Easy tracking when finding my workout classes

Pros

What I liked most about this product is it gave you the correct times and dates of multiple fitness classes at my gym.

Cons

What I did not like about this app was that sometimes it had glitches where we were required to contact the administrator, but it did not happen often.

I think the appearance could be better. Some functionality is lacking in areas. Was told during start up they were working on some of the functionality.

Zen Planner has helped us stay more organized and we will continue using it.

Pros

Zen Planner makes it easy to manage appointments with clients. It’s like an agenda than keeps everything in its place. The date reminders are a nice feature too.

Cons

Some of the tools are not very intuitive and take some time to learn.

The software seems very complex and difficult at first glance but once you tool around it is easy to use. Every time, multiple times I have sent a help request in I get assistance back within 24 hours sometimes less and even on weekends. I could not be happier with the product and customer service! It saves me time and money everyday! The best part is tracking prospect members and being able to keep data on them and convert them to members. Zen Planner is built for the business owner. Most competing softwares I have seen are more focused on the athlete and tracking workout data where as Zen Planner has focused on the business side with a secondary on athlete tracking. At the end of the day memberships is what matters. Its the only matrix of success and ZP allows me to capture and track prospect members perfectly and track everything on the business side and the athlete side.

Pros

I enjoyed seeing the workouts that were coming up and planning accordingly. It's great to see what I might expect.

Cons

The admin at my location did not use the software effectively, therefore my experience was less than stellar.

As a new customer, Zen planner staff is always willing to help me trouble shoot issues, they understand the program very well and can explain, and walk through steps if need too. I appreciate all the support they offer us, and they are also willing to e-mail step by step instruction to me personally for future issues. Thank you Zen Planner Staff for your great costumer service!

The software is pretty user friendly

Cons

When credit card is being used on a Kiosk for purchases it saves it to the students profile and uses it for Monthly Dues when Students don't want auto pay for monthly dues. So after a credit card is used for a purchase of an item. the customer service rep has to go back to the profile of that student and select no for auto pay..

Pros

Good appointment calendar. There isn't more that I can say at this time. I wish it could send automated 24 hour appointment reminders.

Cons

Limited and expensive credit payment/online payment options. Lack of online video training for new staff. Not really cost effective for small gyms.

Zen Planner is exceptionally easy to use and accessible from any device. My parents could even use it with no problems.

Cons

Umm, that's a hard one being a user I haven't had any issues with it, other than the occasional log in issue.

First setting up is hard; you have to import every single data. And import process was quite hard.

signed up to try the product - used it 4 days and decided was not a good fit for my needs - They charged me for a full month regardless and even said they were doing me a favor by not charging me for 2 months for canceling. They offer a 15 day trial but they refused to extend that courtesy to me. Also, I checked their reviews on Facebook and one of their customer support in particular is consistently cited as being not friendly to the consumer. Would never recommend this business based on my experience.

Pros

It does everything! And the staff are so helpful in showing you how to use it all. I was stoked that it integrated with my current autopay software.

Cons

There is a lot to figure out! But its worth putting the time in as it saves you time later. It is different to my current autopay software so took me a little while to figure out how to set things up right, but the staff checked it over and helped me.

we are now able to do all of our member, cash flow, and fitness management all from a centralized place.

Pros

It has made managing our affiliate mush smoother. From both a gym management side and a customer engagement angle it has been simply excellent.

Cons

The staff app still needs a little work, but it's pretty solid as well. I'd like to be able to see the whole week of workouts and edit them from the app if need be.

Overall, I think this is a great solution for planning events or meetings in which multiple people will need to reserve a seat. This is just one of the many features it seemed to have, but it was very useful.

Pros

Zen Planner is a simple and easy-to-use software. I use the app for reserving spots in my daughter's martial arts classes. It makes everything infinitely easier and I like that you can see who else has reserved a spot.

Cons

I don't really have complaints about the software. I suppose it could be prettier, but that's not really the point. It does what it's supposed to.

Offers a great solution for managing our customers and marketing to them. The customer service is fantastic - they respond promptly and do all they can to find solutions. Overall I am very happy with the tool and the service and love that they are constantly improving.

Pros

Loads of features that are generally easy to use.

Cons

There are some additional features that can be added to further enhance the user experience, yet I am aware that Zenplanner are constantly adding new features.
