The experience has been great so far, a few hiccups, but so far, pretty much every issue that we’ve brought to the team has been resolved. Pros How well they work with our custom needs. I work for a company that’s unlike any other company I’ve worked for, and WOS has made it work for us in a way that no other company would be able to. Cons Certain limitations. Not being a live system presents certain issues when running reports and setting min/max numbers that don’t automatically trigger reports, but rather have to be printed out after a report has been run. Very easy to train new employees and makes operations run incredibly smooth. Cons We have had one occasion where the WOS server has crashed but it has regained online status very quickly. I have used many warehouse management systems in my 10 years of warehouse work, and this is by far the most simple to use. Pros The simplicity of the app. Having your entire warehouse be on a simple app makes picking, stocking and inventory management super easy Cons Still has a few bugs, but I know the team is fixing it to be a lot better. Some examples of this includes screen not registering when I click on 2 locations instead of one, being kicked out of puts ways.
