I don't go out of my way to give a review unless someone over delivers. First, Austin in the customer care dept made sure I was on the right program. He asked me questions (Thank God) that were relevant to my existing needs, and didn't product puke. Also, Austin LISTENS! Whoever raised him, should be very proud. The Director of Business Development at PhoneBurner John Greene reached out to thank me for considering Phone Burner WOWZERS! Why WOWZERS? When does a Director of Business Development reach out to anyone, for anything besides problems? I'll wait... Can't forget Jeff Osness he admitted and took FULL BLAME for not responding to my customer request. Come on now, Where in American History will someone take blame for anothers actions? LEADERSHIP! PhoneBurner exemplify the 1% of companies who strive to over promise and over deliver! Don't use SPEEDDIALER PRO or anything else. Why? Because their customer service SUCKS and they all have a superiority complex. Don't look any further, PhoneBurner Team is "Second To None" and our company will only work with the best. Its a great way to keep track of my contacts. I like that it tells me if a client has opened my PhoneBurner email.

Pros

Easy to use! The tutorials are great! They continue to make upgrade to improve the site!

Cons

Very few issues. Once in awhile I will get disconnect due to a gliche.

Overall its an alright product and delivers what it promises.

Pros

Does its job. Can go through a list of numbers, really fast and easily make calls and get leads. Also has good return call features and I like that the caller ID can be set to your number

Cons

Hard to navigate and understand the software at first. It takes time to get used to it and the training/support is just at par.

I have been on the Phone Burner dialer for over 6 months now. We have had great success in easily ramping our SDR's up through the dialer. Scripts, automatic voicemail's and emails have worked to increase our contact ratio's. The customer support has been amazing from our Account Executive down to the on-boarding and technical team.

Pros

Easy to use, scripts are easy to integrate. Training was simple. Would recommend this to others that run an SDR team.

Cons

Waiting on the 2 way integration with Hubspot. Once that can occur this will be even a more robust solution.

I used it for insurance leads. Its really nice. Using it for internet leads is great.

Pros

Emails, Email drops, Voicemail Drops and texting capability. You can document every call plus a date and time stamp. Its an amazing system

Cons

It is a one line dialer. If you need to call out really fast from large lists it will take much longer to get through them. When you set up custom fields it applies to every campaign and no campaign is every the same

Pros

Reach more prospects in minutes. I have even begun using it between appointments to run more leads

It works. I see no cons to working with a tool that saves me time and makes me money.

Imagine hiring a Virtual Assistant who can actually perfectly multi-task, something humans think they can, but can't. Phone Burner is so awesome, I'd give it 10/5 if I could, or 100/10. It has far exceeded my expectations for ease of use, comprehensive features, really cool things I discover every day that have me go WOW. It can send emails, leave voice drops, dial numbers, text you reminders, and even stop you from calling people before 9am and after 9pm - which I would have done this morning by mistake, and Phone Burner - stopped me - smart system :) It does all those things behind the scenes while you just talk to live prospects. It is so efficient, professional, and productive, I would say, you must try it, and see for yourself...you will buy it after that...and I don't get paid any incentive at all to say that...I am a CPA not prone to reviews - this is the second one in my life...check it out and get 3 times more productive...

There is a slight learning curve but it's well worth it. So many reports you can build, trackers, tags, options, automation and time saving features. Really boosts productivity for agents. There are also a lot of informative videos for set up and advanced users. So far, any questions I've had have been answered via one of the tutorials or by one of the customer service representatives. Team also built a whole new report with a new format for me. The level of customer service is above and beyond. I will bet that you'll purchase after the free trial.

Pros

Feature-rich, excellent customer support, flexible. Great for increasing agent productivity and driving competition within your sales team.

Cons

I haven't found any real cons yet, but it can get a little pricey depending on how many seats you purchase.

Phone burner makes calling difficult to reach people pleasurable. I am focused now on my message instead of where the next number is to dial. I was a long time Sales force user and replaced it with phone Burner because I realized the top of the funnel is what counts. Managing customers is easier than getting customers. I had a concern about the follow-up call and it being in my daily call activity stream. Jeff pointed me to labs an exactly what I wanted was there. This is the closest think to the Wolf of Wall Streets Ferris Wheel. Great job guys you built the #coldcallingmachine!!!

Pros

\-Phoneburner allows you to dial leads in less time, increasing efficiency by a lot -Automatic voicemails if prospect doesn't pick up -Emails

Cons

\-If you mark a bad number it doesn't automatically remove the number from the dial list -Overpriced compared to similar competition

Overall, PhoneBurner is not the software for personal use. I like software that is versatile, and this one seems specifically built for telemarketers. The price point is just too high for an ordinary user. PhoneBurner should consider making smaller subscriptions for normal people, because they have a good thing going and could make more out of it.

Pros

It does what it's supposed to, since it allows you to call from a different number, and do most of the things a normal phone would be able to do.

Cons

Unfortunately, PhoneBurner is probably best for commercial use by telemarketing companies or such. The price point is so high that a normal user trying to find a burner number for personal reasons could not possibly afford it. Better to use apps like Burner on the app store, rather than this one. I should have looked at the pricing before going into the free trial, but now I know to cancel before purchasing.

Overall it is great

Pros

It burns through calls very quickly, and the email and voicemail feature is a huge time saver.

Cons

The calendar would be awesome if it had a couple more features. For instance the ability to delete tasks as they are completed or to be able to check them off without removing them completely. My Google calendar has meetings set that are reoccurring, but when I tried to check it off for the day it deleted it completely.

PhoneBurner has allowed us to increase the amount of calls our BDRs can make dramatically. We love how easy the platform is to use and how you can build your own automation buttons

Pros

Very straight forward, great for marketing. It's a flat fee for everything you want. The local caller area code is extremely helpful, and the automation is very helpful for reminders to call the folks you want later down the road.

Cons

Pricing is a bit on the expensive side, but I can't complain much for the great services they offer. I would still consider lowering it a bit if possible.

Overall this is a great software! The ability to make calls with all the manual process taken out is such an efficient way to do tasks for our clients. This has really been a value added software to use and our clients love that we can make large quantities of calls in an efficient time frame. Which has brought us more business.

Pros

I love how user friendly the system is. Most systems are complex and not friendly to learn.

Cons

The organization aspect of the folders and contacts. As a feature request there should be a way to delete folders and all contacts included. Maybe even have it to where you can delete by tag association.
