My dojo is my part-time job, so the last thing I want to do is be dealing with a lot of paperwork. Pros Zen Planner makes it very easy to manage the day-to-day operations of running a dojo or studio, and the site and apps are both easy to use. My onboarding coach was extremely helpful, and their support is fast and friendly. Cons I had a few minor issues with embedding some of the content into my website, and the app lacks just a few features for billing/payments. It can be used to book any kind of events, you can see how many people registered, who exactly is coming etc. Cons There is one thing that really bothers me. I was not disappointed. Zen Planner's staff have been very helpful and are quick to get back to you with either tips, trouble shooting guides, or direct answers to the questions. It is a little hard to navigate even after using it for a period. I gave it three stars for overall quality because I feel that it has a lot of potential to go up against other products like RainMaker. Overall it is good software for the price. Pros Great customer support. They are do everything from explaining what to do to sending a video on how to do it. Cons Hard to navigate. DK Don K. Owner Used the software for: ### "May be 5 stars if you can get customer service." March 27, 2015 3.0 Takes a minimumum of 24 hrs to get customer service. They will send an auto email.. They claim to give a free trial .. The free trial is literature. Also , took 3 months to set up the software with no money coming in.. I had to basically set it all up myself with very little help from them. I became inpatient after 3 months of paying.. Tried to put things in place on my own. They base there customer service on there convenience, not yours. Still waiting 3 days later resolve an issue , still no real help but auto emails . It is great for the front desk management. The interface with MailChimp is great. The customizable reports do anything you need, but hands down the best feature is the awesome customer support! Cons The phone app is not great. Since this is the primary way members interface with the program, I think it could be more functional. The iPad kiosk could use a few changes to make it more useful.
