The lack of name being shown before I get on the phone makes it nearly unusable, and I only use it when I am rushing to try to contact as many leads as possible. I would use it much more if it integrated better with our CRM and showed me the names of who I was calling

Pros

Allows me to dial more efficiently. I can get through a much higher volume of calls by using the power dialer and voicemail recorder features

Cons

Has problems where I can't see the name of the person I'm calling. This really hurts my credibility and my ability to build relationships on the phone

L’aspect le plus appréciable du logiciel PhoneBurner est l’automatisation des appels qui représente un gain de temps considérable.

Cons

Le moins appréciable en revanche concernant ce logiciel est sa tarification assez élevée et des fonctionnalités assez limitées si on se contente de la version en base gratuite.

Good for calls but expensive. Has a basic CRM can reach people and can follow up. Many options exist but they treat existing customers as a sure thing.

Pros

Good for calling. Very expensive compared to competitors. Seem greedy.

Cons

Super expensive. They keep raising rates. You can't talk to billing and they seem a tad greedy.

SMS do not work regardless whatever I do. Not good for sole proprietors or S-corps

Since I began using it, my approach to clients has become easier due to its follow-up and disposition features, which make my calling sessions easy.

Pros

I find it very convenient to use a phone burner session to keep in touch with my clients and potential clients. Follow-up is part of my daily routine and if I have more than one client to follow up with, a phone burner session is an easy and efficient solution that meets my needs.

Cons

It is not being able to make 3-way calls.

I recommend the Phone Burner platform because it is practical and user friendly. Plus, it really helps to have custom real-time accurate interactions with customers, to increase sales.

Pros

I like the fact that Phone Burner is so customizable. Every business needs something different that works for them. And this platform has the ability to adapt accordingly. It is practical, easy to set up, and user friendly.

Cons

It can be a tad expensive for a small business. But it is really worth it. If you use it on a consistent daily basis.
