It's a great way to see what my little guy is doing throughout the day while I am at work. And it allows me to easily communicate with his teachers without having to always call the daycare.

Pros

I love that I get updates and pictures of my little guy at daycare while I am at work. It allows me to still be involved in his day to some extent. And it helps me get through my day at work.

Cons

Not sure if I have any cons about the software.

Pros

There should be more add-ons which can make it more exciting every few months.

I liked the updates - the only thing I would change is the real time updates rather than waiting until the end of the day to review the full detailed report so I can review before I get home.

Pros

I love being able to check in on what's happening with my son whenever I want. Getting picture updates and seeing how many naps, etc. is wonderful.

Cons

It's a little slow, and there are some things I expect it to do that it doesn't. For example, when I click on a picture I expect it to be bigger - instead it takes me to a different page and it's actually smaller- and I can't zoom in.

It has beeen very pleasant, love the pictures from the kids too.

Pros

You know what is going on with your kids during the day, I feel much better knowing how long they sleep, what and how much they eat, they toilet situation during the day

Cons

It should show up the check in time and the check out (hour and minute). Also I would like to knwo if they payed outside (or not due the weather) and for how long.

Love seeing updates of my kiddos that I would not see, or things the teachers may forgot to mention at end of day

Pros

Shows great details about my kids day at daycare. I can see photos, meals (how much he actually ate), his nap schedule, his diaper changes.

Cons

The inbox for messages between parent and director could be organized better. The subject line changes as a new message is added to the same inbox message

Haven't used it enough yet to run into any issues. So far, it's been great. Some detailed best practice examples/advice may be useful to add/provide.

Great way to stay in touch with what my daughter is doing. I am also able to contact her teachers and get pictures of her during the day. I really enjoy using the HiMama app.

Pros

I can keep track of what my daughter is doing all day at school. From what she eats, how long she sleeps, and what she’s learning. It really helped me with her transition into daycare for the first time.

Cons

I don’t have any issues with the software

We are much mire able to keep track of when our kids come and get picked up. It stores easily the times they are here.

Pros

I like a lot that we are able to have the information we need so easily accessible. We can adjust quickly as the needs change day by day as well.

Cons

I can’t really think of a big negative with this. We like having a convenient way to work.

Its been great to know what my child is doing every day in daycare. It has given me a sense of relief knowing he is having fun with reading, playing and doing arts and crafts.

Pros

I like that I can know when my child has been changed and had BM's. I also love receiving daily pictures of my son/

Cons

the fact that you can only see diaper changes throughout the day. You can only get the other updates once the report is closed.

I enjoy being able to receive updates and have a cohesive care plan for our kids.

Pros

I like that we are able to see the schedule and updates of our children - especially if doctors appointments are needed to make sure we aren’t sending our kids back at an inopportune time. I love receiving updates of pictures of the activities during the day.

Cons

That it is difficult to sort by months/days on mobile.

Parent/teacher communication has been improved with the app. Having the extra areas in the daily note taking like assessments etc is also wonderful!

Pros

Communication with parents through the app is great! Easy to update and add in any daily note. Parents are liking it and giving great feedback on it.

Cons

The only thing staff has said was they wish the food items would save in there so they can just click the food.

This software makes a lot of things easier, for example, Inputting children's registration and immunizations. Being able to get all different reports ex: attendance, projections etc. There is a lot less paperwork because of this software. I love it!

I e realized how I can see what my child is doing through out the day, I love the development milestones and photo options I’m able to view. Communication with teachers and administrators is quick and easily available.

Nothing better than being able to keep in direct contact throughout the day as a team with your parenting team - this includes your childcare provider. As a busy working mom and business owner I love how easily I get reminders, updates, invoices, and requests items to come from home.

Cons

Nothing that I’ve found yet! I look forward to learning the software a bit more in 2020

I love knowing what my daughter did throughout the day, especially enjoy getting a picture of her, I wish that was a daily thing, it really make your day to see your child smiling

Honestly not many cons except that I wish it could have communication from parents to teacher directly, and also daily pictures required

Love that this app is an option available to me!

Pros

I LOVE IT! This app allows me to get snap shots of my Childs day. I feel secure knowing I have access into the day-to-day life of my son. I get daily updates on what food is being served and a picture of fun leaning activities my son is participating in. I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

Cons

None so far! I am new the to app but so far totally in love!

This has been such a wonderful feature and makes my daycare experience much better than without. I don’t know what I’d do without such an app now!

Pros

I love the pictures throughout the day. By far my favorite feature. The facts throughout the day for my baby of bathroom/food/sleep is nice for seeing trends.

Cons

Loading after new info arrives. Have to click between screens for it to load any new pics/info/etc

Pros

I like that I’m able to see pictures throughout the day and that it lets me know whats going on all day.. from food, to activities and potty training. Private messages are great. I Love the app

Cons

Only thing I don’t like is that I get double messages with both my kids attending so it’s just repetitive
