Tax filings are done for me, and my managers are happy. Pros ease of processing payroll. I can run payroll in 5 minutes and management loves being able to see where everyone is while out in the field. Cons Unable to have two different pay schedules requiring an off cycle payroll every pay period for my salaried employees. I like that you can see everything. I also like I have the app and can look at it any time. Pros I can see my time card and I can see the schedule for the week. Cons I don't like the way they record the minutes. I would prefer that it just show minutes as opposed to partial hours. To get the minutes in actual minutes as opposed to decimals, you can take that number after the decimal and multiply it by 60. It’s easy, straightforward, and quick. It has a simple, pleasing layout. Pros What I like the most about buddy punch is how easy it is to access. You can save your login and password and punch in and out in seconds. Cons I don’t like that it is not possible to delete punches. If I mistakenly mess up my punches to the point where the only way to fix it is to erase and restart, I can’t do that by myself. I enjoy that I can punch in and out from my phone once I walk into school. It makes it convenient when I'm in a rush. Cons When it is time to print out my staff time sheets is a minute problem and ineffective. I like to save paper and time. One staff may have one side of the time sheet because of less punches than another staff has two pages. I have more than 21 staff. Literally, i have to pause and customized my printing pages 5 to 6 times, so I don't print a staff time sheets on a back of another staff's one page timesheet. And I like its name, too, by the way! It really sounds cool! Pros It's practical and friendly to use. It's also accurate and you can see your present week's hours in an easy way. Cons Something that needs to be improved , at least in my personal experience, it's that it frequently throws an error message and does not allow to punch in or do anything (just logging in and out) until an administrator fixes it. That has happened to me several times in 3 months that I have been using it, without changing PC nor moving to a different work space which is why it might happen sometimes, but it was not my case.
