The quality control aspect is amazing we catch a lot of errors with this. There is a pick and pack check

Cons

Sometimes it’s slow when looking up users we have to wait a few minutes to move people into new departments

Overall experience is great. Anytime there is an issue or question that needs to be answered someone responds quickly

Pros

The apps and webpage are very easy to use. Training new employees on the product is easy and new employees pickup quickly

Cons

I don't like how when there are updates to the new app it almost always causes something to not work properly

The support team is amazing. The implementation was very smooth and simple. My employees were able to pick up how to use WarehouseOS very quickly. The temp employees we bring on learned the system with in 15 - 20 mins of using it.

Pros

The ease of Use and how much efficiency it brought my operation. I was able to do more orders with less people with WarehouseOS.

Cons

I know this isn't a feature that most soft ware companies have. I would like to be able to update inventory on the browser instead of all ways on the iPad. But I know this isn't a feature that software companies offer.

We use WOS to run our daily processes at our distribution center. We are an ecommerce company with a growing retail/wholesale presence, and it allows us to do all necessary processes in a cleaner system than the Netsuite option.

Pros

The layout is very simple, it does what we need it to without being bogged down in a whole lot of extra.

Cons

There are times that the connection to Netsuite is interrupted or broken, creating accounting issues. They are generally fixable without too much hassle. It may be due to having connected NS, but it's not possible to undo many actions.

Pros

Love the pick/pack functionality and speed of the system. Easy to train/use. Increased productivity and accuracy.

Cons

Not much to complain about with the modules we use. Always looking for some additionally functionality and options, but the team is great to work with.

With the new update, their really are not many cons with WarehouseOS. There were some features we didn't have before but now we have them and its great!

Overall would definitely recommend and would use again! I’ve enjoyed getting to know the WOS team over the years. Would love to shout out \[sensitive content hidden\]! He’s a genius!

Pros

WOS is so easy to train new employees with. They can get picking and packing within just a few minutes! The WOS team is incredibly helpful with answering questions or offering solutions.

Cons

The new app rollout has been slow and confusing at times. We would use the new app if it was ready. Wish there were maybe some better instruction on the new app.

Overall WarehouseOS has improved our operation and fulfilment speeds, it has made it very easy to train new team members on our systems, and it has had little to no issues since we have integrated it.

Pros

Seamless integration with our website and inventory systems, as well as great support from warehouseOS when we need it. Very easy to train new employees and makes operations run incredibly smooth.

Cons

We have had one occasion where the WOS server has crashed but it has regained online status very quickly.

Very user friendly, the help team gets back with resolutions to issues very quickly. The experience has been great so far, a few hiccups, but so far, pretty much every issue that we’ve brought to the team has been resolved.

Pros

How well they work with our custom needs. I work for a company that’s unlike any other company I’ve worked for, and WOS has made it work for us in a way that no other company would be able to.

Cons

Certain limitations. Not being a live system presents certain issues when running reports and setting min/max numbers that don’t automatically trigger reports, but rather have to be printed out after a report has been run. They are getting way better, though

Great company to work with, they respond very quick when we have questions or problems. The software is seamless and easy for all in the company to use. Would highly recommend.

Pros

Very user friendly, and easy to learn and operate. The processes are very intuitive and it makes everything in the warehouse very smooth. Easy to train new employees on as well.

Cons

Having to utilize iPads can make things just a little more expensive, but the system is well worth every penny.

It is very user friendly and presents information concisely. It is great to use for beginners who are familiarizing themselves with warehouse operations

Cons

The transition between the old and new applications has been hard to manage. There have been a few bugs that have created inefficiencies.

Better than the previous inventory softwares i’ve used.

Pros

Overall simple to use, ipads make it easy to do work while moving around.

Cons

Search function is very specific making it hard to find products sometimes. We also have run into a few bugs. One that still hasn’t been fixed which broke the search function on some ipads that downloaded an IOS update.

I’ve been using it for over 6 months now, I was nervous to learn a system but it’s very user friendly and easy to learn.

Pros

Makes it super easy to check my orders and keep track of quantities. The operating system is easy and very user friendly

Cons

Sometimes I have issues with my printer . There are small issues sometimes but nothing too big or serious.
