It works very well for small businesses also. The reports I am able to generate helps me with making financial decisions. It is also very easy to use, so you do not have to be tech savvy. Pros I love that I can very detailed report about my cash flow very easily and the way the graphical representation is presented is very nice. Cons When you scroll down on the feed it would be great to list the names (dates) of the reports versus the actual reports. Like sharing a list of names and when you click on it it expands to details. This way it would be easier to find a report you're looking for quickly and I believe it's a better user experience. Also, it has profile for each kid that I can switch between them. Cons for some reason it stopped giving me notifications and I have to refresh the app every time to see if there is any update on food, etc. Also, the food options are just none, some, most and all, which makes it hard to track how much exactly they ate. Pros For me the ease of application & quick access are the most attractive features in Hi Mama. Without having to spend a lot of time up dating each child , we can easily submit or receive their information by clicking a button. The daily reports are excellent in quality and presentation. This wonderful app provide the ease of access and real time up dates of their kids with pictures and lesson through out the day. Parent Portal stood out standing for its exceptional conduct by offering the ease and efficiency together for its consumers. Cons Hi Mama charges a flat $50 per month per class room and the cost increases with the number of class room, if can offer some flex rates or promotion offers, for the price, i think it will be good for the boost of Hi Mama business and clients. Any issues raised by the caregivers can reach me in a short span of time and thus solutions are found instantly. Pros The app is quite helpful to both parents and school caregivers as we are able to constantly monitor our children's milestones. With the app as a parent i'm notified of any absurd this with my toddler in a timely manner. The app has also made activity scheduling in the daycare quite easy and manageable. The real time photo sharing features keeps me updated on my child's progress the entire day at school thus cutting down on anxiety. Cons The messaging feature is a bit unreliable could be I'm the only one experiencing this since I do not get notification as to whether the care giver has received my message. HiMama is going to be roughly what ProCare went up to but I did not have the initial "buying" the program cost & I got so many more options for the cost with HiMama over ProCare Pros We got all the options included with the monthly fee. This cloud based program is fairly easy to use. I like that the parent gets an invoice so they know their bill amount ahead of time. It has alot of pluses that we have not even started using yet. Cons The salesman kinda was pushy & there was some things that I didn't realize until after I had signed up. U pay by the class so we only have 3 price points so we paid for 3 classes. I made it work to save $ monthly. I like having daily ledgers by the whole center, not having to open each child to see the ledger. Any time I have had a problem or question, someone has gotten back to me within an hour, and they are very receptive to making changes based on my comments. Pros The parent engagement aspect is wonderful. Cons I would really like to see improvement on the milestones tracking. It doesn't let you get as detailed as needed. It will let me choose the name of the milestone that we're working on (like fine motor skills), but doesn't get down to the details of what specifically I saw that day. It also takes so many clicks to track something that we just don't even bother. Luckily, we don't have so many kids that it's hard to remember who is able to do what. Cons The only thing I could say is, if internet connection is down and/or lost we have to physically write things down for kids and then go back into the app when internet is back up and put all that information in. Also, the quick communication channel with the director and daycare staff can't be beat! I love how I can send one message and it goes to everyone who interacts with my child instead of just a single email where only one person will read it. Cons I'd like a little more control over the types of alerts I receive. Sometimes I have already paid my invoice but the director hasn't been able to update my invoice status yet so I'll get an additional alert even though I've already paid it. Also, I'd like control over when I receive some alerts, like invoice alerts.
