helpful. Would most definitely recommend to other bands seeking to presell gig tickets.

Pros

The platform is intuitive, multi-functional and has excellent reporting facilities. The ability to upload images for tickets, send emails to ticket holders was also very useful

Cons

Lack of access to funds pre-event was as surprise. Our event sold out two months before it took place, but we were unable to access the funds until the event had completed, meaning we had to pay for staff/ sound/ lights etc out of our own pockets then get paid back by the platform.

Great support and learnt a lot if yse again. May use fir events but not fundraising as so much list in fees

Pros

Would consider again as some.great features. Be good to have some additional tools to run an inline auctionnor able to contact customers

Cons

As a fundraiser to help a very poorly child and family, a little sad so much lost in fees. Shame a buyer can't leave a tip instead

I used ticketsource for a one off fundraising event. Set up was quick and straight forward, as was the payment stage. My users that bought tickets also gave positive feedback

Pros

I found it to be fairly intuitive to use and navigate on both the website and on the app. Those buying our tickets also liked it.

Cons

No comment! The whole experience was straight forward. Was pleased that it had been recommended. Will use again.

Excellent, cant fault the service and the website at all. From start to finish it was straight forward.

Pros

I found Ticketsource really useful. As someone with limit tech skills, once id learnt the basics it was so easy. Event ticket was easy, the marketing and sales side of things was stdaight forward. Value for money is exceptional. Cant fault the fees. I felt like the site was secure, and i was confident using it. Will definitely use again.

Cons

Excellent. Great functionality and super-easy to use. The Scanning App and supporting restricted logins means we are able to have teenagers doing the scanning.

Pros

This is our first time using Ticket Source. It is so easy to use and a great FAQ section if you need specific info.

Cons

Tiny detail: if you can't claim back the VAT, being able to see the fee inclusive of VAT could be helpful.

Very easy to sell tickets and publicise the event. Some people commented at how easy ot was after4 I had provided a QR code.

Cons

Awkward to access the members area. Also, why not provide a QR code to the link for people to buy tickets?

We've been using Ticketsource for many years and love its versatility and customer support. They're an extension of our team.

Pros

Ticketsource is extremely user friendly and easy to set up, easily customised to match our company branding and listings can be inbeded in to your own website. Step by step uploading of events is simple with the ability to add images and event poster. Ticketsource provide a QR code and link for easy marketing plus the evens are shared on various whatson sites. The site is secure and weve never had any bugs or issues, the site always runs smoothoy and loads quickly. There are not set up fees, ticketsource deduct a competitive percentage from any tickets sold.

Cons

We have no issues with Ticketsource. The customer support is great and any requests or suggestions are always delt with quickly.

very good - customer service was excellent, it was easy to speak to people and ask questions. Very straight forward and prompt payment at the end.

Pros

so easy to set up events, check ticket sales, get in touch with customers. I liked the look of the individual event pages too

Cons

The way the ticket shop was set up. I was running a festival with many individual events, and it was hard for customers to find the right ones. Perhaps it could be sorted by day, type of event, etc, to make it easier to find them?

Excellent experience when under pressure running an outdoor event. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of setting up a ticketing site.

Pros

As a complete novice I was absolutely thrilled by how user friendly it was. Fantastic help in the end of the phone every time I rang and talked to a real live human. The efficiency and ease of downloading a sales spreadsheet was just brilliant and well worth the fee.

Cons

A little bit difficult to see the overall info outcome when setting up the site - it would have been nice to press a button and review? Maybe you can and I just missed it(!)

I would certainly use ticket source again for any event that I organise in the future as it made ticket selling so easy and without stress.

Pros

Once set up, it was a very good way of selling tickets for my event. It was easy for people to purchase tickets and it was easy to keep up with sales as all the information is clear.

Cons

It took me quite a while to understand how to set it up. I used Youtube videos for each step. I did not print off the report with emails on in time before it disappeared once the event was over. So I am not able to contact people for future similar events.

Excellent. Streamlined.Smooth.Faultless.

Pros

Everything. It was easy to operate, any queries were quickly resolved and the various reports were invaluable. Plus we were easily able to look after those customers who don't like online ordering.

Cons

The option of opting out of email notifications choice. I think it should be changed so that there will be an email from the performing company offering the customer the chance to opt in or out of receiving emails.

Great. I have recommended it all my other friends who organise events.

Pros

The feature where it could generate several links for tickets meant 3 bands that were playing in our event could have their own designated ticket links and we could track what band sold how many tickets. That is really helpful. Besides that, everything is so easy to use. A great app.

Cons

To set up in the beginning for the first timers like us was a little confusing at first.

Easy, great, seamless, and fun! No complaints and nothing I would have changed, would highly recommend the platform to other organizers!

Pros

Super easy to use! Liked the sales and questionnaire reports - made it easy to share with co-organizers. There were no issues using the platform and I appreciated the quick payment after the event was over. Fantastic experience from start to finish, thank you so much!

Cons

nothing in particular, maybe would have liked getting an email every time a ticket was purchased, and didn't like how the fee increased when ticket prices increased.

AWESOME experience all around! I especially enjoyed the scanning process when my customers showed up to my event. Quick and easy!

Pros

The ease of use made it so much better! The check-in process was seamless and analytics and reporting were TOP TIER!

Cons

The turnaround time to get payout. It's not a bad thing but 3 days had me a bit worried being that I am a first time user. Now that I know what to expect, I'll definitely use this service again!
